I had some issues having a 3rd function installed at another location. My salesman BJ took a call from me and immediately got in contact with Matt in service. Needless to say, but a true 5star experience was given to me. They picked up my tractor, re-worked a botched up install from another facility and delivered it back to me in a very timely manner! Couldnt be happier, thank you gentlemen!! It gives me hope knowing true customer service still exists...
My 1974 Ford 4000 needed a wiring harness, a service, and other misc items. Matt kept me informed of the progress and he and the service team took great care of my tractor. Good to have the old Ford back up and going again.
Drove up after a long drive to the Dothan, Al store. Arrived approximately 10 minutes before closing. My son had to get a heavy part from the back of the truck and try to get it inside. Got to the door and it was already locked. Saw a woman and man inside. Positive they saw him. Never came to the door. We called and no one picked up the phone. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend wasting your time. Go somewhere that needs your business and is happy to help.
We called them about repairing a New Holland tractor of ours. They said 2 weeks it would be fixed. Well over six weeks later got tractor still not fixed and several thousand of dollars paid. The amount was not close to estimate. They charged almost 80 hours of labor. We picked up tractor on Monday and run it yesterday still not fixed some of the problems.

On Wednesday 12/18/2019, my son car broke down at King line equipment, and my wife came to call someone to come and get the car ! She said a employee came out and was very rude to her ! I don’t know if it was a manager or employee, I just wish I could have been there ! She said another man and a woman came out and apologized for what the other person did ! She didn’t have anything to do with his car breaking down, she was only there to assist to get the car home ! I guess someone there feels comfortable verbally assaulting females . One person cannot determine what this company is about, but I do pray that individual will receive worse than he gave out ! GOD BLESS YOU and of course Merry Christmas !

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!If your looking for service this is not the place your looking for. Cant speak for the Alabama store but the store in Nashville GA is pitiful!!! If you live in the south central GA area you are way ahead of the game if you go green!!!

I bought my first new tractor, a 1986 Ford 4610 from the Flemming Ford tractor dealer in Enterprise. Bought there because I was living in Daleville, but once I moved closer to Dothan I did my business with the Ford/New Holland in Dothan, even bought another tractor from them. Very friendly people, good service. Now, besides just a couple of employees who have stayed on, all others have quit, seems the home-town atmosphere has changed to a large corporate mentally where your presence is bothering the management. Hope things change or Ill change colors.
Went to ask questions about buying a tractor. The only sales man was gone. And no one else knew anything. wasnt impressed.
