Incredible job tinting my cars windows. They also come with a lifetime warranty. I was very pleased with how incredible it looks and this was 3 years ago with no signs of wear and tear. Looks as good as the day I got it.

Had a car tinted here last year, looked great no problems at all. Bought another car, dropped it off in the a.m. and had it back by noon or so. Will definitely be back next time we need tint or stereo work. Thanks again for the excellent work.

Need a double din radio to make my car Bluetooth compatible but could also tie in wit my favorite back up camera took them no more than an 1hr for them to install the whole system reasonable pricing with same day service

Got my windows tinted through them. The only reason I went to them to do the job was because one of the owners does business with the company I work for just trying to pay it forward. Tint did not lay down right on one of my windows. Talked to owner and he said he only does repairs on Monday and Tuesday. Took my truck to them on a Tuesday and they told me they were too busy to get to it and for me to come back Saturday morning and they would take care of it. Showed up Saturday morning and again too busy to get to it. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. I’m just going to take my losses and hopefully find a better company that has good business practices

My husband wanted a new CD player installed for his Ram 2500. We let Rock Bottom put in one previously in 2017 without incident. So this year December 2020 we figured we would let them install the upgrade. We called the shop to see if and when would be the next appointment and if they could install the new head unit for the CD player. We were told yes, as long as we had the steering wheel module, wiring harness, CD player & Maestro had everything needed for the install. We took the vehicle but Best Buy forgot a part to the CD player so we had to return it and get another one no fault of Rock Bottom. Here’s the problem with Rock Bottom. If you can’t do something don’t say you can and take someone’s money. They took on a job they couldn’t do. When we called we told them everything we had and everything was good until the vehicle went to the shop. First it was we had the wrong deck so we ordered the right one, next it was we had the wrong wiring harness, ordered a new one & then it was the wrong installed the steering wheel module but it’s not the right one so we’ll install one for free. See when we took this vehicle we thought the same gentleman who installed for us would be doing this install but we were informed he no longer worked at the shop. Them giving us the run around we wasted $450 for an incomplete job. We took it to Extreme Audio for a second opinion because they informed us that should’ve been an easy install. Extreme audio looked at the vehicle and determined basically we were screwed over and they’ll fix it without a problem. We’ve ordered the right part and will only be dealing with them from now on because not only do they not know what they’re doing they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else but here.

Parked in front of the main entrance of the business to get a quote and drop off info for tint in my vehicle, as I went inside, a young woman immediately told me to move my vehicle because that is the bosss parking spot. Guess the boss likes the parking spot rather than the business. My vehicle is being tinted elsewhere.

After removing and installing 3 times there was still trash in it and it peeled. Was then told the problem was with my vehicle. Tint is thin and cheap. Ended up going elsewhere and just gave up on the money I spent at rock bottom.

I see complaints on here but I have had six car tinted here no complaints. He always has me in and out ! Came in this morning for a front strip. I told Thomas I was short on time and he had me out in. 20 mins.

These guys done an excellent job on my truck very friendly and affordable they tinted all my windows on my Dodge and on my work truck for my drywall company. They are a local company right here in Dothan Alabama theyre doing great things. Highly recommended

I went there for an appointment and found out that they could not install an aftermarket item that I had purchased. He pointed me in the right direction and I left. I decided shortly after, to install it myself but found out that I needed a particular part to complete the install. Since he seemed like a nice guy when I visited, I decided to give him some business so I called to check to see if they had the part on hand. When I told him that I was there earlier in the morning and what I needed the part for and the year model of my vehicle, he stated We cant touch that and hung up the phone on me. Im not sure if he was busy and distracted but at least hear the customer out.In the end, I bought the part elsewhere and finished the install in my driveway.

Had to take car back to fix the horrible tint job. After I called then showed up said he didnt have time to come back next week. I said that was not an option, fix it or take the tint off and refund my money. Finally fixed the tint but it still has a few bubbles on the rear but better than it was. He changed his story a few times on why the tint job was so bad. Finally said foreign cars are just harder to tint. Their quality is horrible, will never go back.

