Great service. My son loves the dumplings from here. All the employees are so nice and helpful.
Elias from customer service is such a awesome person with all her customers. Thanks
First impression, clean and quite! I walked in needing a few ingredients and noticed how organized and kept up everything is. The produce looked good. The meat needed some stocking, but for a Sunday, I expected that. People say Krogers is expensive, but I disagree. If you budget shop you can find the right prices. I walked up to the front to pay for my items and there was a kind lady waiting to help me. She told me everything I needed to know about their Kroger card and easily got through the line. I would come back. I rate 4 out of 5 because their card machine was acting funny and their parking lot had water holes all around.
I want to know why is the customer service desk shorthanded. Today I came to pay bills and two people was standing there as I walked up the lights was off with a sign saying will return @ 5pm. This doesnt make sense to me and the supervisor walks by and say, yeah shell be back at 5 like why are you here
Everyone BUT this cashier is a 4-5 star. Dion is VERY RUDE. Ive seen her in the past without a mask and today with it blatantly under her nose. No greeting, barely looked up, and no thank you at the end. She needs a class on customer service.
If you are studying psychology come see the older woman in the self check out, very rude ask for the manager and she will change her attitude and seem very sincere as if she wasnt being an a hole. Very odd, yanked my Id out of my hand, and got into it with another customer as I was walking out. First and last time I will go to this krogers. Bipolar? 2 stars because another employee was helping an older woman load her car
Wide selection of fresh produce, good quality.
Every time we go they always have a HORRIBLE vegetable and fruit selection.
Leaving NOW at 1055pm but got rushed out of there at 1050pm even when the store has a sign that says closes at 11pm ....the guy yelling over the intercom was rude and lying bc the systems do not shut down before 11pm it was the workers just trying to get out of there earlier....it was nonsense and very unprofessional...I want to be contacted about this review
Emma in customer service 🙏🙏🙏💞💞💞💞💞 Im totally shocked I was buying two money orders $150 and $50 and I was short two bucks and Emma and customer service took $2 out of her own pocket and paid it for me this is for my condo for my three teenagers we just been blessed from Catholic charities and just sold our house from Hurricane Harvey weve waited for years Ive been living with my mother and EMMA done this, GOD BLESS YOU AND THANK YOU SO MUCH KROGERS PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!
When checking out at the self check out the guy was super rude and told us we couldn’t check out there. There were 4 spots open and no reason why we couldn’t check out.
So we are in a pandemic right nowAnd appointments to get one at the dps is out a few months. My is is expired and I have a letter from the Texas department of public safety that clearly states “Even though your DL/ ID is expired it is still considered valid”Clearly stating that it is valid until the department resumes to normal operations and also stating that they are NOT back to operating normal at this time.So the cashier lady with a missing tooth refused to sell me wine, even though I had this same letter the day before and another cashier sold it to me.I live very close to this Kroger but will not be shopping here any more.
My favorite place to shop for groceries, the store is clean and organized, very well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Laura Pelle, she goes far and beyond to help the costumers. She should be recognized. I love when she is there. She is the best.
Last night the unthinkable happened and I must share.I went into Kroger to pick up a few items, after selecting those items I proceeded to the cash register and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello by Mr. Reuben. Mr. Reuben tallied up my bill and ask for my Kroger member number, while I was giving him my number I reached into my pocket only to discover Id forgotten my wallet at home. I told Mr. Reuben that Id run home and return for the items. Mr. Reuben told me to hold on;he then pulled out his wallet and payed for my items. Im truly Amazed and Gratefulfor his kindness toward me.I pray that GOD continues to Bless this young man. Im a frequent shopper at this location and I must say the staff are always very friendly.
Friendly employees and customers I have been shopping at this Krogers with my mom and as an adult for 30 years
Very clean and organized store. Shopping experience is quick and easy.
Jan in the florist department was awesome, she helped me with my arrangement and it was great.
It is a smaller kroger which I love! No big crowds but still all the wonderful deals and fresh produce that you could dream of. I also really like how organized this one is. It is so easy to find everything!
I had to do a refund transaction, and a young Hispanic (dont remember her name) customer service clerk was extremely nice. I really appreciate her assistance. Also, I would like to include that I prefer Kroger over any other grocery store. I love their app and the awesome sales they have X5 on Friday and Saturday
This store needs a new update
This Kroger 🛒 is Good With One Exception Alot of Their Clearance Marked Down items Are Expired 🤢 Read the Expiration Dates Before Buy Anything There🔖
Very well stocked, considering it was the last part of a sale. They have an awesome promotion, Kroger Plus. It is an easy way to save money on quite a few of items. Try Kroger, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Great store and great selections. Have nice sales too!
