This company is awesome. In the midst of COVID and having to wait weeks for a garage door to be delivered, they did an amazing job and it was worth the wait. Installation process was a breeze and I couldn’t be happier with my new garage door. Definitely use them for all your needs!

My garage door broke and I couldn’t find anyone to fix it. Between no calls being returned or a two week wait I was giving up hope it would be done. MP Garage Doors, came and not only fixed the broken spring but also saw that the bearings were bad and replace them. All done in 40 minutes. Recommend them highly.It is SO hard to find reliable people to do work down here! So my new thing is shouting out those that I find that are worthy.

The torsion spring on our garage door snapped one night around midnight. Called M P Garage Doors the next day around 1pm and by 3pm, we had a working garage door at an affordable price. Staff on the phone was knowledgeable and the tech arrived in about an hour. What more could you want? Wow!

Absolutely the BEST customer service for any company Ive EVER dealt with. Called because garage door spring broke on Friday or Saturday. Their voicemail said they would be out over New Years holiday until Jan 2.(Weds) On Monday I got a call from Charlene saying she was just checking messages and they could come out on Weds. We had dr. appts on Weds. So Thursday was it. She had to send someone to diagnose first so she could contact the warranty people for authorization. Home warranty company was ridiculous to try to reach. Charlene reached them. Got the payment issues taken care of and called me right away on Friday. Nick and Brian came out Friday and fixed it quickly. Very fair price for what wasnt completely covered. Very nice young men who came out to install and fantastic young lady handling, scheduling, warranty, etc. THANK YOU Charlene, Nick and Brandon!!
