Both the sales and service departments are excellent. They were able to accommodate a request for prompt service so I could complete a planned extended trip. They have been outstanding with providing some education for a returning rider and are well worth the 60-mile trip from home to their shop.
Unpressured free roam of the inventory left my eyes fixated on the TNT135 from Benelli. A quick drive out back was enough to leave me smiling from ear to ear, more fun to ride a slow bike fast than the other way for me anyway. Charlie and the crew showed tremendous customer service from start to finish.Heres what can be improved I believe, during the sign process there are fees for temp tag and another tag fee both equalling $140, so my question is why not just issue me a hard plate license. Ive been in other states where this is a thing but its just trivial. Also I didnt like agreeing to 1000 down with the bank then later when I go to sign its $212 more cause of all the added fees and costs which is a lot I might add. Its like my entire down payment went to doc fees and I still have to go get the plate myself. This is just a document rant, in no way does it reflect the quality of the bike or staff.Overall really great communication with staff and leadership, then bank to get me processed quickly. Once purchased I was shown all around and bought a half shell helmet, because helmets are cool 😎, and then was shown to the service dept and went over standards of upkeep & MX. Not my first purchase here and wont be my last. Great Job.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Pre sale service was excellent. Post sale was horrific. I purchased my new R1 out of state. After delivery, my temporary tag expired. I notified Bill, my salesman. The tag, sent regular mail didn’t arrive. I asked that another be mailed signature required, express, priority any manner with a tracking number. The sales manager Jack told me the cost of mailing any other way than regular mail was too expensive. To which I replied it’s a business expense that is tax deductible, so basically free for all customers. Supposedly another was mailed but no one knew when. I was asked to come into the dealership to retrieve it. They knew I was out of state. Weeks went by that I couldn’t ride my $20k motorcycle. The permanent tag finally arrived. I won’t purchase from here again and suggest you don’t either.
The experience I had was very good, Bill was a awesome Salesmen, he was very helpful, with making the process go faster, had everything ready for me when I arrived.. the Finance Manager was awesome, and made my experience very exciting of my new purchase( sorry I don’t remember his name,) but his smile was beautiful.. thank you, for my experience with you guys.
First, the service staff is very knowledgeable. Next, they’ve always been courteous throughout the years.All my needs have been met as promptly as possible. When they’re very busy they let me know upfront and estimate a possible time frame then try to deliver that. All work has been completed properly and to my satisfaction.No shop is perfect but I gave them five stars because it’s fair.
Very nice welcoming dealership, I went in for some parts and service on three different occasions. The staff was helpful and courteous. Sales people were not predators like at some dealerships, they were very helpful too. Service was great, they helped me out of a jam and repaired my bike the same day at a fair price. I will be back. Oh yeah they even have a store inside parts for riding gear. Great place to check out.
Charlie has been super helpful and informative! He helped my sis get her ski to Guam out of the country a few years back so I knew when it was time to finally get my ski who I was going to see.. with this crazy market we are in he did not disappoint! Poor service, they had the my bike 7 weeks and couldn’t install a adjustment bolt. Performed a so called safety check that told me nothing and charged me $115. The service guy was extremely rude, hard to get a hold of and gave no updates. Once I got bike home, my brand new battery dead 6-7 months old maybe 4hrs of riding time on it. I tried charging it wouldn’t take a charge, just missed the warranty window so that’s another $110. Therefore 7 weeks costed $225 & no riding time during the summer months.I’m conclusion, I tapped the hole myself in my swing arm, picked up the proper grade bolt and nuts from Home Depot $4. Swapped my battery and out riding. Service department was pathetic and a bunch of thieves.

I bought a can am ds 90 in March of 2021 out of state. As many can am dealers including this place and severna park, Maryland have been many weeks out for service appointment times we took it to our local mechanic. As he was looking it over, he found that a transmission tooth was broken. He had to take the back of the body apart to get to the gear box, where they found that the transmission gear box was bone dry. 0 evidence of any leaks. No oil at all. Tried calling Diamond Motorsports and they gave us the run around saying that our 6 month warranty expired last month (when the bike broke in August but couldnt get anyone to look at it before our warranty expired anyways). But this isnt even a warranty problem. Someone dropped the ball both at the dealership and the manufacturer. When I asked for the service guy to call can am and help us out, he said it would take a couple days. Now Im out a $3,000 bike and NO ONE is helping or taking the fault for this mistake. I will never buy a can am bike again and if this continues and we continue to get no help, we will never deal with Diamond Motorsports again. Our son rode the bike twice, barely 2 hours on it. There should be no problem with it.
BUYER BEWARE: This dealer is gauging on new products. SHOP AROUND Im glad i did.I was able to find the same bike at least $600 Cheaper at every surrounding dealer. thanks to Talbot Honda I save a bunch of money.
Made two purchases approximately a week or two apart. Wasn’t satisfied with the second purchase. They made no attempt to cooperate nor try to satisfy the customer. I wanted to continue doing business with them but after the last experience I’ll spend my money else where!!!
The parts and accessories store here is really good. I came for motorcycle wash and actually found a variety of products and helpful friendly staff. Skip ordering online if you can and have a look around here.

