Worst experience ever! This is my second visit at this location and I’ll be denied services both times for a custom hat by the same employee. The very first time I came in about five hours before they close and the guy told me that he had four hats to do and that he wasn’t doing any more for today. The second time that I return he tells me that I have to send my logo to an email which is fine but if I was told that the first time I would’ve been had that done I also would’ve been OK if he wasn’t talking on the phone out loud. He didn’t even. Greet me at all. He just stayed on the phone. Which is very unprofessional! .

The manager, JaQuan I belive, was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted even before I did. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would hat again!
