Went here to buy a phone. I did leave with a phone but it was kind of a difficult experience. I drove the 50 miles to Douglas Walmart because I thought they would have more stock and be more helpful and less crowded I was right on everything except more helpful. They do have way more stock than any other Walmart and they were way way less crowded it is a very big Walmart it does have covered parking Arizona Sun so that was nice but when I went in there was a person there that just sells and activates phones I was the only customer for 3 hours and they were not able to activate my phone. I did buy the phone and I went to a friends house and he activated it for me. So it is a great place to shop because there are not many big crowds theres covered parking but I found customer service to be unusually poor even for Walmart

I think that the Douglas Walmart is much cleaner and larger than the Sierra Vista store. That being said the self-checkout and plays can sometimes rush you and Ive noticed that on the floor if you need like an item thats on display theyll just tell you oh were out of it even when you can go on the app and see that they have five in stock. The curbside pickup and plays are always really friendly.

Had a the garage install 5 tires, did a great job.

Was in and out without issue. Was able to get what I was looking for.However one guy stocking the meat department said he had no idea where the Icy Pops were. Just down the aisle and around the corner was a huge tote full of them in the main walk way.... Couldnt miss them.Then when I went to check out the lady did not speak English. I would assume if youre going to have a cashier you should have someone who is at least bilingual. This was in the self-checkout.

They were out of almost everything needed. Bathrooms were super dirty.

Wish it was 24 hours or at least till midnight lately it been out of stock on some articles but is very clean always and usually Thier is friendly staff ‼️

Very clean store, I love shopping here. Associates are always busy but never busy enough to greet and help you. Definitely one of the best Walmarts Ive been to.

The store in Douglas Az is not a friendly store. It is normally out of stock of most items one needs. I needed baby gallon water and they were out. I wanted to purchase 3 patio tables and they had the one on display only. The guy working in the garden center was very rude to my sister and I. We had to carry the one i did buy on our own out to the car.

Its really gets to me as a Army Combat Veteran, goes into a store in the U.S. and can not speak to an employee in English. Last time I checked English is the language for here, yet they play music that is in another language, when I need help I am not able to ask them a question because they do not speak English or if they do its so broken that is still hard to understand. They DO NOT KEEP THE STORE CLEAR! They DO NOT CLEAR THE STORE STOCKED! Its as if Management there cares more about other things than doing there job. My son wanted something from the Deli the last time so I went to get him something and when he looked in the case he said to me look how gross that is, it looks like its been there forever and then walked away asking if we could go somewhere else that has good food. The worse part about this store is that it is the Only store in the area and they know it and so if you need stuff your stuck going there. Yet Management DOES NOT CARE and I say that after watching them inside the store and asking to speak with them. When I do my shopping I will drive almost an hour away to do my shopping because of how bad it is.

This is a really nice Walmart, very clean and nicely updated and renovated. The staff is always super friendly, and just a good place to find what you need. really helpful when there isnt too many places around in the desert.

The staff, for the most part, are great. The stock availability on the other hand, is horrible. And a lot of items that have been available for pick-up are no longer available for pick-up, which means I have to go inside for them. And that completely defeats the curbside pick up.

We all come to Walmart,for different things and reason, I went back to ellectronics, Lady behind counter was unpacking a,box,she gave notice, be rite with you, came twords me asking if I found everything, said no told here, ask to follow,went two isles, shown options for my cattagorys, checked out, pleasent visit

Went to the puck up online order station and it took 30min just for someone to approach me (mind you i had been askin for assistance before and during the wait time). More than half of the employees that ive spoken to are rude and dont even seem like they wanna be there whatsoever. Just overall look miserable.

Lately its very dissapointing to go to Wal-Mart. Dont seem to have the items I seek in the shelves tend to find misshelved items constantly.

Enjoy shopping this Walmart because its employees are less judgemental than other Walmart centers.

Has the craziest selection of Cheetos mac n cheese, jalapeño, fire, regular. The Dunkins doesn’t have beyond breakfast sandwich.

