Have not been there in a very long time theyve changed the way they do things used to be able to go in there and say I would like Quaker State and it would not be a problem the gentleman tells me now they would have to take it off the shelf and it would cost about $20 more no thank you. I have a k&n air filter on my vehicle he was looking for a schematic sticker which would be on the factory air filter cover. The gentleman told me they could not change my oil without that sticker on it. I told him you know what the oil weight is he said he knows he also told me Walmarts getting very picky on stuff so I just went somewhere else. The gentleman that helped me was very polite though

This will be the last time I do business here!!. I purchased a set of four tires in December 2019, had to return the same afternoon because they were not balanced. When it was time to maintenance the tires the auto shop was closed., Because of covid, I paid out of pocket and maintained my rotations and balance.. I went in a month ago for a rotation and balance, and they told me that that would be the last time the tires would be rotated because they were worn out. They only have 20,000 miles on them. As soon as I left, my tire started shaking once I hit 50 mph. I took back my car the next day, and the tech said that they balanced them again and that it was alignment issue. I paid out of pocket to have my vehicle aligned, and the vehicle kept shaking.. finally went somewhere else had the tires balanced right.

Staff was great... Got in and out in 30 min woman at the counter was awesome...

They were fast, helpful, and even fixed my rain plates with some extra bolts while changing the oil.They never try to upsell, and cheapest full synthetic oil change Ive ever found anywhere.

Amazing work. Very solid crew. Brought my car in which apparently had an issue with the oil drain plug, and they were able to work around it. Went the extra mile for me, and I really appreciate it. Also they were real professional and put plastic protectors inside the car to prevent getting it dirty.

Love the technicians they are friendly and efficient however the service manager is VERY RUDE

Clean and orderly, friendly and great service. In my experience this Walmart Auto has set a new standard of professionalism higher than every other Walmart or for that matter any other chain Auto Care center. Every employee that I interacted with did their own best to ensure we left there with a 100% safe and completely satisfied in every way. I dont live anywhere near this location, but I will be happy to drive completely out of my way to go back next time I need service. One of there employees even circled back into the parking lot after he had punched out, got out of his car and assisted me putting new wiper blades on our car. Just WOW,

Recently had tires put on by Wal-Mart and the actual service was good.A several weeks later, I ran over a nail and got a flat-tire in one of them. I attempted to have a spare put on because I needed to get the car somewhere quickly. Turns out the tires were drilled in using high-powered pressure tools, causing the lug nuts to get on there so tightly they couldnt be taken off without being broken off.This resulted in me having to get that fixed on top of a flat tire, meaning I was out nearly $500 dollars.I recommend being careful when getting tired put on here for that reason, the staff are great but this is a problem that needs to be addressed to prevent this kind of thing from happening.

All the staffs are super kind and helpful here especially the lady whose name is Cheryl. I am a UC Davis student, and dixon Walmart auto center is my top choice when I need oil change! Definitely recommended!

Second attempt, still unsuccessful. First time I arrived at 6:15 (they close at 7) for an oil change. Was told because there were 2 cars currently in the shop (whose owners had gone and left the cars there), it was impossible for me to get my oil change. Left a little confused, but ok, came back 2 days later at 4pm. This time there were again 2 cars left at the shop, was told it would be 2 HOURS before they got to me. Im young, only been driving 5 years, but it has NEVER taken more than 20 min MAX, usually 10-15 min to get a full service oil change and check. I have also worked in numerous retail jobs. Why would you rather turn away a paying customer who only needs a fraction of your time in order to work on a larger project for customers who were clearly more willing to wait, its not like they were sitting in line waiting? Im afraid I dont understand. And will definitely not bother anymore.

Sunday evening called them to confirm when they close the tire and lube department, they said at 6:00 pm. Got there at 5:20. 2 cars in the bay and they were getting worked on, and one out side waiting. Someone walked to me and told me they already closed. When confronted him that he told me earlier they close at 6, he said there are 3 cars in front of me for oil change and it will be over 2 hours before they get to my car. I know it takes 15-30 min for oil change. So it wont be 2 hours. They still refuse to take my car. Wont go there again. Specially when they did an oil change on my car last time, oil was dirty when I got home and checked my dipstick. I rather get my hand dirty and wont deal with them again.

If i could put zero stars i would two hours before closing and no customers in the shop at all and i was just told that they did not have any time to do a flat tire repair that is ridiculous and the workers on shift today should really be looked at because they are losing walmart money because they want to stand around and make money with out working take your business to les Schwab down the street no questions asked 40 minites till closing and they didnt hesitate to make a happy customer.

Was just at the dixon walmart getting my oil air filter and head light and they were so rude and ghetto first of all they never notified me my car was ready so when i had waited for 2 hours then walked over to them to see what the hold up was i saw 4 guys standing around talking ignoring the fact that a customer was waiting then the guy that came in was so rude saying he didnt know anything and just got back from lunch when i pointed out that i saw him standing out there for few minutes with the others he grew angry and hostile saying i dont know where your going with that statement then we took it outside where he continued to shout and act ggetto on the clock by the way saying you dont know me im from the eastside omg who does that first of all your at work second this aint a prison yard i feel so upset cause even afterwards the supervisor allowed the ghetto guy to work on my car because after all that they didnt communicate with next shift that my car was not finished so it sat for an hour not being worked on never again will i go back

I personally would never use walmart auto service i have heard nothing but horror stories from people being rushed in and out.

It seem like they did not know what they where doing

Supervisor told me something different then the manager tells me something just as different kept trying to sell us on certain things I initially said I didnt want and gave me two different quotes on what I am supposed to pay for my two front tires. I kept overhearing some of the staff saying they didnt know how to install certain parts of my tires to align them. This place is awful.

Called a few times to see if they had what I was looking for before driving to the store. Attitudes and customer service on the phone suck! I got the info I wanted but it felt like I was bothering them by calling.
