I took my 2020 Durango R/T in to get it to sound like a Hemi again. I requested they cut off the “suitcase” muffler that sits mid car and install straight pipes where it was. They quickly accommodated my request and had it all done within 25 minutes. They called me over and started it up and revved it up so I could hear it. It sounded good but it wasn’t quite there. They suggested I delete the rear resonators and even offered to install an x-pipe and some black exhaust tips to go with the rest of the blacked out vibe.They took another 30 minutes and had it all done. When they started it up the Durango roared to life and sounded like a V8 should. The Durango is now straight pipes from the catalytic converters to the tips. I am very pleased with their work and prices!They were professional, quick, always double checking their work, ensured my exhaust tips were centered, and that I was completely pleased with all of the work. This shop is the only shop you should go to for any exhaust work, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Great people doing excellent work!! If I understood correctly, my 41 foot long Class A Diesel Pusher RV was the biggest vehicle they had ever taken care of. What they did to fix my exhaust problem was exceptional and the cost to do that incredible work was better the reasonable. Had muffler come off my wife’s car They not only fixed it but fix it at no cost. Work was done professionally and quickly. Also great customer service I would highly suggest anyone come here. While I was here the owner saved a couple almost $1600. Tech way was going to charge them $1600 for a $40 fix.

This shop is fantastic for all exhaust work. Ms. Diane was so easy to work with on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. They allowed me to get all the parts that I wanted myself(although they would have ordered them, but since their prices were a little higher on parts, had no problem with me getting my own), had them installed in half a day, and the weld quality and custom downpipe was fantastic. The Jeep is finally running with zero exhaust leaks. Travis seems to be 4.0 on what he does and has a lot of ownership and pride. Thats missing from most of the world now. Thanks so much, and you have a customer for life.

Truly a 5-star place! My 2010 Ford Escape had a hole rusted in the muffler, so I was searching for repair work from the catalytic converter to just before the resonator. I called every shop in Enterprise, AL and experienced either poor customer service (one laughed and then talked over me for wanting to bring my own parts) or shady quotes. Fortunately my coworkers recommended this place and I couldnt have been happier.They have THE best service and prices in the area. This shop allowed me to bring in my own muffler kit that I bought online, and gave an accurate quote before work started. While switching out the parts, one of my O2 sensors was rust-welded into the hole and couldnt be extracted without damaging the part. The shop didnt try to upsell me on one of their parts, and I was able to save money by running to a local parts store - after which the shop finished the exhaust workOverall I highly recommend this place! Its been over a week since their work and everything is running amazing still.

Ricks Auto claimed the mufflers I bought would not fit my car & charged me $80 for his efforts, The muffler shop had the mufflers on in less than one hour for $60. Some of the best welding I have ever seen.

Great Service here. Very sweet owner Dianne! My sister and I both do business here. I’m on my way back this week for exhaust on another car. Very reasonable on her prices. Rick’s OMG.... my sister went to Dianne’s place to have her exhaust installed awesome job. While I was there in Dianne’s parking lot I saw something dripping from my exhaust pipe. Dianne got down and looked and it was dripping in several places. She asked her guys to put it on the rack and take a look at it. Keep in mind I had just left Rick’s 600.00 there. Dianne’s crew asked me who did my exhaust..... my exhaust were literally hanging by a thread. One of them you could reach up and pull it down and push it back up. Dianne told the guys to fix my car for me. She is hands down the best. So take my advise and visit the The Muffler Shop on Reeves Street. Rick’s will run you up a bill and your exhaust will be hanging by a thread when you pull out of Rick’s automotive’s.

Diane and The muffler shop saved us.... we had just started a roadtrip and got our catalytic converter “fixed” in Tallahassee. Turns out it wasn’t enough and not very well welded. The muffler shop in Dothan Alabama not only fixed the shotty welding that we got done in Tallahassee, they gave us a muffler. By far they are the nicest bunch of people I’ve ever been to for car trouble. In talking and getting to know Diane while we waited for repairs, we learned that she is one of the nicest kind hearted people we have ever had the privilege of meeting. Thank you guys. I live about 30 miles away and could have had this done locally, but was referred to The Muffler Shop in Dothan by a friend. Best decision I ever made. I simply had the stock muffler on my early 2000s F-150, 4.6L changed to single in/dual out with a MagnaFlow. Sound is great and it took them all of an hour. They custom cut and bend a short pipe from the existing Y pipe to the muffler, AND both tailpipes from 14 ga (0.074) aluminized steel, and add 300 series stainless chrome tips. All-welded construction and leak-checked. These folks are PROs.

The problem with not growing up in Dothan is not knowing who to go to first for the best service.Diane and her team took my car right in .Welded the parts that were leaking, dropped the exhaust manifold and installed new gaskets to solve my exhaust leaks .I would gladly have paid triple what I was charged in a heartbeat.They will definitely get all my future business.
