Went in looking for a specific shovel that showed they had in stock. Couldnt find it on the shelf, but one of the workers went to the back and tracked it down for me.

A true hardware store with so many great selections. They do cater to the cutlery enthusiasts as well with services like sharpening and a selection of unique knives- and hatchets.

They had what i needed as opposed to ACE hardware in Reedley.they were helpful and attentive.

Good place to rent equipment. I rented a cement mixer that came with cement already loaded. Had a 3-hour time window to use a cement mixer turned out to be plenty of time.

I had a bad experience last time I came here but ultimately they treated me a lot better the second time I went.

Went in just to get liquid nails, but got stopped at the entrance saying I have to have a mask. As they are saying this, 2 people are checking out without mask, but I still wasnt allowed in. Also they dont care if they lose customers to it which to me sounds bad for companies. Why are you willing to lose customers over a mask that some people cant even wear. Needless to say my dad and I are not going back to this business EVER.

I bought a item that was on display I then didnt use it so I brought it back and so they call the manager which is so disrespectfully and should be fired for calling a customer a liar not only did she call me a liar but she did not honor there word of the dinuba lumber co, on there reciept it said no reciept said in black and white your reciept guarantees your no hassle returns well Ive Ben back 3 times and am so pist this lady is so unprofessional and does not care to whom shes talking to had no people skills whatsoever and I guarantee they will honor their reciept and their word this place has lost a good customer I just started my business about 6 months ago and in the last two weeks Ive spent over 2,000 dollars on nothing but tools and would have purchased alot more so I hope that the owner reads this and either fires her or demoted her they should have someone with experience in dealing with people and running a business the customer is allways rite if she was management for my company Id fire her on the spot for being rude and lieing saying that I said I said I used it I never told her that then I even had another worker tell her it was a display and she still couldnt admitt that she was wrong then I asked her about her reciept what it said and she said it dont say that so I showed her the reciept then she said oh !!!! What a manager she needs to take some business management classes and some classes on how to be courteous to customers she actually is giving dinuba lumber a bad name she needs to be replaced period

I go there to get my Hardware. I do a lot of auto repair and its hard to get good Hardware nuts bolts screws I tried to use as much stainless in my builds as much as possible the prices are very reasonable there his staff is really good very friendly very knowledgeable. Brooks is a great guy to know. Known him a long long time very good friend.

Just went in to buy a spray gun for my machine had to go hunt someone down no1 was available i had to go ask the guy at the rental department he took me to where the were and said ill call someone for you almost 15 mins later no one showed up i walked out went somewhere else. Terrible service if you know what you need and where its at thats good otherwise good luck finding help

Cashier was not friendly didnt ask if we had a rewards card, sales people on the floor were very helpful. Your employer (#46)at register needs some training.

Im not saying that I only come here to buy knives but I can tell you my collection has definitely grown.

WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE THE KNIVES!! These have to be knock offs as they are very cheap and the quality or lack of is evident. I purchased a CRKT knife, a brand that I have plenty of and on the first use the blade broke off.. It was obvious that these knives were never hardened and made rather poorly. I have never had this happen and when I took it back they did not want to exchange or refund.. the lady who sold me the knife had horrible customer service skills, had a very poor vocabulary, and obviously wasn’t empowered by the owner to make any decisions to satisfy the customer as she was also the one to refuse the exchange and on top of it she was the Supervisor!!!. The knives are “his baby” is what I was told referring to the owner, but seems as though he has no desire to sell quality. I guess that is what happens when you decide to shop outside of your own city. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else, definitely a lesson learned.

In store customer service is good, but all rental employees are horrible! I spent a lot of money there, because I do a lot of construction work and they are the only hardware store around. They need a lot of work on there customer service.Ive also purchased about 10 yards of cement. Not all at once, but randomly and they have different employees mixing and let me tell you most of them dont know what they are doing. The young girl at the register for rental even admitted that most of them didnt know what they were doing. Just saying though!
