One of my favorite places to shop in Dothan. With that said I am not a person who needs the specialty stuff they sell, I could get most of what I use at Wal Mart and anything else at Lowe’s…but I come here. The locations great. Store is well kept. It’s always stocked. Most importantly however is the staff. This is the friendliest group of employees ever; not in a “management wants you to say welcome to Moe’s” kinda way either. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. Not sure who the manager is who does the hiring but he or she is on point. Frankly the whole store says a lot about management as well; keep doing what you’re doing and do what you need to to keep your staff. Well done.

We bought 2 rolls of fencing wire last night and were told they would put our name on it so when we came back today with our truck we could just pick it up then . We got there today and they hadn’t put our name on the wire even though it was paid for and we had a receipt . My husband was also expected to help load it onto the vehicle . No one but one guy came out to help . After paying $210, you’d think someone would load it for us and put our name on it to hold since it was paid for .

Worst tractor supply I’ve been to.This makes the third to going to this location and workers saying they don’t have propane either the fact that it’s to cold for them to go outside or worried about getting their red vest wet when it’s sprinkling rain. I’ll never do business with them again.

Shop here frequently, and its always nice. Usually have what were looking for, and employees are always nice and friendly.

Tractor supply has a lot more than tractor parts a farm supplies.Their sales are unadvertised but still good values.Its hard to find help beyond the front counter. Their prices are competitive for a smart shopper.They do carry a selection of live chicks and fowl.3 stars is for serious lack of helpful informative staff.

I am always greeted when I walk in the store, and no one ever frowns upon the fact that I need help loading and getting my dog food out to the car. Everyone is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Tractor Supply Company!

A 4 star instead of a 5 because I think the prices are a tad high on some items. But they arent giving things away are they? The cashier (I think her name was Hailey) knew her stuff and was doing about 6 things at the same time - all while exhibiting patience and product knowledge ~and~ delivering friendly service. There should have been two of her. I was impressed.This is the kind of store that makes you want to spend time just browsing . I gotta go back when I have more time.

Great place for pet food. I but 4health grain free for my dogs. I usually just stay on the animal side of the store, but occasionally check out the tool side. Love the smaller basic need selection instead of going to the bigger store.

Even though me and my boyfriend spent $350 in this store before we checked out we were followed by staff in the store like we were doing something wrong

They are lazy and rude went there twice to get propane and the same guy gave us grief 1st time was a 100lbs tank didnt want to get a hand truck to help get it back to our truck and wouldnt let us back our truck in to load the tank he wanted to drag it back to the truck. My husband had to pick it and carry it. 2nd time was yesterday he lied saying there was thunder so he wouldnt have to go out in a lite rain, when asked how long he tells us an hour tell him ok we will see you in an hour. Guy says with a sleek not if it thunders first and it is sad cause he is a manager of some sort.

Great service, pleasant courteous personal at TSC DOTHAN, AL. Enterprise TCS...not so much. Dothan people were knowledgeable and concerned, we came for propane for generator -thanks to Hurricane MICHAEL. Enterprise cashier was slightly rude, had no one who knew how to dispense propane and was not concerned in the least.

I recently bought a bag of rabbit food here, a 10 lb bag of Dumor. When I opened it at home, a bunch of moth-type creatures flew out of it. The store was way under staffed. I couldnt find anyone to help me find the other items I needed. The girl at the register, said only 3 people were working at the time, on a Saturday.

The store in Dothan is absolutely terrible. I go in There almost weekly and I can honestly say there has not been a single time I have visited that there hasn’t been some sort of unloaded inventory blocking the isles. There is always baskets of full of merchandise just sitting in an isle that no one has unloaded. Recently, there was an empty pallet on the ground that I had to move myself just to make it to the back of the store. Two days ago there were no baskets available because many of their baskets were full of new unloaded merchandise and there were no employees even working on unloading these items. Managements excuse for this is they have been under construction for a long time and they are in the process of new management. If that is the case, then this has been going on for over a year now, and that is no excuse to have the most unorganized retail store I have ever been in.

Tractor supply Dothan is great ! To bad i live in Enterprise which has a TSC which is not interested in sales. I went to buy a 3000 dollar mower enterprise had one i wanted but salesman chose not to be helpful. So i drove 25 miles to dothan were they were very helpful ! They educated me on zero turn mowers. And i bought one my purchase that day was 3500.00 dollars after mower and other things. The staff in Dothan happily hooked up theyre rental trailer for me loaded mower and were a pleasure to deal with. My local enterprise store 😔 sad i will gladly make the 30 monute drive to dothan for quality customer service. My new mower the cub cadet zero turn is awesome ive used 3 times now to cut my 3 acresand simply love it. Just received the 200 dollar rebate gift card today.

Not once did an employee ask me if I need help, until I got to the cashier. It was her first day and she helped me even though she was not sure where everything was.

Made a call to this TSC @ 7030 am and talked with Christy or Chrissie, and ask if they had a 30lb LP Tank, I didnt want to drive from Enterprise to Dothan unless they had one....and her answer was yes sure we do we have several I made it to the store @0800am when it open and guess what No 30lb LP tanks..... I guess she could not tell a 30lb from a 20 or 40..... anyways not so sure if the employees know and understand what stock is... Will not be using TSC again

Great place to shop for your farming needs

I love TSC and their selection and that its the only place in Dothan you can find rain boots in any season. However, they sincerely understaff and I can never find any help. Five stars if I were able to find what I needed quickly by asking an employee.

They advertise on website that they carry wood pellets for wood heating stoves in store but every time you try to buy some they don’t have any and no one in store can tell you anything about whether they will be getting any or not. People that work there are clueless!
