Terrible customer service. Slower than any other cvs Ive been to. Waited an HOUR for 2 prescriptions that I called ahead to confirm that they were ready. Girl just kept yelling 20 minutes! Its not ready! 20 minutes! So, needless to say my dinner was cold after waiting an hour for my scripts. Ill go anywhere else but here again.

Really bad and impolite staff. The cashier has a really rude attitude towards customer. You don’t want to go here to get treated rude like they don’t want your service. Never return again.

Dont waste your time going here! No one to check you out or they are to busy on the phone to help you.

Update::: Run if Hayley is touching anything of yours!!!! If my insurance didnt demand CVS I would never step foot in one again. So sad cause most people there are nice, but Hayley thinks she knows everything about insurance and wants to argue about what my copay is in November!;! Like I hadnt dealt with it this whole year!!!Called the day before about 2 totally incorrect scripts and looked up hours online and webpages. Was told it was ready, got there an hour before close...told pharmacy hour have changed and the couldnt find my scripts. This is the 3rd CVS in this area that cant work with the insurance or the doctors.

Just got covid19 vaccine here. The store organized well. People checked in at front desk and waited in line. After we got vaccination, we needed wait for 15 more mins to leave safe. There were seats. Covid19 vaccine is different from regular flu. The way to take vac shot will be different.

What’s the point of the prescription refill app if they don’t ever use it. One of the ladies in the pharmacy is extremely arrogant every time I go there. The other people are really nice for the most part. Just can’t stand that one lady that talks extremely disrespectful to everyone.

This pharmacy used to be great but I think they recently changed staff or something. Kelly, pharmacy tech, straight out lied to me about my prescription last week. She told me three different stories that were completely false. I called her out on it and then my prescription got deleted. The pharmacist even told me Kelly deleted the prescription. I said, am I hearing this right? She deleted it? Diane, pharmacist, said yes, she deleted it. Now Im worried shes not just tampering with scripts but also with medications. Warning to customers - be very cautious and check everything you get from there.

They never answer the damn phone. The in store service is horrible. They are like a bunch of zombies walking around.

My employer changed preferred pharmacy to all CVS. My first encounter with this specific location was with the pharmacy tech Sara, she is rude,slow and very unprofessional, I brought it up to the manager and apparently nothing was done .She continues to be rude, slow and unprofessional. So Ill pay the difference and go back to Walgreens, better service all around. This place is not worthy of even 1 star.

The Pharmacy is a nightmare. If you want a good CVS pharmacy go to the one inside Target off of 646. No it does not have a drive through but you arent waiting hours for some insurance screw up. Or for them to tell you they are out of a script that you have been taking for over a year. This CVS pharmacy is unprofessional. On the flipside however inside the store people are generally nice. Just do not use their pharmacy unless you like terrible service.

Emma went above and beyond to help me find what i needed. Love this store looks like they always have what i need. will be goi g extra miles to shop there.

They charged me for my prescription because they where to lazy to run my insurance when I asked why she said it doesnt cover it when I call my insurance they said it covers everything prescription I informed her of that and she said she will call me back and never did

Staff is very rude.Several times Ive had problems with my refill. Instead of working to fix it they just argue and argue..As I was leaving the girl said to the other person working....that was rude.
