Absolutely awesome shop, got a flat on the way through town, showed us the cored inside of another tire saving us from another flat because my girlfriends dad wanted to cheap out. Also let me wash my hands at their shop sink and treated us very hospitably… also never get linglongs. I hope they enjoyed the beer

I got in and out relatively fast. The tires I believe were priced fairly for these days. Wouldnt let me add an oil change, my car was already back there, but said he couldnt get it in. Had I said it 30 minutes earlier he could have though he said. They only take like 10 minutes but I did ask last minute so my fault I suppose. I dont know how that business works and his reason could have been legit.

Made an appointment to get new tires put in my SUV, full set of 4 that I had ordered a specific brand that I liked using. They were quite busy that morning but was in and out in a very efficient manner and was very well pleased 😀

Pretty good service, I came in a little too close to 5pm, but they still helped me with a quick tire change. They even told me about the rim being bent before I left so i didnt have any surprises on the road.

Shady, shady, shady. Im a firm believer in buying local, even if it costs more... To an extent. I paid $120 more here for the exact same set of tires I could have gotten elsewhere because they touted their road hazard warranty. Twice Ive had slow leaks caused by road hazards and twice Ive been charged for repairs. Each time I protested and got a different reason as to why the warranty didnt apply. The first time it was because the object that caused the damage was still lodged in the tire. So, the second time I removed the object before arriving. This time they said it only covered complete tire failure. So, the only way they will honor the road hazard warranty is of you drive it till it explodes and have it towed in! Nah, probably not. Theyd have another excuse, Im sure

Very great place to buy tires! Nice waiting room so your not out in the weather . Nice people working there as well.. the lady at the front desk was my only set back.. she kinda over talked us and the man who was doing our tires had to come out and reason what we wanted done. But very satisfied with the tires.... So Ill give it a five star!

I have bought tires from them and had repair work done on my cars. I think their quality of tires is excellent and that they are trustworthy and competent in their repair work. Many people I know are going to them now rather than Wal-Mart. I certainly do.

They are courteous and they charge a reasonable price for solid work. I went in to (hopefully) get a leaky tire patched, but bad news: there was too much tire damage and they had to replace it. They showed me the damage so that I would know they werent just trying to sell me a new tire for no good reason, then they helped me select a good replacement at a good price. Even though they were doing a brisk business that day, they got me back on the road in record time.

Great service and prices on tires

Yall, I showed up last minute today because I had a light come on in my car and Nissan couldnt be bothered to take a look. So I went in and asked for an oil change and they were able to fit me in. They were super inviting and nice, even though it was busy. Got in and out in 30ish minutes! My synthetic oil change was 72$. That same thing at Nissan would have been 90$ and 3 hours. Dickson County Tire and Oil has my business for life!!!

I cant say enough good things.about Dickson county tire and oil. I have bought several sets of tires here. 6 tires for my F350 flatbed and 4 for.my Dodge truck and 4 for my wifes.car. All very good tires and the service.was also very good. Also have had front end and brake work done here. All with great results.

Needed help with air pressure light, wouldnt go off! Stopped by Dickson Co Tire & Oil. They were very busy, but took the time to help me anyway! Aired up my tires, light went off. Then did a quick ck to see if my tires were in good condition, all w/a smile & at no charge! Honest, humble people! Highly recommend!

Ive done business here for years and I find them to be honest and knowledgeable. Normally I enjoy my experiences here as much as anyone enjoys going to the tire store, but now Ive been sitting an hour and a half past my appt time.... The alignment was done after 45 minutes then when a bay opened up for the new tires after 20 minutes in the bay it was determined my car wouldnt work in that bay, so they changed bays and I was informed it would be another 20 minutes. Normally I just automatically take it here, but I thinking may shop around next time for a place who respects my time as much as I respect theirs.After I posted this they were able to finish me out in 10 minutes instead of 20- much appreciated. I was told they had to move bays because of my ground effects. Which makes sense but it was still over an hour and a half for 2 tires and an alignment. It was done with their usual high standard and quality. Great place maybe this just wasnt there best performance.

We stumbled upon this place traveling through Tennessee. This place of business is fantastic and they have excellent customer service skills. It took them 30 minutes to fix a bent rim, a nail in the tire and balance the tires. They took into consideration that we were traveling and got us in and out quickly. Not to mention, the pricing was great. I highly recommend these guys! Thank yall so much!

My husband and I stopped here to get a used tire and it was extremely cheap, fast, and the tire looks like it was barely used. We bought one from another place a month before that had a bolt on it and the wouldnt exchange it or give us the money back.

I took my vehicle in with the idea that I needed new rear brakes, and about 30 minutes later they called me stating that I did not need brakes. they could have lied to me about it and completed the service and had me pay for it. Honesty is #1 in book and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went to Wal-Mart tire center first they couldnt help me figure out what size tires should go on truck and told me it would be 2hrs when I came to Dickson oil and tire they came out and showed me where to find proper tire size and had me taken care of and back on the road in less then 30 minutes very friendly service will go here from now on

Damaged one of the wheel on our tow truck and will not make it right. This is the second time with this place. Definitely done with them this time.

Cut the sidewall of my tire in Dickson TN, as well as one of my fronts was wearing badly. Drove up and explained the situation and these guys had 2 of my tires replaced within about 30 minutes. Great service!

Ive been experiencing some issues with my car and requested an estimate for what I believed to be wrong with it. Yesterday (April 9th) I called to see if they were available to get us in today and was told they were booked but to come by anytime and theyd test drive it for us.When my husband and I arrived this morning we were basically waved off at the front desk. The guy who greeted us was dismissive and told us he would find someone to test it for us. He did not take down either of our names or ask what we were driving. After waiting for half an hour I spoke to a woman working the desk who was not there when I arrived and she got us taken care of in no time. I do not appreciate being waved off or having my time wasted. If they did not have the time to do that today we should have been told that when we called yesterday. I wont come back to them for anything if this is how Im treated for a simple test drive.

This place screwed up my alignment and messed up my wheels. NO, not a bad balance from walmart the month before. I said it still had pull, Yall didnt care! When it started having uneven wear, I KNEW! NEVER AGAIN!