I have a can-am they are the closest dealer and service for my bike. Service for these is expensive but doesn’t matter where you go. They always take care of the bike for whatever is wrong with it. It goes in every year for oil change and check. This particular time i did a test drive and it was nice to not have a pressured salesman to work with. I’m giving this place 4 out of 5, they are busy in the service area so expect to wait a bit if u need anything parts ordered for. Also i find their can am prices to be a bit high compared to some dealers. Overall though a good dealership to work with for can-ams.

I had my bike listed on FB Marketplace and with few messages Diamond Motor Sport convinced me to take it to them, they will pay my asking price. I was thinking that once Im there, they will try to offer less that what we talked. But no, very professional, straight at the subject, I left in few minutes with the check in my pocket. **Update at the end**Was very disappointed with my experience will probably never go back for them to work on my bike. Brought my shadow in for an electrical issue on March 30. Made an appointment brought bike in first thing that day. By almost closing time like 530 p.m called finally got through to a very snippy person to find out what was diagnosis of my bike for them to tell me they found the problem but couldnt tell me what it was going to cost or what exactly it needed cause it wasnt figured out yet. He said they would call me back the next day. Next day comes around no call finally got a hold of someone after a few attempts around 530 pm again was giving the issue needed new light bar found ground etc. Giving price was told needed to order part didnt know how long it would take. After about a week showed up at the shop cause tried to call several times to no answer said they had got the part in that wed would be scheduled to be finished Tuesday. Today is tue finally called them around 5 p.m after not hearing from them again. To find out my bike was not done. They said that the part was on but they didnt think it was the right part sent or was made wrong cause it didnt fit on bike right. They told me they were waiting for the parts guy to fix the problem with the manufacturer. Manufacturer wanted pictures but by the time they sent them the manufacturer was closed for the day. Again not calling to let me know about the issue. My issue isnt the mistake with the part but the having to track them down to get an update or any info about bike is ridiculous. So now I am waiting to get a call tomorrow to get this figured out and probably not get my bike back for another two weeks. For its now April 13 and counting.**Update**April 14 dsm called first thing this morning to take care of the problem. Will put bike back to riding condition until part comes in from the manufacturer. Then when part comes in will put it on right away. Took some complaining but after all that at least taking care of the problem so raising rating to 3.5 cause still had to go this far.

I loved this place I drove an hr and a half because they are the only place restocking their 110s, their employees were all very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for the new bike before I left including a trip over to the parts department for future oil changes hr meter etc.then they took me to the service area made sure I knew everyone there and how everything on the bike worked and when to service! Place is top notch, even thru the billing and paper work....each and every employee I went thru I could tell everyone had time for me and you dont find that often.i would easily drive this trip again to give these guys...and gals any future sales!

They definitely worked with me to get a good deal with a used motorcycle but at the end after the motorcycle was delivered (which I paid for)they didn’t honor what they told me. They were supposed to delivered the bike nice, clean and with a full tank of gas but they didn’t. The bike was really dirty with just a half a tank of gas. I called them and they told me that they washed and cleaned the bike but I send them a video of the bike that it wasn’t. They apologize and told they would come and pick up the bike and clean it for me but I told them no because I lived two hours away. They offer to give me a free accessory for my bike if one day I’m in the area but obviously there is a 99% chance I will never be in the area because I don’t live close to them. My thoughts is, they should of made sure things were done right before delivering the bike and since the didn’t then offer to ship me the free accessory instead. But I understand that the deal is done so who cares. Anyways if you go there just make sure you make them accountable for everything they say they will do before signing the dotted line.

Ive always had a good experience at DMS. Been going there since I was a kid. Bought an ATV, motorcycle and countless accessories over the years. I wish they kept more new inventory on the machines. Only real negative I can think of.
Very poor customer service experience - absolute worst ratings possible. I even dealt with two different employees. Spending my money elsewhere. And to think I was ready to support local businesses here in Delaware and spend my money here. It’s these poor business attitudes that are pushing us away to online retailers.
Needed a battery for my bike and these guys had the battery in stock for at least 10 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. I also test drove a bike. The bike was ready and waiting outside when I arrived. The staff were extremely personable and friendly and explained the bike in detail, then sent me on my way. I came back and they let me take it out again. Absolutely zero pressure and was told I could test ride as many bikes as I wanted as many times as I wanted. Really great people that seem to genuinely want their customers to find the right bike. I would definitely like to buy my next bike here. Great job guys.
Dealt with Charlie and from step A to Z he took care of me. Even after I left the shop I had questions and he answered promptly. I appreciate everyone that helped the entire process. It was truly a pleasant experience. In and out in an hour flat. I will buy again from them in the future. Highly recommended.

