I bought a sheet set there today and they weren’t in a box for one and then I got the fitted sheet and it was a full size and the pillowcases and flat sheet were a queen. The fitted sheet was a completely different sheet wrong size and the flat sheet had bleach stains on it like someone had taken them home and washed them then resold them so I paid $8.00 for wrong sized bleached sheets!!! And also the customer service was very bad not very friendly I won’t be going back!!

Was asking about something that didnt have a price on it when the guy that was helping me went up front to ask the lady that does the pricing she said that there was a price on it I guess it must was invisible because he didnt see it and neither did I.

I like their new Look, that they have. Now, all what are selling is furniture.

Super great prices! I bought this NHL Chicago Blackhawks decorative sign on sale for $10.Huge variety of merchandise!As in most outlets, it is necessary to be patient as one peruses through the aisles.Both of the employees working the other evening were both helpful and friendly.The gentleman working there had his Naval Basic Training in the Chicago area and was enjoyable to converse with.The woman working there had an excellent memory for the placement of their stock merchandise. She was wonderful to interact with.I am looking forward to returning.

I love this place and for you all that bash this place For items having missing parts, what do you expect a perfect item?? Thats why its called liquidation goofballs...and for the ones that complain about the prices, go ahead to Wal-Mart and or buy it off line and see if youll save after all expenses added in or stay home......stop giving a very decent place a bad name because you want it your way life is not always like Burger King or McDonalds with that being said that tells me allot about yourself that complains.....have a happy New Years....

I love this store! We have purchased several items since they first opened and still use them. A swimming float we bought for our pool last year, well we are still using it this year. And we just bought a really nice pool here and we love it and save lots of money.

Variety of things, and a good return policy. Most stores like this, eg Dirt Cheap, dont allow any returns at all not even on electronics. They often have a 50% off sale that is incredible to stock up on plates, sheets, makeup, etc.

Over priced for sure. I can find anything in the store for cheaper online new and not broken. Does have lots of good junk if you are looking to blow a few bucks for fun.

They were high on prices in my opinion.

I always check here before going to Walmart or another retailer for something. They keep their merchandise much more organized than most shops of its kind. PLUS the service here is great! One time I came in for an item Id seen them post on Facebook as new merchandise- by the time I got there they were sold out, I left my name and number in case theyd gotten any more and the very next week they did and called me and held it for me! Now that is going above and beyond for your customers. Thanks to Shannon I finally got my shoe cubby!!

Everything is discounted! Great place to get new items that are slightly damaged or just the packaging is damaged or just overstock items from other stores.
