My iPhone XS went black and unresponsive due to water damage. I was hoping that they may be able to open it and dry it out more than my 8 hours in rice could manage and they did not let me down. Though my phone was beyond the drying stage, they were able to fully replace my screen and assemble it back like brand new. All of the speakers, Face ID, touch sensitivity, and functionality of my phone is perfect. They had everything I needed in stock and saved me from buying a new phone and they did it all in less than 3 hours. Definitely recommend!

I broke the screen, they broke the home button while replacing the screen assembly on my iPhone 7. I know it’s an older phone, but it’s paid for and it works flawlessly. I signed the barely legible piece of paper stating that there could possibly be an issue, I get it. The issue, however, is that if I get a new home button, Touch ID will cease to work.......forever, on this device. I can keep Touch ID, but I have to use the assistive touch thing or whatever you call it. I call it annoying. The bottom line is: I trusted them with a perfectly good phone, and I got back the same phone which will never work the same as it did before they “fixed” it. To make matters worse, I was unapologetically told by the store manager that this is entirely my problem. She never apologized, and she didn’t offer any help in contacting someone for assistance. She literally told me “good luck”. I have a bad taste in my mouth with this place, don’t recommend going there unless you want to buy a fruity looking phone case.

All cell phone repair shops charge more than what the phone is worth to repair the phone and if the Screen Works and you are able to transfer to a new phone it is automatically not worth repairing the phone

The ifit here in the mall was good and patient even with us being mad because the one in Walmart kept making excuses as to why they didnt have the part we ordered. Got our phone fixed and it works perfectly. A+ place

I took my ipad pro there today. One of the keys wasnt working correctly. Thought I had to have glass replaced. The person working there said would repair it and said she would try different things first to make sure. When I got the call I was shocked it took so short of time to repair. Took my phone to another cell phone repair shop in the mall. The repairman was very professional and discovered a missing screw and bracket that Ifixandrepair had left out. Not only did he have the correct part, he also had a replacement screw and bracket. My phone was fixed for $32.70. Bad business Ifixand repair 😡Update: 1 month later, and the part I did not need stopped working...

WOW! what great service. Because my screen was cracked, I couldnt use my favorite iPhone, I bought a new one at an astronomical price. I was so unhappy with the new phone, I carried the cracked one around in hope of finding a solution. In the Wiregrass Commons Mall, I found my answer at iFixandRepair store near the food court. The most unprofessional manager Ive ever seen or had to the deal with. Shes not only rude to the customers, but she cant keep her nose out of her phone long enough to make eye contact. The numerous times Ive been in there along with my colleagues, Ive never actually seen her do a repair let along do actual work. Not to mention repairs she has done she has messed up. What kind of manager doesnt know how to do her job and do it well. I refuse to walk in this store for business and will take my devices else where as long as shes working and if the Tech guy isnt there. She seems very withdrawn from her work, an lacks motivation skills! Also very hard to take someone serious working on my devices with a big piece of metal sticking out of their lip.Now as for the ACTUAL TECHS, Ive had nothing but great customer service, devices done an ready when they are said to be ready. And always courteous and professional. Very helpful when it comes to explaining whats wrong with the devices. For someone who has done several reviews for several stores on their performances and what they can do to fix it to welcome more business, The manager needs to get some Professional act right, this is a Booming business all over the country not many people can handle this kind of work and all it takes is ONE person to make it to be a bad place of business.

I had my iPhone X repaired by Cassie. I am very impressed at the personal experience I had. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took about 20 minutes and she talked to me the whole time, super friendly. HopefuIly I wont need their services again but if I do I will definitely go back.

Terrible. That about sums it up. Paid $100 to fix the screen but what’s so great about a fixed screen if the camera on neither side works, the light doesn’t work, and you can’t hear anything if someone calls? Not a thing. But to make matters worse you take it back for them to fix their mess up but wait, they tell you it’s not their fault it’s a censor and you can give them $60 more and they’ll fix it. I think not. It was working when I brought it in and when I walked out it wasn’t. So if you want more problems than you currently have then sure I’d recommend you take your electronics here.
