I was looking to buy a twin memory foam mattress. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I left the store with exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and well stocked. I had the best time chatting with the manager that brought the package out to me and the cashier. Both of these ladies were friendly and funny. It was obvious they loved their jobs. I would give this store 10 stars if I could.

I love this Big Lots! The staff works very hard to be friendly and available to all customers. The store is clean, and well organized. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

We dont have a lot to choose from out here in Dickson so I discovered Big Lots when I just needed some seasonal stuff and some inexpensive furniture

Big Lots is great!You can find a great variety of items here and scattered throughout the store are fantastic prices!I got sweatshirts for $1.50, a fantastic pair of pants for $4.25 and a fuzzy pair of slipper for a whopping $.60!Nothing at all to complain about... Ill definitely be back!

They had lots of display furniture, but when we wanted to purchase 2 different pieces, they said it would be 4-8 weeks before they could get them in stock. Also said they dont sell their display furniture.

I would just like to say Chelsea in the furniture department was really helpful. I had an item on recall I purchased 6 months ago and the manufacturer needed a receipt I didnt have. She was not able to get it for me since the purchase was longer than 30 days. She instructed me to call the main warehouse and I was able to get it. Every time we go in there she is always helpful when furniture shopping. Even if the product is not available there she will look it up at other stores for us. Thank you Chelsea!!

Big Lots has been one of my favorite stores for years. They carry many products that are hard to find elsewhere. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. I guess I’m one of the few who’s not a big fan of their revamp. Big Lots was much more fun to shop when it was a genuine close-out store; there seemed to be more stuff, with more turnover, and I never knew what bargains I would find. Their product line is more mainline now and their prices are about the same as Walmart’s.

Have displayed items but not in stock! Doesnt help me any at my house. Its a self help store too I guess...

I purchased a chair at the end of December. Within 60 days it was broken and had only been sat in a few times. I still had the recipe and called to see if I could bring it back and exchange it. I was told there was nothing they could do. The guy I spoke with was not very nice either. I will never purchase anything else.

We purchase lots of supplies for our businesses. Normally a much better price than my whole sale suppliers.

Great selection of foods and drinks. Well organized and clean. They have great holiday stuff you cant find at other stores.

Its a great place to save money but is a little hard to find what your looking for. I brought my mother here so she could find an inexpensive cd player. The 2 previous stores were went to were too $ or didnt have one. Big Lots had them and had several choices to choose from. Mom was happy

I love Big Lots, but it is hard to find what I need at this store. Also, I went in the other day and, besides staff, I was the only one wearing a mask. There was one person at the checkout counter, and she could have cared less. She ignored me completely. She did talk into what looked like a microphone attached to her vest to someone else the whole time, laughed at what they were saying while looking at me, then handed me my receipt and said, Here you go, maam. That was it. I know in a pandemic disinterested wait staff are the least of our worries, but I dont like being treated like I am an interruption. Very rude.

Big Lots(Dickson) is well stocked with a friendly staff. Product prices can be hard to find. I suggest always checking with staff on price before making purchase. Big Lots has a variety of items from frozen &refridgerated foods to fashionable furniture. When you shop, remember resign up for/use you rewards.

Been a while since Ive been to this store, was surprised to see its underwent a huge makeover. Theyve done a fantastic job, the store looks very upscale, they do still sell the same lower priced/quality products, however. still, its good to have such a nice store, even if youre shopping on a budget. Need to add, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well.

They have better furniture now, but its more expensive.

Its a better place to shop than Wal-Mart. They remodeled the store to add more items. They have some things that the Hobby Lobby would carry. Prices on items are reasonable.

Got a bargain on a big fluffy decorating pillow for my bed. On sale for only $11.25. Its the size of two pillows put together. Love it! Going back soon.

You can find just about everything at Big Lots. I was in the market for a sectional for my living room. The Big Lots that I went to didnt have the one I wanted but the employee called around to other stores for me. Found the one I did want at the Clarksville location. Went there and paid for it but didnt have my trailer at the time. They were nice enough to hold it for me until I had a chance to come back and get it. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Bought a sofa on one day. Went the next day to get it. Arm had been broken between this time. Had a hard time getting the employee to even come out to the truck right after they loaded it.Then acted like it wasnt his problem. Finally got my money back.

I went to purchase a dog bed...the staff was courteous and helpful...when I paid, I dropped my wallet In the floor .I did not miss it till that afternoon, after a frantic search, I was going back to dickson to fill out a report . I called big lots and they had found it.... I tried to leave a small reward but, they would not accept it. Thanks to the very honest staff at your store