Its your normal Walmart nothing special but it is clean and the people working on nights are efficient

They need to open more registers with people. You spend alot of time waiting on self checkouts to get asisted. Need more experienced personnel that know the store with the merchandise. I go cause there is no other store. If there was I would avoid it all together

They are always out of what I need like chips, vitamin water etc.

Online shopping is great here. Never had an issue and they are always very friendly. One exception being a certain manager in the building but we won’t go there on an overall review. 😅

This is an updated review. Having used this location extensively and becoming familiar with its trends, this Walmart is problematic and weak. In fact, this is without equal the worst Walmart Ive ever seen for keeping goods stocked. There are several regular items I try to purchase every time I go and they are frequently and repetitively out of stock indicating no one is checking rate of sell vs rate of replenish metrics and adjusting accordingly. I dont know why they wouldnt, this is literally costing them money and causing at least one customer frustration.a fun observation not related to the store itself. This is the only Walmart I have ever seen where people buy 20 to 50 gallons of milk at a time. Ive seen entire vans being loaded with shopping carts of milk. I have no idea what it is. I see this every single time I go, there is always someone buying a couple hundred dollars worth of milk at once.

This Walmart needs to be under better management. This store is lacking strong leadership, and better attention to customer. Some employees are not nice at all and can be a little rude sometimes. In addition, just today I saw 4 people not wearing a mask at all

It was close to our hotel and had what we needed.

Shelves are empty, floor help is virtually non-existent, as is you find someone to help, most are surly.

There arent any carts when you go into Walmart. You have to leave the building and search the parking lot yourself for a cart. To get an item in jewelry takes about half an hour for someone to assist you.

Assistant rude and to add salt to injury, didnt speak English.

It couldve been better. I spent 2 hours trying to lay away 5 bicycles for Christmas presents. I was greeted by a friendly cashier at the lay away desk. The lady stated that I have to bring the bikes to her so she can proceed with the lay away process regardless of how many I was trying to buy. She did not offer any help or advice on how should I remove the bikes from the rack station. I had to figure out how to bring one of the top bikes to ground level so a worker could remove the bike from the rack. This is why a rather buy most of my stuff online.

The first impression I get every time I enter the store is the place needs a thorough cleaning.There are too many gaping holes on the shelves where products used to be. When pressed with questions about product availability, the associates will always lay the blame squarely on the malfunctioning Wal Mart supply-chain organization.At least the associates, that I have had contact with, are friendly and helpful.

Even during this challenging time of finding essential products, the Douglas Walmart seems to have found a way to keep everything well-stocked. I especially was pleased with seeing employees whose only job, it appears, is to thoroughly sanitize every surface at every checkout station, including the self-checkout areas, after every customer.

None of the associates speak English at all. Went up to 6ppl including the yellow vest folks. Lol. At least know some.

The best Walmart in AZ. I LIVE IN BUCKEYE. Thats the worst. Send Managers from Douglass to Buckeye to staten fix that store.

Wal-Mart in Douglas is convenient. They stock all that I need. The staff are helpful and smiling. Usually busy because their great.....but theres plenty of checkout counters to help yourself. As well as checkouts with someone to help. Enjoy your visit. Or order online and pick-up.

I give WalMart/Douglas 5 Stars because of their Great Value. They go out of their way to show you were anything is. They take you right to the product. They answer all your questions. Happy to help you at the checkout. So, So, polite. I have to coplement them for not just showing up but escorting you to your car.

They dont speak English which is a problem for me since I can not get a job there because I dont speak Spanish. The store is dirty they open at 7 but dont open the doors till after. They dont answer their phone when you call the store. Its a mess at this store all the time.

Johanna was excellent very helpful. Was very nervous to so them since its my first time and she was helpful and nice so wasnt nervous at all. Will come again next year!

Please read my review of the SV store, todays date. Selling hand sanitizer below the needed alcohol content without informing the public with a huge sign is how this virus spreads! Your store had employees that did not wear face masks. 2 weeks ago I had to ask 2 separate employees to not get so close at the checkout. 2 employees, at least, were found to be positive at your store. Your employees show up to work and your company fails to put even safety before profit. Walmart, what is your problem?
