Ship boxes to my kids at college on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great shipping costs, always delivered as expected.
These people were so patient with me. Due to unforeseen reasons, I had to come back to the store 4 times to get something shipped (buyer, PayPal issues) I don’t live super close Dickinson and the last and final time I went I still was unable to ship my item. I was told I was able to leave my package at the store and call in the morning to have it shipped out. I did this and everything went flawlessly. I was helped by a woman named Lisa, one named Melissa and another younger girl that unfortunately I wasn’t able to get her name. Definitely a place that will go above and beyond for their customers.
To the package that was supposed to go to my post office and said we dont do that well next time maybe use your words and not make people have to drive 3 hours out the way for a package that could have been dropped off on the way. Also must take classes on phone skills thank you.
What a pleasure it was to receive such helpful service from a young lady named Janell. I had two packages and I was done in maybe 3 minutes. Thank you for having such efficient employees at this store😊
I was looking for a package sent a while ago, and being really nice. All i got was an Attitude and kick me off the phone.
Anyone that says that this store has bad customer service is crazy these ladies work so hard deal with all the crazy holiday deliveries. ive had a p.o box for a few years an these gals are the best ive ever dealt with.... love owner of box 166... chad an caroline ❤❤
WOW! Tell me about bad customer service experience. All the way from entrance, no greeting no pleasant talk at all whatsoever. These ladies from today made me feel like UPS just does not need my business or any business whatsoever. Refused to give me my tracking number/receipt, and the item still hasnt been scanned since this morning (No notification to my account). I will avoid doing business with this store, and will be contacting amazon about this bad experience as well. So amazon can reconsider and go through USPS only.
Terrible experience today. I walked in and was helped by a lady who started bossing me around about how to navigate the Amazon app on my phone as I was attempting to do a return. I got annoyed and finally told her that I know how to use my own phone. She decided to roll her eyes at me and walk away and I told her that I didnt need to put up with her attitude and that I would just take care of it at the Bismarck UPS the next time I was there. The only reason that Im giving this visit two stars is because the other gal that was working decided to jump in as I was walking out the door and offered to help me. Working with her was an absolute breeze and we had everything done in about three minutes time. That other lady should pay more attention to how the rest of my visit to that store went because that was customer service. In reading some of these reviews I can imagine that many of the negative ones are about that very same lady.

I dropped off two packages for returns. Because they were returns, I had two codes for the packages. The first one I found on my phone fairly quickly. The lady scanned the code and I proceeded to search for the second code. I was struggling to find it, so the lady said, “I’ll be right back.” She grabbed the first package and took it to the back. Within 15 seconds I had the second code ready, but I stood there and waited for several minutes thinking she’d be right back as she had said. Finally, I yelled out, “I found the code.” She yelled she’d be right up. A second gal in the back asked her, “ There’s someone up there?” She replied, “Yeah, but she was looking for a code and I have things to do.” How long would I have waited if I wouldn’t have finally spoken up because she felt her time was wasted waiting on a customer?
The lady working there seemed extremely annoyed that we where in the store. Ill find somewhere else to ship my packages from
These guys truly make shipping stress free like they state on their window! Every time I have to send a package they make it soooo easy! I am so appreciative of it!
Bad customer service! I called and was immediately put on hold. After waiting ten minutes, the call ended. So I called right back and got their voice mail stating they were now closed. I only had one question...”what are your hours today”. Apparently my time and my business is not important to them. Buh-bye Dickinson UPS Store.
Im new in town and I have read the reviews about this store but my experience with this store they were extremely rude they lied constantly on the phone about what they could and could not do I will not be using this local branch.i will take my money else where!
