Always love this store. The employees were very helpful when I couldnt find what I needed. Everything I got I had in my cart online at a different store...... saved about $40 buying it from Party America. Had a good selection as well.

The way Brooke handle things with my son was very unprofessional! Please hire a new manager! Very rude! They are locally owned so they don’t care! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with him. Just told him it was policy’s! They took my son money and keep the product!

Fantastic! Had already been to get the helium tank, but the day of the party all my decorations I already had were no where to be found and afraid they got thrown out accidentally, party America to the rescue!! I replaced everything I lost and a couple extras all with a couple hours before the party... Great selection of plates, napkins and utensils, but do wish had a little more baby girl items, but found everything I needed

John, Melinda and Brooke are the best. They went out of there way to make sure my granddaughters first birthday is a success. They didnt have exactly what I wanted on such short notice but they made sure before I left I had or knew where to get it. Excellent customer service.

The shelves were well organized and not messy like a lot of places. There were plenty of staff who answered all of my questions perfectly.

The prices are a little high but they have a great selection. I needed a Batman costume for my son for a book week at school. This is the only place that had one. It was $40 but it was a very nice costume and made my son very happy.

Not a good place to buy balloons, Due to the balloons going down in less than a 3 hour period after purchasing, couldnt do my balloon release 😔

I called to ask if they had any car/truck pinatas and was told they did not have any. The next day I went up there and they had lots of car/truck pinatas. Someone was just too lazy to go look.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however they were out of stock of the items I went to purchase which was a considerable amount of things.

Balloons were not ready when I got there then when I came back they were not bagged and I had pre paid 5 more for that. Person told me I would have to come back because it would take awhile to do a refund and that they also couldnt do military discount bc she hadnt done it over the phone. All in all a horrible customer service experience. Will NOT be using them again and I am an event planner that could have utilized them several times

It was a slow day, the staff were hidden behind the counter. No one offered to help until we were walking out the door and heard our baby crying.

They really need to update their merchandise the store is old looking... the merchandise is dingy... they dont have alot of new merchandise either which is really frustrating !!

Bad customer service... Store had maybe 8 customers and 3 workers at this time. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any minion piñatas she said all we have is whats on top of the shelves. I was clearly showing that I was pregnant (7 months to be exact) she didnt even point to me what aisle to go toward or didnt even ask if I needed help getting it knowing its up high. I climbed in the buggy to grab the piñata down myself. The pinata rang up for $20.99 (around that) but there was a yellow tag labeled $18.99 but the cashier said she cant override what it rang up as. I was pretty disappointed on the store customer service.
