Ive been trying desperately to get a covid test for the past three days since Ive gotten sick. Walgreens were the only ones to provide me with any real help. DMA was rude and unhelpful. Walgreens did everything DMA wouldnt. The 3 employees I talked to were very kind and polite. 5 stars.

Great Pharmacy. Great store to shop at. Of course the prices may be a smidge higher but thats all pharmacies. Also the staff are a friendly and professional group of people. Happy to shop there anytime.

I have to admit that this local Walgreens has improved in recent months. When I had my prescriptions forcibly switched from Rite Aid two years ago, I had problem after problem with Walgreens—long waits at the pickup window, prescriptions that weren’t ready even though I was told they were, endless digging through the bins to find mine, lackadaisical staff. But I haven’t had any problems lately. So I think that someone has tried to address the serious customer service issues here (and possibly at other stores). At least I hope so. Because what really matters is that the prescriptions are accurately and efficiently dispensed, and that I don’t have to stand in a long line to get them.

Absolutely the slowest, rudest pharmacy Ive ever been to. I was forced there after they bought out rite-aid and I hate having to deal with them monthly. Certain workers will take 30min to check you out while others will have you done in under 5min. I think 90% of the employees need better training

I bought a walgreens prescription savings card 3 months ago because I was told my prescription would be cheaper, which it was 37$. Now 90 days later and the Synthroid prescription went up to 116$. Called the savings plan and after talking to 4 people I was told that the pharmacy sets the price not the savings plan. It doesnt make sense but either way do not use walgreens unless you have to.

I just want to let everyone know how AMAZING Trish is in the photo lab!! I have been in the process of configuring and printing out my wedding invitations and what the website was showing wasnt what was printing. She caught it every time I sent an order through and called me immediately to let me know that it wasnt turning out how I would want them! She even let me cancel the orders for free and restart each time this happened. Shes worked with me so much and really seems to truly care about her job and her customers. Thank you SO much for going above and beyond and making my wedding planning less stressful!!

(Negative 10 stars!)The F-ing worst pharmacy EVER .. they can NEVER get a script right or complete or on-time. I even think they short me pills.And good luck picking them up, bring a good book be prepared to wait a while.Moving my scripts, I will never do business here again.

Emily in the pharmacy was extremely rude . Acted like she hated her job. Couldn’t even say how are you or have a nice day or ANYTHING nice, when I was naturally trying to be nice to her . Just kinda puts a damper on your day when people are rude and stuck up towards you for no reason .

Paul in the pharmacy was extremely rude. To the point where I nearly lost my temper on him. As someone working in customer service, he could use some training on manners. After this experience, and seeing that I am not the only one who had a rude pharmacy experience, Walgreens won’t have my business again. It’s so sad I can’t even pick up a prescription without your worker being completely rude for absolutely no reason.

The pharmacist I spoke on the phone with told me they could not fill my prescription until the day it was due. I called my insurance company and they told me I could fill it two days early. I have had anxiety every month dealing with them. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The staff is uncaring, unfriendly, and seemingly uneducated to be Pharmacists.They gave my daughter another womans prescriptions and luckily she knew that one wasnt what she took. Otherwise she would have taken the wrong medication. I will be switching pharmacies.

Donna at the front register was amazing. Ive had a sudden bug that Im trying to fight off. I grabbed quite a few different cough drops, decongestant- the works. She saw what I was grabbing and could tell I was feeling bad. Donna stated that she works at DMA during the week and kindly instructed me to go home and get plenty of fluids and rest. She totally didnt have to go out of her way to mom me a little bit but I appreciated her kind words while I was feeling so crummy. Kudos to her for genuinely caring about customers.

My mom’s prescription on blood pressure medicine runs out two days before she needs to see her new doctor and Walgreens refused to give a two day supply without a new prescription. I’ll have a new prescription by next Tuesday and then I’ll swap all her prescriptions to another pharmacy. On top of that the woman that answered the phone was angry before I asked anything and then was hateful after that.

