Caliber Collision repaired my Buick after it was rear ended at a traffic light. This is actually the second time my car has been rear ended and the second time Caliber has repaired it. If I didn’t know it had been hit, I never would have guessed. I’ve had four cars repaired at Caliber. The work and customer care each time has been superb. I would definitely recommend this shop. Caliber fixed the damage to my front end after an accident. I was especially pleased with how thorough they were with repairing damage and how much the communicated with me along the way— plenty of text message updates. I also liked how they worked with my insurance company making the claim process very easy for me.

John was wonderful to work with! He kept us informed of what was happening each step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure the insurance covered what needed to be repaired! All the staff were very friendly. I would certainly use them again!!

I was in an accident, that wasnt my fault. However, I had to get my car fix. Liberty mutual uses this company to fix and repair the vehicle theyre clients destroy. Caliber Collision personal is very much business people. They get down to the business of getting your vehicle fixed in the shortest amount of time possible. I got my vehicle back withing the week of the collision. I never got the time to even miss my car. Its a matter of fact that they were finish with my car before I could pick up a rental. When I thought I was hearing knocking I called then and told them about it and they made me an appointment right away to bring it in to have it checked. I was asked when could I come in so they would ha e some one standing buy after I got off of work. I couldnt get there until i got off of work which was when they was closing. They made sure someone was there to receive me to check my vehicle. My experience was great and I have no complaints and couldnt find any if I tried. I would go back there again if I had to go on my own.

The work was very well done and the service was above and beyond. I will use them anytime I need work done. Very pleased.

They did amazing body work on our vehicle, including matching back to the custom color. My only concern is that I was not contacted about any of the details of the work until it was almost done. That along with some delays in getting parts delivered made it a bit stressful in knowing when we would get the vehicle returned to us.

Called to schedule a quote on a quarter size issues. Because of Covid19 they are schedule two weeks out, ok no problem.Day of appointment, we pull up nobody came out so 10min after our appointment time we decided to go and knock on the little trailer thats outside . They tell us they will be right out, another 10min maybe longer they finally have someone come out. They take pictures of the entire car, milage and stickers etc...they take all contact information down said they would review the issues and reach out to us. Months later and here we are no call no anything. Went to another local shop got it fix ;money was never a problem.

Paint quality and part/panel alignment is often poor

I would like to thank Dan Thompson and the staff at Abra for providing me with exceptional service. A few weeks ago I had an issue that was linked to a repair that was done 3.5 years ago. Dan had me scheduled quickly, ordered and received a replacement part the next day. They Installed the part the following day all at no charge. You guys are the best!

I called to get an estimate for body work on a new Mercedes AMG that was delivered to me with some scratches that should not have been there. They said they were not able to make an appointment for me to get an estimate for two weeks. I let them know that the dealership we purchased it from across the country has asked that we provide them with an estimate this week and they still said they were too busy to provide me with an estimate. Unfortunately, they are losing thousands of dollars of work by turning down this job but clearly they do not need the business. However, I thought it was important for you to know that if you are needing a timely estimate, this is not the place to come. I have since called three other very highly rated body shops in the area and all of them have been able to make an appointment for an estimate within two days.

Charlene nd the staff at Calliber Collision are awesome. This was my first experience with an auto repair of this kind. Darlene made my experience really painless. The staff that repaired and painted my car did an awesome job, they even vacuumed and wiped down the inside.You re the best Calliber Collision.

Very cold seeming and kind of rude through the whole experience. They also refuse to own up to what might possibly be their mistake. They just try and put the blame somewhere else and figure out ways to get more money out of the customers. They basically told me that even if they did make a mistake, I’d have to pay them more money to check. I do not recommend at all.

Everything looked great on my car repairs

Me and my husband gave this company many chances. We waited patiently for two months to get a small dent out of the back of my car. Every time we called they made up a different excuses as to why it couldn’t be fixed. Yet our neighbors car was fixed in a weekend. Not sure what went wrong here but had to go somewhere else.

Excellent body work unfortanly there story would change as to why the vehicle wouldnt get done and getting my hopes up when they kept telling me they would get it done immediately, somewhat rude when I was trying to get basic information.

I havent gotten my car back from being fixed.. but, the employees are very pleasant, and a very clean relaxing atmosphere!!

Dont take your vehicle here unless you are part of the GEICO preferred customer group. My FJ cruiser was dropped off for a rear driver window and fender replacement. After being there for 10 days I called to check and confirm the original promised finish of 11 days (tomorrow) . Not only is a job that should have taken one day not going to be done in the promised 11 days. They are now saying that it will be another week. TO DO SOMETHING THAT SHOULD TAKE ONE DAY. And the reason for the delay is simple. They are putting other customers repairs ahead of mine. BC they pay more money or their insurance pays more money. SO I BEG YOU. DO NOT GO HERE. I will update my post when ubsee the work they have done. But Im not expecting anything good. In fact Im worries once I see the work theyve done, that I will have to contact my attorney. Heres hoping they are not crooks in addition to being money grubbing, procrastinating sloths.

My problem with this place is that they dont want to own up to their mistakes and not been responsive at all. If my personal property was damaged at your establishment then you need to fix it accordingly and not try to pin it on the insurance company unless you have evidence that it was received damaged prior to repairs.
