These folks are great! Customer service was awesome. Free pool water testing. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, and willing to help. We bought a home where Volunteers was used to open and close the pool for the previous owners. So I stopped in for some supplies. I will continue to use their services to open and close our pool. Thanks for great customer service!! It is rare and appreciated.

These guys are great. Weve had lots of questions since we bought our Walmart pool and even though we didnt buy the pool through them they have been very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and every bit of advice and chemical Ive received from them has worked better than expected. Hopefully, we will have opportunity to purchase our next pool through them.

This review was supposed to have been Aloha Pools in Paducah,Kentucky. Volunteer Pools is a wonderful place to do business & staff is very knowledgable &friendly & helpful. We do business with them now and will do business there always. Aloha Pools is not a place to go. Poor quality of work. Took 6 months to put in the pool. Cement work was terrible.

Awesome to have some place to get what you need and not have to pay a arm and a leg for it

I wish I could give them 5 stars because Branden was super nice - but he never came back out to finish the job. It took 2 weeks of visits for my 10,000 gal round pool to get somewhat cleaned, but he never got it swimmable which was pretty disappointing. He also kept mentioning that “I wasn’t paying for it” because it was in the contract of the house I just bought, but SOMEONE was paying for it, so the job should have been done.

We have been using Volunteer Pools for various pool products and services since moving to the area almost 12 years ago. Forrest and his team have always been very helpful. In particular the last two summers we have been very pleased with the weekly cleaning and water maintenance service provided by Chris and Dustin. They do an excellent job!

Nice place to shop for pool supplies, but when it comes to opening and closing your pool, not so good. They get in a hurry and dont do a good job. They did not tell us that we needed to fill the pool before they came to remove the cover and ripped our cover where it is unusable and made a horriable mess in the pool.

I buy all my pool chemicals from here. Always had great experience except some lady told me they wouldnt put a liner in my pool cause it was a doughboy pool. Found out later that wasnt right they even sent man to my home and gave me estimate on it. But I went ahead and let doughboy put it in what a mistake that was. They put a hole in liner while installing it promised to bring another one, never happened. Volunteer will take care of all my pool needs from now on.

Great customer service, makes you feel like family!

Joey and Volunteer Pools built my pool a couple years ago and have serviced it ever since. A recent storm blew leaves, sticks, bugs, etc all over the place out here, including in the pool. Plus we forgot to turn off the water topping off the pool yesterday. So I’m expecting to have to spend an hour draining and cleaning today for guests tonight. But the Volunteer Pools guy was early today and did all the hard stuff for me. Above and beyond regular weekly maintenance. Highly recommend those guys for new pools AND for service. Couldn’t be happier. 🏊🏻‍♂️

I Need someone to install a above ground pool and I found a website that said they would connect me with someone in my area who would install it so I called them and they connected me with volunteer pools and the woman who answered the phone told me since I didnt buy the pool from them they wouldnt do it she was really short and rude with me and was not helpful at all! Not good customer service
