We came in on Friday to service our AC unit they took us in right away great customer service and of course the the way they explain to you whats wrong with your car is great. they even send pics to let I know whats wrong. Marc helped us then we met Chuy, they are both great, and really care about the customers. I 💯 recommend this place. great job guys 👍

This was my first time at this shop. It was a pleasant experience walkinging in being greeted. Everything they were going to do was explained to me thoroughly. I was given a call when my truck was done. Again they went over everything and offered their services to me and given a business card. These guys took care of my brakes for me. It was a little pricey, but the quality of parts and service made up for it. No more embarrassing squeaks or grinding!They worked to get my parts in the same day to help me avoid having to leave my vehicle overnight, which I really appreciated. They even let me pick the guitar on the wall to pass some time while waiting. Very friendly environment.

The customer service here is way better than your normal shop. Alignment was very reasonable. The free car wash and vacuum is a very nice touch.

Do not go I do not recommend just a bunch of kids who think they know everything about cars I went in to fix a misfire and the did not fix it I took it again and the same problem save your money the prices are outrageous for cheap work

I’m actually from Northern CA. I heard about A-Plus from a friend up here who knew they did great work...and were HONEST!! I had an engine oil leak that even my Mercedes dealer service center couldn’t figure out. So after spending tons of money of different mechanics, I came across A-Plus. So I took a chance and drove 3 hours to their shop. They took me through the entire process of letting me know what they were doing, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Sure enough, they found where my oil leak was coming from. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Chuy and Marcos were awesome! I have a truck and recently drove it down to A-Plus to get fixed as well. They did a super fast and great job on it too! I will never take my car/truck to anyone else except A-Plus. You are in outstanding hands.

They dont know what they are doing. They guess the problem they change out parts hoping that it solves the problem & when it doesnt work they change another part & still charge u for it. Ive heard this from multiple people plus they are rude.

I paid over $100 for diagnostic, they gave me an estimate of $900 for fix my car, because according to them !! it needed this And that to be replace!!. So i declined service work.Found a very nice honest mechanic and all my car needed is one little part that was cracked ... was only charge $160 thats including labor for installing an alternator that I bought, Never again.. be aware!! Dont believe everything your mechanic tells you.. your $$ your decision......

I’ve been going to A-Plus Auto for years, and they have always been consistent with their great service and I have never had a problem with them even once. The staff is very knowledgeable and break down exactly what they will be replacing, why they have to replace it and are always accurate with how long it will take. So there is never any wonder of what is being done to my car. I recommend this shop to anyone having any car problems and wishes to have their car fixed right the first time around.

If all auto repair shops were like this, there wouldnt be a fear about bringing your car to a shop. They were willing to work with options, kind, personable, reasonable, and not advantage seeking. It should seem obvious in this industry to not cheat people and you will get more business and make more money, but others out there think that cheating people is better business. Not Chuy. Hes understand the correct way to do business and the right approach to working with customers. Will go back.

Brought my truck here for a check engine light diagnose. A couple hours later Chuy called and explained to me what had happened and what the cause was. He had an estimated price and time frame for me as well. I approved the work and my truck was ready at the end of day just as promised. After the repairs were done I noticed my truck ran a lot smoother, and, no check engine light. Im completely satisfied with work done. The price was fair as well. Id highly recommend bringing a vehicle here for any repair or regular maintenance. The guys here are honest and straight forward. A big thank you to the A-Plus crew. TOTAL RIPOFFI was having squeaky brakes and they changed my rotors without asking me. CHARGED ME ALMOST $1000 AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. My husband already checked the rotors and they were fine I just needed new pads. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

I live in Kingsburg and Im happy to come to Dinuba to have my cars serviced. The owner Chuy and his brother Mark go above and beyond with the service they offer. I initially brought in my Lexus because I was going to be in Dinuba. The inspection they did included in my oil change was very thorough and they not only pointed out some issues i didnt know about they provided pictures directly to my phone. I have since brought in my 2 other Toyotas and had my Lexus transmission serviced . There is no pressure to have anything done but they truly are concerned about the well being of your vehicles. I have 3 vehicles, all of which I bring to Chuy for any and all service needs. I have continually recommended family and friends to them. From my 1st visit to my most recent, about 1 week ago, they are always professional courteous and honest when it comes to your vehicle. They will continue to be my go to mechanics.
