Amazing staff and options. They made picking out the lighting for our house as easy as it could be. Carolyn was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her and this company.

Awful customer service! The women here are so rude! I stopped in to see if they carried a small light fixture that was broken and needed to match the other 4 in my kitchen. Rather than just say sorry no, we dont have that they started making stupid suggestions like just take the others down, everything will match then! Really funny. Thanks for nothing.

Many many light designs to view in store and on the computer or website. Way out designs, too much for me, but very interesting. Amanda was very very helpful.

I had an awful experience with this showroom. I am building a home and needed to select lighting. Amanda was extremely rude to me. When I arrived, she did not want to assist me and asked if I could come back. When I explained that I needed to pick out lighting due to upcoming travel, she was extremely frustrated. On many occasions, she belittled next. She told me that if I had an interior designer, then I would understand that the lighting did not have to match the plumbing fixtures. She told another customer on the phone that she couldn’t help them in front of me and other sales associates because she hadn’t even had lunch. She hung up on another customer and when they called back, she stated that they obviously didn’t understand if someone hangs up on you, then don’t call back. This was by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I do not plan on using them to furnish the lighting in my home.

Excellent products and a knowledgable staff make shopping here a great experience. They have a huge selection to choose from whether youre looking for home, business or industrial applications. Carolyn was very knowledgeable and found a great solution for my lighting needs.

Dont depend on them calling you if they say the will and be SURE you dont let them sell you the bulbs to go with the lights. It is like buying snacks at the theatre...