I went in looking for a certain lip stain and Ashley the beauty consultant gave me her honest opinion of the one I was looking for, and I am totally grateful for that! She introduced me to a matte lip stain in the Jordana line and Im in love. The colors are great they feel smooth and they smell like cake! What more could a girl want!!

The photo lab and store are the only reasons this place is still operational. As for the pharmacy Id leave zero stars if it were an option. These people have absolutely no clue how to do their jobs and theyre the most ride people I have ever encountered specifically a lady by the name of katie if my memory serves me correctly. Save your time and anger people just simply do not have any prescriptions filled by this place.

After spending 2 hours in the ER went through drive thru to get RX filled. I was told if I wanted it tonight (pain pills for an injury) it would be an hour. We live 45 minutes away. But, if I came in (during a thunderstorm) and I was an “in store waiter” it would be quicker

Just moved here over the summer and every time I had to call in the medicine I had to wait 30 to 40 mins on the phone and if I went in the store there has always been long lines to pick medicine up. I think they can use more staff or more training

0 Stars not 1 . Pharmacy is slow!!! Waited in drive through for 20 mins at 2pm wonder what their rush is like. Then got up to the window and waited 10 mins to even be addressed. Inside line was across the store! Then only ONE of my RX had had insurance filed on it. If you have to drive an hour to not go here drive the hour!! Then they had filed insurance on only ONE of my prescriptions. Called the manager they said 4 new techs. WHY would they train 4 new techs in one location? And Why would that many leave at once? Horrible management is my guess. Do not walk run away from this pharmacy.

Disappointed.. not my regular pharmacy. Traveling, working, came here and was told half hour to hour wait and iI was that was fine. Waited outside in my work truck for an hour went inside and wad told it would be another hour. Dropped off my prescription because was told half hour to hour, NOW its going to be another hour! People dont have time to wait all night... really disappointed with the staff... dont tell someone it will beat certain time and in all actuality double the time..

Was told to wait 45 min for meds for my child which just had surgery, 45 min later I was told to wait 20 more minutes because not all of the scripts were even turned in to be filled and the other ones werent done either. What a joke this place is. Meanwhile, my child stays in unnecessary pain.

Every weekend I get my medication called in and there isnt a single sole standing in line or sitting and waiting on anything however it still takes them from an hour to 2 hours to fill a perscription of 21 tablets??? Why?? When you have 4-5 employees working behind the counter???Looks to me as if you need more hands/help bcuz what you got going on right now isnt cutting it...Poor servicePoor customer satisfactionLack of practiceAnd RUDE people behind that counter as well!!!!!!Take a hint.

On hold for 10 minutes to ask pharmacy about when they were getting the Primatene Mist and was told Walgreens wasnt going to be carrying it at all even though the press releases specifically say Walgreens and CVS will get it first. Apparently behind the counter drugs which arent made by big pharma isnt important and by extension neither are their customers. Their photo department is pretty good.

I called our meds in the night before. I was told they would be ready after 11 a.m. the next day. I got to the drive thru at 1:35. Waited for 20 minutes. I was told they werent quite ready, to circle around and then pick them up. I waited 15 more minutes. When I got the meds, there was only half of them on there. I was told to drive around again. Waited again. Finally a pharmacist came from behind the counter and got it straightened out. I was literally going round and round for 55 minutes.

Had a prescription called in by a dr. Went to give Walgreens my new insurance card and the lady ran it and said it would be $74, when I asked if she was sure that was right I recieved the answer I dont know. So she asked the pharmacist, new price is only $16 and will be ready in an hour. Come back to the counter an hour later to be told we dont have any of those we will have to order it, it will be here in 2 days or so. Called around and found another pharmacy that had it in stock but instead of Walgreens calling it over I once again have to get the new pharmacy to call them. This was the reason I left in the first place to go to RiteAid, and now Walgreens has even screwed that up for me as well.