This store is an embarrassment to Kroger chain. Customers have no care for their community, they leave carts in parking lot. The wind blew one cart into the side of my car door, and put a ding. The floors, well they don’t have any, you shop on their concrete slab. Good people work there, but they need leadership and direction, which is failing. One of the worse Kroger ever shopped, and have shopped for decades, not here, Indiana, Richmond, Tx., Houston, Tx., and their chain in CA. This parking lot is rotten, an abandoned what a burger sits on it- it’s just pitiful. But, I like Kroger organic milk, and the next nearest is another worse experience, in Texas City. I don’t understand why customers on this end of 45N don’t expect better.
My handicapped 84yo grandmother was just asked by the Pharmacy Why are you filling this here when you normally have this filled at CVS? They then told her If you keep going back and forth we will no longer fill any of your prescriptions. I have NEVER heard of a pharmacy demanding all of a persons business or none of it! She waited for an hour and then went home to call me crying. I think this is horrible. I live in Houston but if I need to come down this weekend to take care of this I will. Who says that to an old woman?
Love my hometown K Rogers & the employees. Theyre always so friendly & kind & HELPFUL 🙌
Shout out to the meat dept. who fried up chicken at the last minute for an office party. Great customer service and the chicken was delicious. This was yesterday morning 11/17. Thank you!
This Kroger location is very convenient if youre driving southbound from Harris County on Interstate 45 and headed towards Galveston County. It appears to be an older remodeled Kroger located within a shopping center. Very easy access from the service road or from the cross street. The store is very well-stocked. They have a bakery and fresh deli that serves baked or fried chicken. As of this post, there are only 4 self checkout stations. However, I shopped today after 5 p.m. and there were available cashiers in the regular lanes. The staff was very nice on all of my recent visits.
Great place to shop! It is kept clean and I find the employees to very friendly and helpful. They make my shopping experience pleasant. Love my Kroger Store.
Friendly. Have what I need. Check out pretty quick. Pharmacy is great. Very pleased with their service.
Small grocery store carries a lot of Kroger and name brand Foods pharmacy I have been using for over 10 years they are nice and shes deaf as friendly and theyre quick occasionally they could open some extra check out but overall using the Express checkout or self-checkout things to get you in the door without a lot of groceries I recommend stopping in here clean and fresh fruit and produce selection could use a little bit better quality
Friendly and helpful staff, especially the older gentleman that works self checkout in the evenings.
Got lots of things for Christmas dinner.
Three stars pending future visits. I was running in and out and was not very impressed. However, it had pretty much the same organizational scheme as other Krogers...which is very important to the person who wants in and out. They had a decent produce section...all the regular stuff. The meat selection was also average to slightly lacking. When I went to the butchers block; there was no one there to attend me. (That equals bad for the person who wants in and out). So I went back to the meat case and made due. (Also bad for the more finicky shopper). Im not that finicky. For what its worth, its not a bad store but, its not a great one either.
Fresh produce is really fresh. Really good selection of variety. Bakery is by far to head to for parties and is ideal for quick fixes when I dont feel like cooking.
Place is always out of stock. Very frustrating trying to get everything I need at this store. Been like that for well over 5 years. Management expresses they have new management every time. Been hearing that for a long time. Wish they would get this store operating at its full capacity. Staff is friendly is the only plus...
The Dickinson Kroger is conveniently located right off i-45 south, cant miss it. Kroger is my fav chain of grocery stores, so any Kroger is good and well by me.The prize for Kroger with best and biggest/largest selection of everything in this area would go to the Galveston location. But the Dickinson location has lots going for it as well. The wife and I spend alot of free time in the Webster, League City, Scarsdale sort of area, so on our way back home this is the most convenient Kroger to stop by. Staff is polite and friendly. This Kroger just like most has a Starbucks inside if thats your thing
Smaller Kroger store. Deli is not too elaborate. Otherwise fairly typical. Quick on-and-off from southbound I-45.
No wipes in front. Came for the food, left for the Coronavirus.
I love Krogers stores and I love coming to this one in Dickinson to support its restructuring after hurricane Harvey. The people are wonderful and extremely helpful. The place is still working on some redos so I wont say anything bad about the decor. They keep pretty well stocked although they were just out of some popular canned cat foods. All- in-all ill keep stopping here!
