I have utilized the services of this business twice, and both times the provided services were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, every single staff member that I had encountered at the business made me feel very welcomed and quite frankly special. On one occasion, while I was in the interior waiting area of the business, I had the opportunity to observe approximately five of the staff members huddled together while discussing the status of various vehicles that were being serviced by the business, and I could tell by their words and demeanor how serious, dedicated, and caring the staff was about the vehicles of their customers.

I had very very bad experience with Grecco Auto Body shop. There is a person name called Dave Schlachter, he is a big liar not an honest man. He behaved very weird. Please never choose this shop and I wouldnt take a car here ever. I don’t want to give any star, but there is no option.

They do not charge for estimates. They work with all insurance companies. Manager is easy to deal with and makes the whole process less stressful. Great place!

This place is a nightmare very unprofessional! As for this being stressful place WRONG! Go elsewhere. That review written that this is a good place lies that’s one of the managers writing that phony message MaryDeak is one of the managers! No choice but to fabricate their own good messages. Poor!

Thank you to Grecco Auto Body for making my car look brand new again after my car had an unfortunate scuffle with an out-of-place tree stump. Big shout outs to the body guy (Will) & painter (Edwin) who did an amazing job; they were super diligent and took excellent care of my baby! Highly recommend Grecco and their team. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else!

Terrible Service, they broke my key see picture attached. Stole all the charging cables out of my locked glove box and stole the owners manual with my car. Also test drove my car for 75 miles leaving it with 0 gas when I went to pick it up. Never going to use this company again.

Stay away from Grecco delerships if you can. They are historically dishonest and give double talk if issues arise. The fact Joyce’s name is on it now intcates the Grecco name is tarnished. Their existence in a high poulated area with growing demographics has allowed for their business behavior. Go elsewhere.

Poor service. I went for estimation they charged me 100$ but they told I need to change few parts to know to estimate the actual problem... Trying to rip off....

If I can give this shop a negative 5 I would. The shop is beyond unprofessional not qualified to do the repairs that they advertised. I took my BMW on 7/21 for something minor that was supposed to only take 1 week and ended up being at the shop for 36 days. While my vehicle was being repaired someone from the shop hit my back bumper which no one called to inform me nor did they inform me of any updates to the repairs. I showed up to the shop and the front bumper was hanging off like a bunch of amateurs was repairing my vehicle. I then noticed someone hit the back of my car and John G told me not to worry to bring my car back before I turned in my lease. If i brought my car that was damage to be repaired why would I want to drive a car that they damaged. The manager Chris found out what happened and how upset I was he said dont worry we will take care of it. On Tuesday 8/21 the repairs to my vehicle was completed and was also the last day of my rental. When i called i found out that no one fixed my back bumper. The manager chris stated not to worry he would cover the extra days of rental. Everyday I called because again no one ever called for updates and found out that the back bumper still was not repaired. I found out that the General Manager Larry refused to fix my bumper because he fired a friend of mine . What does that have to do with me? I am a customer of Grecco and also a customer of Plymouth Rock which i chose this shop because it was a Direct Repair Shop. I am not an employee of Grecco and wish they would stop treating me as If I was an employee. I never imagined I was going to have these issues with this shop. I also didnt think it was going to take 30 days to repair a 1 week repair and took 6 to repair a back bumper which now the manager Chris informed me that the general manager Larry refuses to pay for the extra days of rental when his shop damaged my vehicle and didnt want to approve to fix the repairs which kept the vehicle longer at the shop giving a total of 38 days on Monday. Also had the nerve to say I owe 5 dollars for gas because they used the gas in my moving it back and fourth the 36 days it was there. This shop has unqualified techs they dont speak English and cant read an estimate so how can they fix anyones vehicle properly. I dont recommend this shop to anyone. If I had to recommend a shop in the area I would say go to Robbies down the street on route 46 they have more qualified techs that are actually certified, unlike Grecco. They also made sure to not set me up with updates via there system because once your vehicle complete it will send you survey so u can rate them on carwise. This is the worst experience I ever had and will report them to Plymouth Rock and BBB and any write a review at another other websites to get the word out.

Horrible !! Avoid !! Scam. Do not go here if you do not have insurance coverage. They will charge you $100 without prior notice when asking for a quote. They will not return your keys if you ask to leave without payment. Also, their quote is an insurance qoute that includes replacing every part that was damaged. Try a Maaco or other local body shop instead.

The only way to have a good experience here would be to drive by it and not stop in.

Very nice people that do great work

I plead google to add negative ratings too. I could have rated -5. The response was too bad, they took 7 weeks and I still waiting for my car. Every time I call the appraiser is on leave and will come only next week, not sure whether there are any appraisers at all in this work shop. I had to pay 1000$ only for the car rental till now. I did a big mistake choosing this auto body. This is it never going to go back there. I rather fix my car myself.