I was given a different prescription WITHOUT being notified of the change. When I called (3 different times today) to inquire about the change, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally was put through to someone, they were down right hateful. They said, It has the same active ingredients. Whats the big deal?I am appalled that Walgreens would be so reckless with my health. They also told me that my insurance would not pay for a 3 month prescription (that theyve been filling for over a year). After having the prescription transferred to Kroger, they easily filled it (for 3 months) easily. I understand that its a stressful time taking over for Rite Aid, however that does NOT make it ok to be reckless with my medication and to offer rude customer service.

If there were 0 stars I would have chosen that option. The pharmacy shows ZERO interest in customer satisfaction. I have, on multiple occasions, been told it will be about 20 minutes, only to go back and hear the same “it will be about 20 minutes”...it usually takes about an hour and a half. The pharmacy staff is rude, lazy and generally apathetic to the needs of their customers.

This store is terrible at accepting digital coupons and rewards. I have attempted twice now, both unsuccessfully, to use my rewards. I also have problems using digital coupons. On multiple occasions, the cashier has explained to me, in a rude and abrupt tone, that I have no rewards or coupons on my card. I show them to her on the app, and she says that it does not matter, it has to show up on her register. After pleading with her to try scanning my card again or to redo the entire transaction, the digital coupons eventually come off. I have still yet to have my balance rewards deducted. I am unsure if it is the Walgreens digital coupon system that is at fault, or a cashier that needs more training. Whatever the case, I avoid shopping here at all costs.

I have always been a very loyal Walgreens customer. It is always my preferred pharmacy, I use their photo department, & if I just need a few things Ill stop there. I was highly displeased with my experience at this location today! First of all.... There was someone stocking a shelf with her cart of bins in the middle of the aisle... I was pushing a buggy with my infant in the car seat & had to literally pick up the car seat so I could push by.... Ummm its called customer service you could have moved it cause I know you saw me!!!! Secondly, I went to change my sons explosive diaper that was going up his back. I waited for one of their employees to get out of the handicap stall thinking a koala changing station would be in there.. Ummmmm no!!!!! This shows me how much respect Walgreens has for parents with small children? Like seriously?? I was so close to sitting down in the middle of the store & doing it there. Their employees need a lesson in customer service as well.... When youre on the floor or behind the register you should cater to your customers & not look like you hate your job. Thanks!!! 😡😡😡😡

I use this location because I have to. The store is good but the pharmacy always takes FOREVER! Long lines, poor customer service, and apathetic pharmacists. I cant tell you how many times Ive watched them take phone calls and when they get off they roll their eyes and scoff... Same with when they are finished with customers in line. Unprofessional, rude, and honestly offensive to a point. Yes, you will eventually get your scripts but dont plan on waiting in the store unless you have a few hours to kill.

The pharmacy at the dickson,tn location is aweful. Long lines to pickup meds and hopefully they get it right and if you call in they only have one line that gets answered and puts you in a 30 to 40 min hold everytime. If you get your meds here either you have a tremendous patient threshold or you just do not know any better. This place is the definition of disfunction. I personally challenge anybody to try another pharmacy to see how one supposed to be run. Its truly amazing they have any customers at all.

I am writing this review as I have been waiting 26 minutes at the drive thru for the pharmacy.they are always under staffed in the pharmacy . They have forgotten to mix antibiotics and have sent me home with just powder when it’s prescribed in liquid form. Had to drive back up and WAIT again. And the girl at the window thought it was SO funny that they didn’t mix it.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I have had every perscription ever written to me filled there but was rudely turned away twice with voices very raised when I tried to fill my new perscription. Do NOT use this company, and specifically this particular store. They will turn you away and treat you like a criminal, doctors perscription or not. No compassion for their patients AT ALL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TREAT REPAT CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY!

My husband and I use this pharmacy a couple times a week because it is the closest one to our home that can fill our prescriptions. We have had several problems with a certain pharmacy worker, Kelsey, being rude and making people wait that get a certain type of medication. We have called and been on hold for over 45 min at a time. There is usually a long wait, but other than the one girl everyone is usually friendly.
