Awesome cashiers and I love their prices

Havent been to Big Lots in awhile. Was surprised at all the great home goods available. Was aggravated bc nothing was marked with prices or signs. I like to know what Im paying for items. Overall good experience.

I got a new office chair but the selection here is plentiful is like a poor mans Walmart. Which means its affordable with a decent selection. Go see Anthony in furniture hes been there for years and knows the store like the back of his hand.

I love how you can find something different everytime you go. I especially love the seasonal items. Super cute and on trend with high end stores for a fraction of the cost.

Had a great king mattress and rustic 5 piece bedroom set including bed at a great price. The prices in her are good and this memory foam mattress is to die for. My daughter is gonna LOVE IT!

Always fun to see what you can find

Everything was pretty organized and they had a more to choose from than most stores Ive been to. The prices are really cheap, and all and all I was pretty impressed. The store was really clean and the staff was really friendly.

Big lots is of course a one stop shop!! If youre going for furniture if youre going for laundry detergent, candy, toys,food you name it they pretty much have it some small electronics... I give big lots 5hand claps👏👏👏👏👏 and a thumbs up👍!!

First time Id been since b4 Covid pandemic started. Liked brand name offerings available (Broyhill, Margaritaville for ex.). Couldnt find a price on a couple so didnt bother w/purchasing. Left with way too many $1 candies.

Easy to get around inside the store and love the new setup of the isles. Always has new items in to see. The prices are nice and and not too high. I have redone my bedroom twice for a hundred Both times. Staff is also friendly and helpful

Lots of good deals and great merchandise. The amount of staff at night is small but helpful.

Who doesnt like big lots?

I love going in this place, always friendly employees and its just a fun place to go in. The restrooms could have a little more attention, but other than that its an amazing place to shop, they have dishes, house cleaning products, rugs, furniture, food, makeup products, its just all of it wrapped in one store! Its amazing. Thank you BIG LOTS for being here:)

Who doesnt love Big Lots?! They have awesome at even more awesome prices! What could be better?

They are getting better, a year ago I could not have stayed this! Now if they will honor there sales and have what you come in for instead of pushing you to the Dothan big lots we possibly will improve

I love this place. I have a good experience every time. The furniture section is awesome. I am going to get a dresser this week. My mattresses came from there over 3 years ago. They are still sleeping great.

Well organized and clean. Not as well stocked as in the past probably related to CoVid. I found most of the items I was looking for at a good price.

There outdoor furniture is amazing.

Prices to high. Low on merchandise, not many choices. Will not be back.

Where in the blazes do stores get there ideas on prices? Who wants to pay that much for plastic? If it were some heavier type of metal thats a different story. You can get patio furniture cheaper on line than some of these stores.

We love shopping at Big Lots we get all our furniture from there we got our couch that is a sectional we got our kitchen set living room set bedroom set and I got the stuff for my man cave. The staff is very great and helpful they helped us load everything we bought very polite we will be coming back for years to come and I highly recommend this place to anybody looking to purchase furniture

A good place for marked down merchandise. Has groceries and limited frozen food cleaners it has snacks dried fruit and whole grains food. The international food available are good. Some of these are hard to find. It is handicap accessible. Electronic devices are available. Health area. Is in cm good. Beauty area has a good number of items experience was excellent.

Clean, great staff, organized, prices fairly, large aisle, one stop shop, what isnt to love..oh no outside coupons I was to by the manager during my first visit signing up for a card..they why for past me but they point is why not honor coupons.

While the prices are good I wanted to purchase a floor model and was told til all the boxed ones are gone they could not sell the floor model, I asked could I pay to have the boxed one put together and was again told NO :( not g a good business deal, please change your policy to better suit the customers :( you took a pretty good loss on this and it makes Mr want to go where I can get items already assembled even if it cost a bit more to have it professionally put together by someone who does this on a daily basis to assure that it is stable. :(

Pricing did not match signs displayed. When asked cashier as no one else was available she verified higher price than posted. Also lady was cashiering, answering phone & answering customers questions & calling someone on pa system for a customer that had a question. They never came just asked on system what customers question was. It was regarding pricing also. Canned pineapple on sale for $1.00 but not all marked.

The store is nice and clean. Not many people on staff so getting help and checking out took some time.

Store has neat stuff and very clean. However, the cashiers were too busy having a personal conversation to pay attention to their customers. No greeting, i had to bag my own items, and she handed me my reciept without looking at me or saying anything. She did the same with the person in front of me. Terrible customer service.

Clerks were rude; cashier was very nice and personable. One stocker was very nice and helpful. I go for one item I cant find anywhere else but as long as the cashier and stocker are nice, I will prob go for the one item. Prices not too good.
