The oil change price from the KIA dealership was competitive with any other option. They scheduled quickly, performed the service quickly and checked other things to make sure everything was in proper order. This is so important on a car that a teenager drives! Truly dont care about their customers, or potential customers. First, they were indirect in how much they wanted for the vehicle, preferring only to quote the monthly payment, leading to significant confusion. Ultimately, I finally got them to quote the actual price...they had a $20,000 dealer markup on a vehicle retailing for $51,000...a 39% markup! Even worse, they were more than willing to finance that $20K as part of a monthly payment, ensuring the future purchaser would always be underwater on the vehicle. I understand a small market adjustment for profit, but 39% is egregious and greedy. Lastly, they pulled my credit report without checking with me first, dinging my credit score as I shop around for other vehicles. I can only imagine how they treat customers that dont have great credit scores, arent financially inclined, or need to purchase their first car!

Gotten an oil change yesterday and my experience was lovely. They gave me a 1.5 hr duration period of when my truck would be finished, but the guys there did their job and had my vehicle completed before my duration period was up. I truly appreciate the work Dothan KIA preformed on my vehicle and the timely matter they got it done. I’ll surly be using their services again!! :)

The salesmen did a great job! The trade in managers worked with my trade in allowance request for my vehicle. Gave me a good amount for my vehicle. My only complaint is with the finance department. We told our salesman that we didnt wasnt them running this transaction through no more than three companies. We named those companies. They ran our credit app through at least 7 finance companies. There was no need! Hard credit checks which have immediately affected our credit scores. Not certain if well shop there again, in the future.

Im frustrated because this is the fourth oil change in a row that neither the car was not washed nor inside of my vehicle was not cleaned. We just bought our 3rd new Kia Carnival (was Sedona). Dean assured me my vehicle would be cleaned this time. We come here cause of a friendly staff and customer service. We brought 3 vehicles until recently and we sold one.Customer satisfaction has dropped off from what it use to be. Hopefully Patrick and Dean will get back to excellent service again and soon.

Dothan Kia was great, I called around to several Kia dealerships and no one could get me in for weeks. I called Dothan Kia and explained my situation, the representative talked with the service manager and said bring your car in today. The tow truck towed it from Troy to Dothan as I was minutes behind. I arrived at dealership and they took care of the problem and had me out within an hour. Thanks again

I had an amazing experience with the team at Dothan Kia ! I was sitting on my couch late Monday night and decided to look for a new vehicle. I sent an interest in one of the vehicles and immediately got a text from someone and they were able to give me all the details I needed including the price. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions up until 9 PM at night. The next morning I spoke with the general manager and they had all of my paperwork ready for a smooth transaction during my lunch break I will definitely go back!!

This is how my 2020 Stinger was delivered to Panama City, Florida. I paid for the paint and leather protectant which clearly wasn’t done. It wasn’t even washed or tape/plastic removed. They said I’d have to drive it there to have it done.They overcharged me $ 333.54 for title fees at the DMV here and won’t refund that money to me. I traded the car... yes with 525 miles on it. When I bought the car I also bought the maintenance package, wheel protection, vehicle protection plan, mechanical failure service contract and gap insurance. I call Dothan Kia this morning and was told by Benny that I had to come to Dothan showroom to cancel those services/contracts. He needs 2 pieces of paper... really it can’t be done electronically or even snail mail??? Nope gotta drive up here. Unbelievable and the absolute worst customer service I have imaginable.

I have now bought 5 Kias in a row over the last 15 years. I have never had a better salesperson than Tammy at Dothan Kia. This is the second car I have bought from her and will not be the last. She is professional and very personable. I have never experienced pressure from her and feel I can rely on her being honest with me. If she says she will do it -she does it.

I needed quick service to fix an unknown issue with my 2015 KIA Soul. I only had one day off from work to get it fixed. The service department folks were kind enough to help me at mid-afternoon. Their work has been efficient and professional. Their waiting area is clean and seats are comfortable, with room to allow for proper distancing.

My husband and I had plans to spend the whole day shopping at different dealerships to find the perfect 3rd row until, that is, we went to Dothan Kia. Tyler Simonds was quick out the door to greet my husband and not once steered us in the wrong direction or fed us a line of bull just to make a sale. Tyler was patient and very knowledgeable about many make and models as well as took the time to listen to all of our concerns about a new purchase. The inside establishment was clean and welcoming, even with 2 little girls that was not interested in vehicle shopping. The paper process was fast and efficient, there was no question left unanswered. It was a pleasure doing business with Dothan Kia and Tyler!! We are very much enjoying our 2021 Kia Sorento!!

We took our daughters 2013 Kia Optima (Watts) to this location from Mobile, AL due to Mobile being unable to get to it until December. These guys were awesome and had my daughters car repaired in a reasonable time. They kept us updated on when everything would be done. Upon pickup, the service guy thoroughly explained everything to me, making sure I understood and asked if there were any questions. I highly recommend this location!!

That is huge in my book, Ive been putting off going to the KIA DEALERSHIP, for fear if the extremely high prices and driving a 2009 used Kia Spectra that Im buying from an individual that has been running hot since I got it, everytime I stopped the car at red light, at a restaurant drive thru, everytime it stopped the temperature gauge started climbing to HOT, no AC, windows down in 98° weather. I finally had enough and brought it to the Kia dealership and they ran a diagnostic test and found that the relay switches were burnt up, causing the fans not to run. While the price was outrageous, I was blessed with a few extra dollars and I paid it to the kia people who fixed the problem and what a relief to have that weight off my shoulders. Called regarding a car we were interested in. The man we spoke to was incredibly rude and told us any price listed online would be $15,000 more if we wanted to purchase. When we told him we were unwilling to do that, he hung up on us.

I scheduled an appointment a week prior to the actual appointment date. I scheduled a 15,000 mile service and recall to be done on my 2020 Kia telluride.When I arrived I was told by the service advisor that they did not have the parts to fix my recall and it was limited supply from Kia. I said this is unfortunate because I did schedule this week ahead of time so that everything could be taken care of at once as it’s inconvenient for me to drive to the dealership. I live 25 minutes away. I was then told by the service advisor that he doesn’t see the appointment information until the morning of the appointment.So my question is what is the point of scheduling an appointment online and putting in the notes section the reason for appointment. It was also selected via the drop-down menu.Should this be reviewed prior to the appointment date to ensure they can accommodate the customers needs? And if they can’t shouldn’t they call the customer and see if they’d like to reschedule for a future date when they might have the parts they need?Last point is I just wanna be clear that my problem today was not at all with any of the personnel. Everyone was very nice and professional my problem is with the procedure itself there needs to be a better way.
