Just went here for the first time this morning. It’s barely 8:30 and no more small sausage and cheese kolaches. We asked for large and then the lady comes back to say there is only one left. Then paid almost $7 for 3 bags of donut holes and ONE kolache. I can go to the donut shop down the street and get 3 bags of donut holes and 3 sausage and cheese kolaches for $8 and it’s great quality food..... the one kolache we got tasted horrible, smelt disgusting, and was burnt. Couldn’t stand to eat it. Wasted our money. Will not be returning to this place again. I’ll stick to the one we always go to down the street.

Very few choices at 9 a.m. on a Sunday. Very disappointed

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years. They have hired a new lady who serves the food and tends the money. She is much more interested in getting the money right than any sort of customer service. Her latest antics: she didnt understand 2 things I said in my order and got my order wrong. She argued with me over what i said and insisted on charging me for her mistakes - food I didnt want. I expect the actual cost of not having me pay for her mistakes would have been a loss of pennies and a gain of a loyal customer. I was stunned at her determination to be right and to charge me. I paid it and considered this the final cost of doing business there. Will find another shop to patronize for me and my family of kolache eaters!

I highly recommend NOT going to Mr. Donuts! I went in one day simply to get a few donuts for my sons breakfast. A simple purchase of $16.00. I mistakinly did not get my receipt. That night I was checking my bank statement like I do every night and noticed my account was changed $164.67!! I am a single mother with two kids. One about to go off to college so every penny is precious to me and my family. I went In to Mr Donut the next day and explained to the owner Seng what had happened. He offered me absolutely no help at all! I tried disputing through my bank and with no luck at all. He was not willing to show me any record on his part that he charged my account that much. I am an office manager at a physical therapy clinic and we batch out every morning and balance our credit card receipts. I was very patient and tried explaining this process to him. He still was showing no interest in helping me get my money back. At this time my bank account is now very low and needing this money owed to me. I went in every day for a week and got absolutely no where!! This happened in January and still have not seen that money and will never. It blows my mind that he got away with this. I felt and still feel completely taken advantage of and helpless.

They are so kind and sweet to my kids. They always go above and beyond and ther fresh donuts are a plus!

Was not impressed with anything I got here. Kolache was good but they use the cheese sausage instead of putting cheese in it and the donuts were just not good at all.

The owner is the best. He makes wonderful donuts and the Kolaches are great too!
