The Jackson County BOCC has used UniFirst for the last several years. Derek became our driver in 2020 and has been very attentive and helpful to us as a customer with a wide variety of departments and locations as well as a chaotic period of time in which our main building was inaccessible to the public and required him going out of his way to use our back doors and even detours within the building.

Once we first started getting our uniforms from UniFirst, I have to say, I have ZERO complaints with our service. Weve had several changes that we asked in our initial fitting, from the pants size, to the shirts, and the style each person felt comfortable in. And each time a request was made, the next delivery (each week), our request was fulfilled, and with a smile on top of that. If theres a business out there that has been searching for a great uniform service, then look no further. THIS IS IT!!!

I am the owner of Rays Restaurant. I would like to say that our delivery driver, Jamie is the best! And for him I give him 5 stars. He always makes sure that we have what we need and goes above and beyond to make sure that we get it. Thanks Jamie!The reason that I am giving Uni1st an overall 3 stars is because we often have problems withour towels being full of lint. They also come torn or very worn also. We sometimes do not get a full bag, shorting us before our next delivery. Our aprons that we receive often have half of the tie torn off. So we cant even tie them on. Also, they come very stained occasionally as if they have been mildewed and then laundered. The mildew stain is still there after the wash. We pay a fee each week for these items to be replaced as needed, but we rarely see new items in themix. We have also had problems with the posting of payments in a timely manner. Because the payments are not posted we then get a late charge added to the bill. It would be great if these small issues could get taken care of.
