Lots of yummy choices

Cashier was rude and unhelpful, refusing to tell me what size boxes were available. She took off her mask specifically to pull my chocolate, and put it back on when back at the register. Unacceptable quality of service.

Amazing place for quality and taste. The young lady that helped us, Kayla, was so helpful and polite. This last stop put the dessert on our day and trip. :)

Purchased a praline and it had lots of shells in it, which caused me to crack my bridge I left two messages for Mike the owner and got no reply. Dena the store employee refused to give me back my money.

I see it comes as no surprise that the owner/operator was rude. I took my girls in the store and noticed we were ignored and made to feel like an inconvenience. I heard huffing and puffing and got irritated. I said I would give her a chance to correct it once she stood at the register. She did not speak to my kids nor initiate any type communications. I have very intelligent kids and they are aware of proper social graces and purchase ettiqute. This was not what we experienced. I will go to every review platform to make sure no one else experiences this. In this current climate, I could make this an issue of race... but I wont because with an attitude this bad Im sure it overflows equally across all races. STAY AWAY!!! I will spend our 2hr drive home answering my kids curiosity as to why the lady scared them and was mad at them. This is not Right!

Bought white chocolate coconut candy. Was like biting into a hard blob of the almond bark blocks you buy from the grocery store. Very disappointed!

The lady working tonight on the 28th of July 2017 was extremely rude to me and my friend. We went in grabbed our drinks and put them on the counter and she was very short with us and acted like we had no right to be there and that we should leave. When we left we stopped in again to grab a drink for the road and she once again was extremely rude even worse than the last time. We didnt have exact change so she just very angrily told us to hand her the money and dumped out the tip jar to get the change. This is extremely poor customer service and I will not ever step foot in that shop until there are new employees that know how to actually give good customer service to someone who had bought from them for years

Very, very poor service. The sales lady sat and ate and would not wait on us until we asked her for help. She was rude and taking advantage of her employer!!

We went in there because we seen a guy walk out with a cone ice cream and the lady in the register was rude saying that they where out of ice cream knowing i just seen a guy walk out with one if it had a negative star i would go with a negative one
