So hmmm. I went here recently and needed to get and xacto knife and a ruler and it cost be about 20 bucks. I later went to Target and couldve saved 12 dollars. Just seems odd that a store specializing in art supplies would get out-priced by a store you would least expect. Also I wish they would get things for photography like cameras, lenses, tripods, drawing tablet, developing chemicals and things like that. They have 3 aisles dedicated to framing photos but nothing in regards to taking the photo. Is photography not an art? Nor craft?

It feels like they gave up. I personally like the store, the selection and lack of crowds make it a quick stop.

Michaels in Dover, De., is a smaller store but they are just as organized and efficient as the larger ones. I found just what I was looking for and some special Christmas ornaments with the help of a very nice young lady. The customer service was Great. Thanks for being so friendly especially during the busiest season of the year.

Was ok. Fairly clean. Everything was easy to find. Halloween stuff wasnt all out or was sold out by the beginning of October. Wanted to buy some bracelets and charms but no available staff to unlock it. So I decided to forget about it. Checkout was quick. They had all registers open. Didnt really get to buy anything important.

Horrible cashier at Dover DE. Wanted 2 picture frames (1black & 1white) at buy 1 get 1. They are out of black and wanted me to pay full price for the white. Good customer service would have gave me the white for half price.

Ho Ho Ho... went to Michaels day after Black Friday. Lots of people there, for sure! Tons of Christmas and holiday merchandise in full stock! All registers open and COVID-19 precautions in place, but tough to enforce in the line to the registers. Wear your mask!

This is the 4th time ive come here to pick something up they said they hadi stock and they didnt. Im gonna do my shopping on Amazon. Save me gas and money.

The worker in there is name Elizabeth was very helpful. I was looking for some yarn to make a baby blanket. She showed me which one will be best to use and I bought it. I asked her some more questions and she was never helpful. I had a wonderful experience today and will come back more often. Thank you Elizabeth for your time and hope I didnt take too long of your time.

On 12/10/2020 my wife and I had a bad experience.My wife had a question about the price of a item,The young man at the register was unable to answer the question when he called over a person in management. This supervisor was very rude. When my wife asked her another question she was very abrupt, My wife had a follow up question she was very short still didnt answer the 1st question then said thats the way it is. Went to this store to pick up some last minute item because hobby lobby was closed on a Sunday. I got a wooden picture craft frame. Which was find but the cashier got an attitude because my phone was not receiving a strong signal in the store from the wifi so I had to get off the line go outside and recast out my order.

I used a coupon and purchased a new Christmas tree for the parlor this year. It was fun, shaped like a pencil tree with snow already on it. They had a lot of really nice Christmas decorations I took advantage of as well. The baby was really excited, and enjoyed all the decorations around the store. Kids breathe so much more magic into the holiday season.

Michaels has almost everything. I bought items to make teacher appreciation gifts. I was alittle disappointed in some of their prices but I didnt buy things here that I knew I could get less expensive elsewhere. They have a wonderful selection of baskets. I would have bought one if they had been on sale. So many wonderful crafty ideas!

This Michaels is super clean, friendly assosiates and organized. My wife and I loved walking around filling our cart especially easy with the deals they and taking advantage of sales. The cashier at checkout (Lauren) was very professional looking out for us more by adding additional savings by signing up. With all this makes it super easy to make the decision to go back and become a regular to this store

My kids like the saturday morning crafts. My wife always goes in for one things comes out of bags of great deals.

Staff was friendly and did not particularly care if I decided to make purchases or not. In other words, I did nor receive a sales pitch.You can expect good products, but limited selections and high prices.