Initially the guy was very helpful and responsive to do business but not so much now, that his work isn’t meeting the quality he promised. My husband took my car to have the tint looked at and schedule a time to repair but he blamed Dothan City water for the water stains, stated the city’s water was “hard” & did not offer to fix it. He showed zero concern to take care of the customer. Basically, blowing off the issue. If you know the possible issues due to your findings of “hard water” let customers know, so that they can make the decision whether or not to use you.

Overall great place to buy good quality car audio, lots of choices from entry level to higher end car audio. Multiple options that can vary depending on budget.The warranty for Tint is awesome as well. I’ve gotten multiple vehicles tinted from rock bottom and have purchased many audio components.

The name says it all... And you get what you pay for. I went there only because I knew someone that works there. I wish I had read the reviews first. First car I took there, no issues to speak of. simple deck install. The second one I took there was a classic vehicle with what should have been a simple install. I expressed my concern in the beginning with them putting it back together right. When I pointed out they were cross threading bolts, just how unprofessional they are came flooding out. A serious attitude was copped, I got my vehicle back cross threaded bolt, missing bolts,missing screws, AC motor rubbing on something. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to have their worked repaired. Buyer beware right??

Quality used to be really good here but my last trip here I had to take the vehicle back for bad cut on the rear glass that had daylight shining thru. Overall I guess I got what I paid for a tint job

This place is one of the best hole in the wall places you will find to get your windows tinted or to get upgraded for a bass competition stereo! Has great products at reasonable prices but best of all, awesome customer service! The owner personally worked on my vehicle and made sure it was done right! And he stands 100% behind his product.

Audio Story- I drove from Tallahassee just checking out the different audio shops. I walked into this one and was blown away with the deals and inventory. Man this was a Bass Head dream. I saw all types of name brand subs and amps upon arrival. I normally shop online, and I really felt like in that shop the prices was about the same. There is no comparison to prices and knowledge he has for the stuff in the shop. I dont really write reviews but after reading the ones I saw I had to say my peace. If your on the border line about them I would say bump the reviews walk in and check it out for yourself. Im making the drive from Tallahassee Fl. just because the deals are so good. If you dont believe me try looking at all these other shops selling non name brand equipment 2x the price.

This is the worst tint shop I’ve ever experience. The owner is rude and no one appears to know what they’re doing. My tint started coming up on my vehicle and I took it back to them for the warranty repair. All they did was cut the loose piece off. Hell of a warranty repair. These guys are a joke and I wouldn’t ever go back.

I like my experience, except the fact they didnt put down something on my backseat to do my back window tint. My tint looks nice got a lifetime warranty. Owner was nice and down to earth . Got my tint done in a hour...fast service to my satisfaction.

I got my car tinted and when I got home noticed electrical tape on my rear window. Assuming they used it to protect the glass I pulled it off to find they didnt cut the film right and there are 1/4 inch gaps around my window. I took the car back on the Tuesday following the install they had no problem fixing the mistake and apologized for allowing me to leave with it looking like that Im still upset that they try to hide it but they did fix it.

Took my car back 3 times because of the sloopy tint job, they dont care what kind of car u drive they treat it like its trash. my seats were soak and wet on 2 different occasions when I took it back. the one guy was rude very nasty and unprofessional, if youre thinking of going there because its cheap, DONT.. save your money and go elsewhere,. hate I ever stopped there!! I dont know how they stay in business..

Trying to fix up a car I inherited from my brother that died in 2009 at age of 23 they quoted me 100$ installation fee that ended up being 160$ and they broke my gear shifter and wont do nothing about it. Told them that they will be hearing from my attorney and the owner screamed at me I dont f******* care this place deserves no business. Its the month of my brothers birthday and they knew all of this and i still got treated this way. All I can say is god is watching all of us everyday. I drove off without another word or action.

