Love bath and body works, just dont like have they advised by 3 get 3 free and when I bought 3 they only gave me half off on the other 3..

I got my bath and body works fix lol the store wasnt crowded so I could take my time the staff was helpful with finding what I needed

I love Bath & Body, not only do I work at this store but I have been going in this store for over 10 years. People are always pleasant, store is always nice. One of the best BBW stores I have been to and worked at, and I have worked at about 9 different stores and shopped at many more.

After 30 mins of very kind service the lady explained the deal wrongly : it is our fault that we didnt understand the signs but she didnt take the energy to explain that we are wrong in how many items are supposed to buy to get a free one.

I love this store!! It is my favorite place in the mall! It has so many wonderful fragrances. The employees are really helpful. I get discount coupons in the mail that I use every month. Just love the wallflower fragrances! My whole house smells so good!!!

This is re best place to be especially around the holidays. They have great deals going on right now.the smells of the season were everywhere. Apple pie, cinnamon, lemons and berriers. I cant wait to go back and stock up.

Jessica is the rudest manager I’ve ever seen and did nothing to help the staff and she was on the phone talking to customer care about a customer while I was checking out and her facial expressions and big eyes were telling the story. A lady beside me was bringing stuff back guess that upset her as well because she wasn’t really all that nice to the older lady. Train her some more she needs it!!!

I love Bath & Body Works. My favorite body spray is sweetpea. I visited there a week ago with 2 of my daughters and they had a 75% off sale. I didnt find my favorite fragrance but I did get Melon Cucumber that also smells great.

I do not like that store. It smells too strong for me and the employees get on my nerves. I also dont like trying to get around all the tables and squeeze by people. Im always afraid Im going to knock stuff over and break something. I only go there once a year or so to buy someone else a gift. I try to hurry and get out as fast as possible. Its always crowded when I go.

I shop in the store in may 29 2018 .I bought 6 hand soap for $ 18 00 more a tax was $19.62 they are charged 2 times I went to store several times, I call customer services many times today is June 22 they’re never give me my money back I am disappointed I think they will still my money
