It just doesnt get better than Mike at West Side. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Parts had to be ordered but there was a quick turn around.
Always take care of the customers! Thanks Daniel
Be aware of this automotive repair facility. This shop attempted to over charge me on parts alone to replace the fuel pump assembly the my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. The part can be purchased on Amazon from $57 to $300. This same part can be found locally for $375. To say I was shocked when I was quoted just under $1300 for the repair is a understatement to say the least. This exorbitant amount was trying to be justified by quoting the parts cost for the fuel pump assembly alone at over $775. Needless to say I will likely do this job myself and save over 1000.00 dollars.
Very professional atmosphere, qualified employees, and just an all around comfortable experience.
Great folks and service. Daniel goes above and beyond for the customer!!
Daniel was great. Nice to see an honest trustworthy repair shop open up in that part of town. Had an oil change done and was in and out in about 40 minutes. The did all the checks of fluids, windshield wipers, and air pressure. Would definitely recommend
6 weeks, zero progress.
Daniel was the best.
Tire pressure sensor replacement.Fast, friendly and professional service 👌I will definitely be back again.
Great service and great price
Great shop to do business at and yes, they service diesels. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
Not so good, way to much money for what they do, worked on motor home for less then 30 minutes wanted to charge for 2 hours work which was $250.Ordered part wanted $175 for same part we got at Napa for $45.Me and my friend spent a day and haft there waiting for service and wandering why they didnt have a lot of business, now we know.Dont recommend this place at all.
Daniel as well as the other guys in the shop are awesome! Always super friendly and informative.
Did good work changing my O2 sensor. Been to other shops and no one else could remove it, but they did.
This is the third time Ive used Westside Auto Service Center, and I feel incredibly secure, safe, and satisfied with their work. While one visit was for a standard oil change, the other 2 visits involved what the mechanics originally thought might be major repairs. After working on my vehicle, they discovered that the repairs would cost significantly less than originally expected. To be honest, I would have never known or suspected the difference. Im a single female special education teacher--not a mechanic. They could have really taken advantage of me. Additionally, they stayed with me and my daughter until a ride could pick me up and take me home--after business hours. They showed concern for my safety (a joint that could have flipped my car) and for the weather conditions (my car stopped in the entrance and they encouraged me to sit down and cool off while they took care of pushing it into the lot). For friendly, honest, personable, and truly expert mechanics, choose Westside Auto Service Center. I have no future plans of using anyone else.
Great service and very friendly staff great prices will definitely use again
Great mechanic works there Michael.
Chris was honest with me about the condition of my vehicle. I walked away a happy customer. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
Great customer service!
Friendly and fast. These guys got my sons truck fixed up just for the cost of the first hour of labor. They could take advantage, but they wont because they want you to come back. They won me over, so Ill be back if I need them.
Good place to take your car
Great place and great service!
Great quality work at a good price
Took it to my old mechanic - told me $2500. Something sounded wrong about that number. On recommendation I took it here. Fixed it. Less than $300.I have a new mechanic.
