Yes I’m at the Walgreens in Dolton Illinois I was looking at pictures I put in the shop I had two stacks I told the lady she didn’t have to stand looking like she had a attitude and mad because I’m taking my time looking at my pictures the cameras I put in the shop were old but she stood there for 15 minutes looking like I was going to steal something so once I told her I didn’t want any she took the pictures with a attitude. Oh and by the way her name is TY and she’s the manager.

I asked a floor employee if they had thermometers, shes like No with the mouth smack, we dont have no more, ummm 🙄 leave the rachet outside hunny.. went to the baby isle and what do you know thermometers 🎉 yay! I dont even have words for the pharmacy dept, well I do but its not nice.

Pharmacy Clerk/Girl is horrible - dont know her name but she is young and has The Nastiest Attitude - Training in customer service is needed. This was just yesterday. I could have honestly snatched her through the phone and beat some pleasantness into her. Cash register employees are pretty nice!

This Walgreens Store is very clean and oganized the Walgreens Employee are nice I like to thank Ms. Tiara a Walgreens Employee for helping me find the products that I purchased this was my first time and first visit to this Walgreens store I highly recommend this store to Customers, Families, and Friends. I wish I could give a negative star for the Pharmacy. This pharmacy is beyond the worst ever. The employees lack customer service and a sense of urgency. They are extremely slow and lack knowledgeable expertise. They tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time, so after waiting for 20 minutes, they tell you wait another 15 minutes for your prescription. The average wait time with 2 people in a line is 20 minutes and thats no drive thru customers. I have decided to transfer my mother prescription to the Walgreens on Torrence although its is out of my way. The torment of sitting in line whether inside or out is too frustrating and stressful. Today 7/3 I pull in line at 6:05pm and as of 6:27 still waiting in drive thru. My last day here

The Pharmacy is the WORST Ive EVER been to...Even if you go through the drive through or inside,busy or not they will have you waiting when you have had the prescription in for days!!! I would not recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to anyone in my Life!!! They are VERY SLOW, unprofessional and unorganized..If I couldve gave them zero stars I would have!!!

They do not deserve a star. The line out side do not get any help for 50 sometime .The techs need more taining. The line inside is so aggravating. This been going on for a year now. The white lady is trying, it seems like she did not get the proper training.My suggestion is to put more people back there when you are busy. Ive been waiting 4 hours for a rx and i just had surgery. Walgreens, get it together before i take my rx somewhere else

The unprofessionalism of some of the pharmacist in the pharmacy department speaks volumes! I went in because the drive through to pick up prescription was too long. I come in I see why, it wasnt because they were under staffed! It was because out of the 5 pharmacist they had there, only two were actually working! The other pharmacist were doing work on the computer, thats understandable. But at the same time if you see how busy it is why not put all hands on deck and help out so that both the drive-thru line & the line inside can go down? Isnt that what teamwork is all about? So instead of the pharmacist doing that, they get a cashier, WHO IS NOT A PHARMACIST, to come help them in the pharmacy department. Since she is not a pharmacist she has no knowledge on anything in that department right? She only knows how to ring the patient prescriptions up but not ask vital things like insurance information. So because of that, I had to pay 41.99 for a prescription when my insurance covered it smh. A hour or two after I got my prescription, I called the pharmacy department to see why was my prescription so much & why was I not asked for my insurance card? The person that is suppose to be a person that deals with the public daily had no customer service skills what so ever! I dont know if it was because I called 30mins before the pharmacy department closed or what but the young lady was VERY RUDE & unprofessional! So I immediately asked to speak to someone else, the next person I talked to was very nice & understanding, looked my insurance info up & seen that I was covered & overcharged for my prescription & I appreciated that so much & the issue was resolved the next day. I forgot her name but thankyou you so much for resolving my problem in a professional manner! Its not what you say but how you say it, maybe some of the other staff needs to be re-trained on customer service! It should also be some kind of policy which Im quite sure it is, if you are not a pharmacist or have no knowledge of pharmacy what so ever, you should not be able to ring orders up! Because if thats the case I should ring my own prescriptions up & what kind of sense does that make? How many other patients has that happened to? But I do appreciate my issue being resolved, but overall it couldve been avoided in the first place .

I wish I can put -5 for its reviews this is the worst pharmacy every... they do not answer the phone and when they do they put you back on hold for 15-20 mins and than hang up on you smh this happen one time too many.

The Manager wasnt helpful at all. In store several min. looking for a dry throat med.(asked others workers)Manager directed me to sore throat med. I told her my husband said he doesnt have a sore throat. Something he saw on TV .Never did she say well let ? in pharmacy or Ill check for UAsking for a product that eliminates dry throat. My husband saw something on TV CALLED ACT! After about 12 min.or longer I decided to leave . Called. my. husband they couldnt find it ! he said it was just on TV again . Went back inmedicine isle asked same young lady(seemingly disturbed, attitude) that this product was on TV again thats when another Worker(heavy built Caucasian) lady said maybe its with breath spays!walked over there and clear as day their it was ACT!. THE SO CALLED MANAGER said, well you said A.C.T.as if I pronounced it wrong, never saidsorry Ms. I didnt know about this product she was just going to let me leave store without checking with otherco workers. Manager was telling me basically I pronounced it wrong,.Whatever the case may be, She wasnt helpful, it was another Walgreen employee .I told her i will never shop at this Wagreens again. Thats when she apologized and went back to stocking up her shelves.Normally I go to the Wagreens 79…Jeffrey. My husband is in Hosp..in Indiana, that is the closest Walgreens.
