Their birthday club for kids is amazing. The staff is super friendly and knows there store and there products. Their assembler Brenon is very helpful and knowledgeable and very time efficient when completing a order and will go above and beyond to get your merchandise assembled that day. Thank you to the entire staff for making my daughters birthday extra special its nice to see businesses care so much for there customers no matter how small they are. Keep up the good work!

I realize that they are only a few days away from being closed forever, but there is absolutely no customer service. I think there were only 3 people working the entire store. Almost everything has been sent back to manufacturers or distributors at this point. It was not worth the time to check out what they had remaining.

Just a terribly ran store. It’s easy to see why the company is always close to going under. It’s dirty, employees are no where to be seen with worn out untucked shirts. Products are always in the wrong place, and I don’t mean one thing a customer moved. Almost half the Thomas aisle has been stocked in the wrong labeled peg or shelf. Always one register open. Last time I was there, the cashier asked the manager for help getting the line down and the manager said he would just have to deal with it. She then proceeded to call the other managers or employees over while they discussed where to call in for lunch. Skip this place and use Amazon.

Good selection, but they have a habit of putting street dated items out too early, then you cant buy them. I work retail THE DATE IS ON THE BOX, but yet it happens all the time.

Great location and very good staff. Had an issue with a bike I brought from this store and they took care of me without hesitation.

We want to thank Kayla P. She was very friendly during Geoffreys Birthday Club party. I didnt get a chance to get the guides name that was helping Geoffrey but she was very friendly as well. We will definitely return.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this location there is plenty of parking and the Iles in the store are wide and the items are neat and well kept everyone is always anxious to help and you can get great gift ideas by walking through the store.

Supervisor and Manager on duty both was rude. Both lied to my face and then tell me there is nothing they can do after breaking store policy. Needless to say I called corporate office filed a complaint. Waiting to see how the company handles this issue! Was glad to hear from corporate that my formal complaint will go to the DM and escalade to next level as well as they assure me the issue will be taking care of!

Unfortunately they did not have the toy I was looking for. The layout of the store made it simple to find a different toy.

I do hate that they are going out of business. I still do not want to grow up! The store even with the sales was organized and the staff was super. This is a place that will be missed.

I see a review where someone toyed with a guest and had the audacity to gave them my name even though I have not been an employee there since 2016.. Im so glad I dodged that bullet.. Who toys around with customers and uses a former employee? Only a miserable underpaid employee.. Trust me I know the feeling but you should be ashamed.. You are miserable and that explains why you are going exactly where you job is going. down!! Slaving for that chump change, Do us all a favor and do better losers..

I called before driving 35 min. to the Toys R us. I asked if the had anymore super nintendo classic available. She (Kysha or Shaqueta) said, Yes, we have 4 more you better get here in 20 mins. Well i obviously didnt speed over but i headed that way. My wife and I got there and I spoke to the special needs gentleman who was a Toys R us employee and he said they sold out in the first hour the day before. I truely believe this girl told multiple people this to look cool to here fellow employee friends. When you hire Immature trash that try to pull pranks at there jobs thats why Toys R us will never be the best toy place in the world as their mission statement says. I will never step foot in a Toys R us. Thank you amazon.

Phone number on their web site is no longer in service, I can understand why!Keep in mind, live an hour from this store so shopping there is not a quick trip to buy toys. Had a cart full of toys for childs birthday. 1 register open, 6 people in line also with full carts. 3 people employees stood 20 feet away just talking to each and didnt care about the long wait. All 3 just stood there instead of opening up another register. 1 was either a supervisor or manager. 2nd visit: Bought a Frozen microphone off the shelf for granddaughter, got home and device didnt work. Found a receipt in the box showing it was returned previously because it didnt work for that person either. How does a defective toy returned to the store get back on the shelf? 3rd visit: Happen to be in the area so wanted to surprise granddaughter. Bought several toys and an iTunes gift card. Get home and gift card doesnt work because it was never activated. Tried calling store, thats how I know the phone number is no longer in service. Called babiesrus to see if they had the number, which they did. Called store but was told I would have to bring the receipt and the card back to the store. Thats a 2 hour round trip. No thank you, keep the money. Ill never be back!!!

A great place to shop For our grandkids and the staff was great

My sister and her class from her school were in a field trip and had twenty minutes to spare before they had to head back to school. So they decided to go walk around this Toys R Us. As my mother and my sister and a couple of other children walk in they are greeted by a worker who then ask my mother if she was the leader of the group. My mother proceeded to tell her no but she could get the leader, the worker then told her that she needed to gather the kids up because they were not authorized to be there! In shock my mom got the leader and she was told the sane thing that they were not authorized to be there. The teacher ask for a manager which there was not one there..so they called corporate to complain. The worker I guess realized what a mistake she made because she apologized and said she did not realize that the kids were special needs kids! What the hell does it matter if they a special needs kids or not and Im not aware that this store has a policy of how many kids you cab have at one time in the store...since it is a public store! My sister left in tears and doesnt understand what she did wrong! Its idiots like the worker us whats wrong with this world

Store is bare and everything is 50% off. Picked ver severly.

Watch shopping with toysrus. This company post things for sell and then sends pictures of the things you order. I ordered 5 games and received 2 games and 2 pictures of games. Then when I complained they said they were out of stock when clearly on their Web site they still had plenty. They have resorted to tactics similar to the cheap knock off apps that we all know about like the wish app.

Its has done good service for 70 years I will miss toys r s and the reason why the staff is slow because its closing down forever.

They are going out of business and jacking their prices up before marking them down. Everything is still overpriced!

The store is going out of business. The prices are great, because of it.

Going out of business sale. Still large inventory but marked up so they could do 40 to 50 % sale. Only one or two cashiers and did not take my gift card.

After years of overpriced toys, the store is finally closing. Sadly, even their closeout prices cant beat Walmart.

Decent store. Lego event was run well.

Toys R Us going out of business is like ending the faith & hope of childhood for the ugly, cold practices of greed and financial dynasties...

They have no idea how to deal with a crowd. If they are busy at all, just come back later. Apart from that it is a a good little store.

Everything was suppose to be 30-50% off... On tv and online ads... But you get there and its only 10%/off. I paid more here for a toy that I could have gotten at Target for $7 cheaper.
