Looking forward to my mattress being delivered…but I can say that Terry and Mattress Firm were very helpful in pinpointing exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure or ‘salesman’ talk. Just information, assistance, and guidance.

Terry provided us with stellar customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the products. He listened to and consider all of our concerns before offering suggestions. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. It was an all around 5 star experience.

Brian at Douglasville Mattress Firm was the absolute best all the way around. He made us feel important and wanted to help us find comfort and what works best. He didnt rush us and he gave us info and ask us questions and we felt no pressure to purchase today. I give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10 !!!

Thankful that I didn’t have to go through a huge hassle to get my mattress returned. However, did not like the fact I had to pay $99 for them to come get a defective mattress and 20% restocking fee. I think the pick up service should have been a courtesy and 10% restocking fee. That’s why I put the 4 stars. Service was good, from purchasing to closing out. I have two other mattress that I purchased over 2 years and those seem to be holding well.

I learned about Mattress Firm when I was there with a friend. They took their time and explained everything to us. She did buy her bed and is very pleased with her purchase. When I decided to buy my bed that was the place to go. Again everyone was so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend if you need a new bed to go here. They took the time to show you the different mattresses, they didnt try to sell us something we couldnt afford and even gave us a better deal than the sale. Have been searching for a new mattress and finally believe I’ve found a keeper. I had narrowed my search to two mattresses then visited Brian at Mattress Firm. He spent a lot of time with me letting me go from one mattress to another until I made a decision. I knew my son and I needed new mattresses. I had bought a mattress topper from the Douglas Blvd location. Danielle was so kind and explained everything. I knew I wanted that repeat experience. I went to the one on Chapel Hill Rd just to look around. Thats when I met Brian. I asked him about some. I told him my son would be coming with me. Brian said were having the sale that you get king for a queen and so on. Brian told me he was the manager at the one on Douglas Blvd. He told me the sale was only gonna last 6 more days. My son and I went Saturday. Thats exactly the time I went to see Danielle last time. Brian explained everything to me and my son. I wanted hard mattress and my son wanted soft or so we thought. I hate shopping for big ticket items because I don’t like the pressure of pushy sales people. I walked in already expecting to be pressured or up-sold so I had my guard up from the start. My experience was completely the opposite! Edward was very knowable and honest about the pro’s and con’s of each mattress. I spent nearly 2 hours comparing different mattresses until I found exactly what I wanted. I usually end up second guessing my purchase afterward but not this time. I am so confident that I picked out the mattress that is absolutely perfect for me.

Terrible service !!! Salesman didnt really want to help us. I asked about a mattress and he pointed to the back of the store and told me that those mattresses were cheaper . I think he thought we didnt have money because my husband had on his work shirt and wasnt dressed good. I WILL NOT buy any6from them !!! I was in sales all of my life and you should never judge people by their looks on whether they can afford it or not sometimes youd be surprised. !!!

Communication is poor. They said that my delivery was coming so we took everything down and when they got there they only had have of my order. Then they had set it up for the next day and no one came. Very poor service.