The worst experience ever! They took parts off the car and didnt put them back! The car engine has a loud tapping noise Now! All for a radio installation that was supposed to cost $100.00 and the price changed when we got there to $160.00! They WILL be hearing from my attorney and believe me their bill is going to be a lot more than $160.00!I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Hate is a mild term in comparison to what I experienced this week from this business. I too experienced the feel of being in an environment with the feel of a used car salesmen atmosphere. I contacted the apparent owner of Rock Bottom and we discussed what I was looking to accomplish with both of my vehicles. I took both vehicles by for so that he could determine what all would be needed. I informed the owner that I had already purchased the equipment that I wanted installed on my vehicles. Big mistake. His demeanor changed when he realized that no I would not be purchasing his (2) $500+ radio equipment. What I wanted was a radio install, tinted windows, sunroof install with visor, and a backup camera installation on one vehicle. On the other vehicle re-tint of drivers side window, radio install, and back up camera installation. What I got was a crude installation of my purchased radio with dash kit. The trim was scratched, scraped, and damaged and not properly aligned. I received inoperable reverse lights when the backup camera was installed. I would not have known this had another person wanted to look at and test out the system. I took it back along with a list of concerns that I had with the vehicle to include the visor for the sunroof. I was informed that everything was working and an apology for the damage done to my radio. Keep in mind I have not paid at this time because I am waiting for my second vehicle to be completed. I ask why the buttons on my steering column no longer worked and was told that for another $100.00 he would be able to do that. All the materials were given to the business in their original sealed packaging and opened at the facility. Due to the weather, there was a mailing delay for one radio, but was given to the shop upon arrival. My second vehicles drivers tint was redone and I noticed that it was not the same darkness as it was before. I again mention the disparity and was told that was the closest that they could do, but he didnt charge me for it. Other places give you several options of the tint product to choose from. I did not get or had even discussed this option on either vehicle and am not pleased with whatever cheap material was used. I received a phone call about the installation of my radio in the second vehicle stating that an additional $220 would be needed on top of the agreed upon price to install my radio. I declined and stated that I would be in to settle my bill and pick up my vehicle. On my way to the shop the visor (Installed two days prior) on my radio fell off my car and was crushed by another vehicle. I mentioned this to the owner, and was told, We installed it by the instructions. Other establishments honor their work, but not here. I have had this same product on a previous vehicle with absolutely no problems. Meaning that it was the improper installation that caused the visor to come off, not a defect of the product. By this time I was seeing red and thinking unfavorable thoughts and was ready to pay what I owed and leave. He also did not comp anything from either vehicle and actually charged me radio installation services for the second vehicle. I normally do not write reviews, but after I read the reviews of similar consumers, I had to let the public be aware of what could potentially happen to you at this establishment. Good Luck.

Did a great job replacing a couple speakers. Walked in and out in less than an hour and in didnt have an appt.

Very poor tint job. The rear window on my car had to be done twice, the second time worse than the first. Glue, wrinkled film. Hell, I bit myself upside the head for stopping at this shop. Do not recommend anyone tint at this place.

Bad placedont know what they are doing

I went to these men to get a radio hooked up and they charged me $125.00 to plug in two or three wires. I was in hopes that when I left Dothan Alabama that my stereo would be working. I called two or three other places before I went to them and they told me that they could hook up my stereo for around $65 or $70 dollars but they could not get to it for a couple more weeks. I was impatient so I went to Dothan Al. and paid these men $175.00. When I left my stereo was playing and about two minutes later it just stopped. I called these men and they told me to come back up there. I came back up there 50 miles away from home AGAIN and they told me my speakers in my car blowed and it would be another $100 to run a wire from my stereo to my amp. When I put the factory stereo back in, the speakers played like they were brand new. So me and my husband took the car back up there and they couldnt get it to work. BUT THE ORIGINAL TIME THEY DID. WHAT DID THESE MEN DO TO RIG IT UP FOR ME TO LEAVE. HMMMMM..... AND AFTER IT DIDNT WORK ON THE WIRES FOR THE ORIGINAL PLAYER THEY STILL CHARGED ME $100.00........ Rock Bottom Audio and Tint are rip offs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They dont care about the satisfaction of the customers, they care about getting paid . Take your car for tint and audio anywhere else but here.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. How you go to a place of business and get one price, but when they are done get another price? Then they get done and parts are missing from the car that they shouldnt even touch. The owner is rude and dont take pride in his business. This place should be closed down or sue. Was given a one year warranty. Window tint is now peeling at the edge. They wont cover it as they only cover bubbling and peeling. Worthless.