The staff are as nice as could be. Just wish that I didnt only have the option to check myself out early in the morning. Pretty annoying.
This location was more welcoming and so much more pleasant when Mr. Harris was on site. Against my better judgment, I popped into Kroger for a couple of items and a money order, although I told myself Id never shop here again. Ugh! Kristy, who was clearly out of uniform, stared us down as we walked in and then rolled her eyes. Thanks for the warm greeting Kristy. I miss your conversation Donald!!!😀 Got my items and checked out at self checkout as Kristy watched my every move. I moved on to customer service where Jeremy almost ran me over just to speak with Brittney. CS was good. My only suggestion to Brittney is: You cant focus on the customer, Brittney, if youre looking past them trying to see whats happening in the checkout lanes. Id rather go to WM and ring up 2 baskets full of groceries on my own at self checkout, which is a true story, and stand in that ridiculously long CS line for 1 money order than deal with Kroger. Its ashame how some of you treat the customers, as well as, your employees.
I called the DELI department after my caterer canceled 4 hours before my cocktail party. They were able to pull a miracle and had two assorted wrap trays ready just in time for my party. I was astounded; no other store I called that afternoon was able to accomplish this. My guests complimented the trays all night. THANK YOU to Silcia and the entire team at the Deli Department for saving me that day!!!!
Nice clean Store. Cashier could have been more friendly but he wasnt rude. Sacker Packed my groceries accordingly. When Im not at my own store in Pearland I drive from Bayou Vista to Dickinson for my Shopping.
My favorite place to shop for groceries. Pharmacy, pet supplies, bakery, floral shop, all in one store.
Very nice selection of Valentines day flowers and more.
The store is pretty clean. The floor needs work, but thats from Harvey, so they get a pass. The employees are pretty nice, the wait in line isnt therrible, but the parking SUCKS. There is always someone up your butt or an almost accident every time. Bad layout.
Small town feel to this store. Starbucks is clean and tidy. Store could look a little cleaner.
Selections are getting better and prices starting to be comparable. Meats are looking fresher but the fish area is scary. Smells spoiled. Staff can be more attentive to the customer rather than each other.
Always have pleasant customer service, at times under stocked on certain sale items.
This is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have very competitive prices and great sales all the time!
I shop at this Kroger store every week. I usually shop their weekly sales and get some super great deals. Especially on meat. I really with there was more of an organic selection of fruit and vegetables and more of a gluten free area. The one thing that bothers me most about this location is that Ive gone in on several occasions and there were no carts. I had to tell their management and they got pretty rude about it. Whats up with that?
This Kroger location is easy to get into and out of and carries all the essentials. it is not a location with lots of the fancier offering you can find but that is part of the reason it is easy to shop in on the way home.
The Sea Food department staff was great. The male employee was very kind he helped package my Salmon Burgers.
Friendly people, great specials. I recommend Krogers. Kroger brand products are good savings.
Its krogers, good selection but a little more expensive than Walmart on shelf items, but normally better on produce and meat, but heb normally beats them on meat, so I shop all 3 of them
Bad customer service. Will not shop at Kroger’s
Always great flowers! Super nice employees!
Awesome prices. Avoid the self check out. A rude woman works it half the time, in the evenings
Kroger is a good and reasonably priced store. It is clean and neat
One of those dirty Krogers. The staff is very inattentive too. Multiple occasions I couldnt even get a cart when walking in. No gas station to redeem rewards. The difference in management between this store and the Kroger on 96 just a few miles away is stark. You feel gross just walking around this place.
Friendly like and old country store use to be. Deli dept knows us every time we come in. Always having a sale on sonething. Even when its busy the store seems to just flow.
Love this store because the people who work there are so nice and helpful.
Just the right size. I dont like the really large stores.
This store is clean, organized and well stocked.
Have been to better Kroger stores which are more shopper friendly. Seems like things are scattered throughout the store.
Donald is wonderful.. He always helps us out and is wonderful at self checkout!!!
Great experience. Typically a quick checkout at this location.
Favorite section of store is deli and butcher shop! Always great service and GREAT quality meat!
Service is horrible. Store products are overpriced. Management cuts employees hours so the shelves are not stocked. Contacted Corporate about the store and of course they did not change anything. Meat is not even cut in the store anymore...comes from out of state. Not the Krogers it used to be.
