Called this company to ask about a brake job and a Hispanic fellow answered very rudely and said “you know you can’t come today right” I asked when could I and he stated Monday. I said ok well that probably won’t work for me and he just hung up in my face. I was going to simply ask if early Wednesday would work. The old owners were so much better. Sad that this is what the owners hire, or even scarier this may have been the owner.

The lady that answers the calls was very rude and unprofessional. I never made it pass the call. I rate the business low because I dont understand why she acted like that and I was trying to get work done... poor customer service... period!! The owner should be notified and if shes the owner... sad

They were great before a new manager took over. They changed my front brakes but told me my back brakes were fine. I kept hearing my brakes squeak so I took it back after two weeks. They said my gas line had a leak and it was not the brakes. I said why didn’t u tell me that when I was here before? They couldn’t explain. Desperate to have it fixed, I said fix it for another 140.00 dollars. They said it was time for them to go home and I had to come back tomorrow. The car was already on the lift an hour and they refuse to fix it. I had to take somewhere else only to find out everything on my back brakes needed to be changed, rotors, drums, pads etc. which they said were fine. Scary huh? They just didn’t want to do it or they didn’t know what they were doing. Don’t worry I will never be back!!

Had a great experience with the owner. Went in to get a piece weld cause somebody tried to steal my catalytic converter. He showed me where they cut and what needed to be done. He also let me know that who every did this is gonna try again so just keep a eye on your car. It took all of 5 minutes to weld but later informed me that my O2 sensor is messed and that will cost me about 250 to fix it, that why my check engine light is still on.

Had back brakes done in and out within an hour very pleased with the work glad to support our community business

Had a catalytic converter installed and oxygen sensors too plus they installed a new muffler and spring loaded rear shocks on my van as well!

I been going for yrs, but today was one of the worse experience I ever had. So I went the day before and was told to come back . Its an Hispanic guy that is there all the time. 1st you didnt have to get out the car to get their attention 2 days in a row I beep the horn and they just looked at me . So today I went the Hispanic guy barley wanted to talk . I asked if he could check my fluids because they never do . I replaced a transmission in April due to me not knowing there wasnt any transmission fluids Im there. So yesterday I asked if they could check another guy checked . Was told I had no fluids in there I panic asked if he had transmission fluids for me to buy he said no and walked off.. then I called him back and asked if it was safe to try and drive home he didnt respond .. I asked where is autozone he didnt respond I almost cried I was so scared and nervous . Then he finally point and say yo the street . I gave him my money in his hand I stuck my hand out he places it on the counter.. I been going here for 8 yrs U CANT PAY ME TO GO BACK

This place does QUALITY WORK and wont get over on you like some other places. They actually SHOW you the work thats been done, and are very professional. No place else to go but here if you need your car fixed.

The employees are rude. I pulled my car up this morning 3/1/2017 and as the employee was talking to the customer in front of me I stood and waited patiently for my turn. When he was done the employee walked off and didnt even ask if I needed anything. He came back out and I thought it was to talk to me about what services I may have needed, nope he came back out to sweep and then closed the garage door back on me. That was very rude and disrespectful. I wont be going back.

I had a motor put in my car here and the motor went out in 7 months and they didn’t even care to help Compensate me to resolve the issue . They wanted me to pay for another motor after I paid them $1800 for the first time . Plus I had to take it back to have sensors put on the bad motor before it went out .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!! My experience was horrible... there service POOR!!!! and THERE team of mechanics ARE CROOKS... WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
