Mercy and Larry are super! After years of great service, the original lock that we purchased was accidentally damaged. Mercy made sure that we received a new lock the next day. After it arrived, Larry patiently guided me through the steps to get it up and running. I appreciate that they care and go the extra mile to help. This companys products and customer support are excellent.

I just installed 2 ZDL-7000 phone entry systems. They reside on the east coast in FL and I am in CT. With the help of Mercy and Anthony I got these programed and installed. On the East cost the trick was to use the ATT cell towers vs. other competitors for a reliable cell GSM signal. It took me some time to learn this system and Anthony the Tech support made it all happen. His availability made this all possible. The users in the two buildings these systems are installed are very happy, the key fobs work great and I can make the programing changes needed from CT for these systems in FL. This system also enables me to in the future install a gated security system if and when the time comes for our expansion.best regards, tom...

I purchased a system from UnikCCTV in February of 2020. Throughout all of the uncertainty and disruption that the pandemic caused including shipping delays and other unforseen issues. The customer support at UnikCCTV has always been pleasant and helpful. They also offer the best product for the price. I would pruchase from them again.

They offer wide variety of security system for home and office. For my house I just purchase a WIFI IP camera from them and they work fine.

Terrible Customer Service, we purchased door locks for our newly built school. We received defective door locks, and upon trying to return, we were told that we will only receive credit for the 7 door locks and the other 3 we will not. Furthermore, I only purchased the system and one lock to try out, and they took almost 3 weeks to send the product and unfortunately, I went ahead and purchased the remaining needed locks, only to have an issue and they would not issue a refund bc we were THREE DAYS LATE, and got stuck with CREDIT with their Business.Thefore, if you buy, be sure to Return IMMEDIATLY if you do not like the product, otherwise you are stuck with the company credit. I have the emails communications to proof what I said, despite being a NON PROFIT who has issues with the donations due to the Covid pandemic and they did not care that this will take away money from a school for kids. I do not recommend doing business with them, if they did not care about a NON PROFIT SHCOOL, they will not care about another business

Terrible customer service, both on-line chat and on the phone. Rude owner kept repeating Im telling you blablabla.The product sells on their website doesnt meet its description Long Range operating distance of up to 1000-Feet . The product cant function well at 70ft with no object in between monitor and its paired doorbell.They dont responsible for return shipping charges.

I own and operate a 24/7 gym for which I needed to order security cameras and an access proximity control kit to allow members entrance via key fobs. I had NO idea what to get. I got on live chat and was immediately guided through product selection. When I found out 2-day shipping was out of my budget, Unik Security upgraded my order to make up the difference Id be spending! To top it off, when half my shipment came out a day later than expected, they refunded half my cost and were more than willing to do this just for the business relationship we created and the importance of my satisfaction to their company. I WILL be a repeat customer and you should not hesitate to do the same!