I just called the day after the 4 th of July to find out what time Kroger is open in the morning and was barely given an answer then the person hung up, that is incredibly bad business and very obviously they dont care at all, I would not allow a person to answer a phone in such a way and the management should have a talk with the lady employee. As for my rating, it is bad because they are so much more expensive now for the most part than HEB is and have been for some time, Kroger is trying but the biggest problem is and will for ever be their bags, all of them, if you put corn just one it will go through the bag and even through the bag to take it out to your car; Kroger has the very worst bags and has for 15 years and counting now, Hebs are the next best but Walmart has the best grocery bags, both bags will hold anything well, Krogers are just CRAP! I ask others in their store about them and hear the same all the time, they are crap.
Everyone is very friendly there at Kroger and always very helpful.
Good prices and wonderful people
Nice beer selection. The lines are like Walmart here though.
Clean store good employees little busy though
I went to the pharmacy. They fill the prescriptions in a very short amount of time.. In the grocery area the sales items are really good but everyday prices are higher than Walmart. Hamburger meat is at least$0.75 more then Walmart... Of course the lines are shorter than at Walmart and you can get out quicker. Thats because theres not as many people. All in all I would rather go to Walmart for my groceries. I might go there for their specials especially on Meats because Walmart never runs any specials on their meats. All in all it was a good experience and the store was very clean.
Great Meat market. Nice store
Fast in and out at 1130 pm. Open till 100am.
Best savings around and free.
Great store, has very friendly workers!
It was as expected, reasonable prices, good variety of goods, clean store, and great staff..
Great selection of produce. Seems to be open 24/7
Great selection and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Great service and friendly employees.
Its on the smaller side for a Kroger and doesnt have the same selections in products Im used to. Overall, not a bad place to stop for quick grocery needs.
The fruits and vegetables are never good. There all either not ripe or theyve gone bad. And when I asked the cashier about the produce the bagger said dude your just coming at the wrong time. So Ive been going there for the last 6yrs and I seriously dont think Ill be going back. Thank you bagger guy for your rudeness. After a long day of work that was the lady thing I needed. HEB its right down the street.
I called this store(Kroger) and pressed #5 for the Pharmacy Dept to find out their hours due to Hurricane Harvey, because my sister wasnt able to get her medications before being mandatory evacuated off Deats Road. When whom ever answered the phone, he was extremely rude. He answered, HELLO! I asked, Is this Kroger? He said, YES, BUT WE CLOSE! Then, he just hanged up the phone.I can understand that everyone is tired and frustrated; however, if I cant call the local Krogers Pharmacy where my sister gets refills at least twice a month to ask a sample question without having the telephone slammed down in my ear, I will definitely trasfer all of her prescriptions to another local Pharmacy.I was taught that what goes in will come out, eventually. On that note, I say, Kroger, if this is the kind of an employee you hire to do customer service (unnecessary rudeness), you will lose more loyal customers such as myself.I suggest you offer customer service and phone etiquette inservices to your employees no matter what department he/she works in, because it will benefit you in the long run.
I love this Kroger, easy access to highway, smaller store, easier to get in and out quickly, great products price and excellent Customer Service Always
Has a good selection, employees are nice, and the store is well kept
Awesome prices and very friendly staff!
Sucks balls (jk I love Kroger
Always find what I go there for
Always a good amount of check outs open.
Great savings and service, employees are always willing to help
This store is my home store. The employees are always helpful and police, the store is clean and well-organized and prices are competitive.
A nice clean neighborhood kroger
Ok Im from Austin, TX so maybe I just dont get it. Stopped by here with my mom and she shops here every week, spends tons of money so shes a loyal customer. We went to check out, there were baggers standing around doing nothing. I work at a Sprouts Farmers Market as a Head Cashier so it just surprised me. They wouldnt help my mom unload her groceries so I unloaded them. The cashier was a complete jerk. Didnt greet us, didnt say anything. Then he asked for my moms ID because she was buying a small case of wine, you know the mini bottles, a 4 pack. She is obviously 50+ years old, she gives him her ID, looks at it, and then denies her the alcohol for no reason. I thought he was joking at first, but he was serious. I ask for the manager and a big fat lazy looking mexican guy waddles up with a smirk on his face. He says itz his calll dood and walks off. My store manager would have apologized and given it for free. I was completely blown away at their stupidity and lack of common courtesy. Is everyone around Houston this way? I wanted to break something or punch him in the face, but I calmly walked out. Worst customer service Ive ever seen, anywhere, ever. Its like all the employees were zombies or something, whats wrong with this place?
Friendly service. They have what I am looking for.