Stopped by and called two additional tmes, still no return call, so I went to another power sports dealership in Salisbury that called me right back and got me in that day... But I could only buy one bike because they had sold out of their stock. I guess thats what happens when you return calls...So I gave DMS another chance today and when I did get through to the salesman C asked What do you want? We have been busy At that point I realized, I dont need to waste my time or spend my money in a place with that type of customer service. I wont be back.

Diamond motor sports is the best dealership ive encountered in my years of riding. Every employee at the shop is very helpful and chalk full of information that is so helpful. My salesman was charlie again for the second time. I was happy to hear he had got my email about the R6 i wanted to get. At first i was worried it wouldn’t work out for me as another dealer couldnt offer me a good price on my bike so i could get a R6. Charlie said he would do his best to help me and rest assured he did such a good job with working with me and my needs. He is very attentive to the customers needs and is a really nice guy. Bruce helped me with my financing on the new bike he worked with me on my numbers so that I could feel comfortable with a monthly payment. He did some researching and did a great job with a number im super happy with. He explains everything with ease with having a great personality. I walked out with a new bike i didnt think i could get to be honest. They also helped me load it into a uhaul trailer which they did not have to do i didnt even have to ask! Im very pleased with the services at DMS i would recommend anyone go to these guys and chat about bikes and or gear you might want. Youll see why i rated 5 stars. Needed my chain and sprockets replaced, and asked for an inspection since I had a coupon for one. I received a call and was told I needed a new front tire. I was shocked since when I bought the bike used last year, I was told by my salesman that a new front tire was put on. So after explaining this to the service tech on the phone, she spoke with the manager and had the tire replaced free of charge. Diamond has always stood behind their word and I have never had a single issue in the 4 years that we have been dealing with them. We will continue to come back for the great customer service they provide.
I sold cars for 12 years so I understood the process finance was an ordeal but finance is always like that I did some time and finance everyone was courteous and helpful I will be doing business with them in Im completely satisfied and would definitely recommend

Great place I had my eye on a used Honda Rebel 500 and they didnt have any originally but they said they would keep their eyes open and let me know when they got one in, and about a month later they contact me saying they are on their way to pick one up was I still interested and I was, so I just paid the deposit and they held it for me and stepped me through everything (this was my first time buying one) and they even gave me a few coupons to use the next time I come back for different services. Great dealer and if ur in the market for either new or used motorcycles I recommend looking here

I have always received excellent service over the past 15 years, including my most recent purchase of two generators, sold by Mr. Atkinson- couldnt ask for a better salesman. He creates a tremendous relationship with his customers and I can always rely on his help and knowledge of merchandise. I stopped in for a chain adjustment and the gentleman who greeted me took a look and quickly noticed that I had deteriorating O-Rings on my chain. He was incredibly friendly and was able to work the service into my timeline. During my wait, I wandered through the parts department and showroom floor. All of the employees were pleasant, and talked to me with a genuine love of riding.It was a no-pressure floor with awesome, well-educated staff.

Id visited DMS twice before deciding to buy. In both of those visits, Charlie rolled out the red carpet. I would NOT have been surprised if an actual VIP carpet was present. He answered my questions, even though I was NOT the customer and made me feel very welcomed! It was an easy thing to drive an hour to come give him my business.
Im an employee at DMS, hired by founder Warren Price in 1977. Diamond is like home to me. Obviously I am not impartial but I have been in the motorcycle industry my entire life and have visited bike shops all over the country. In a difficult market, Diamond has been in business more than 50 years for a reason - We try so hard to take care of out customers. Dont take my word for it, check it out for yourself. Most will agree, Diamond is the place to be.

One star because zero is not available. Worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.I have purchased (new) two VTX 1800’s, a VTX 1300, a 954rr, and an RC-51. I went to Diamond first every time and left to go elsewhere due to the way I was treated.The most recent issue was my father going in to buy a used Spyder. He was quoted a price and told they would consider offers oncethe bike was prepped.He left a deposit but wasn’t allowed a test ride until the bike was “inspected” by the dealership. After multiple attempts to contact the salesman, he finally went back to the store and was told the price was now $1000 more and that there would be no negotiations.I guess business is good being near the Air Force Base but for 20yrs Diamond hasn’t earned mine. I drive elsewhere to get my bikes. I’d recommend everyone else do the same.Update: Issue was not able to be resolved but to be fair I have to give credit to Alvin for prompt attention to the review and taking the time to talk with me.

I bought a 2015 Yamaha SR400 from here. 2 weeks later the bike stopped working.
Charlie was awesome! He made the process easy for me to purchase a new Yamaha Wave Runner. As a single mom, Charlie patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with no pressure to buy. By the time I left, I had a 2016 PWC that met all of my criteria and it was registered and ready to drop in the water as soon as I got it home!
