The plain black coffee I had recently, that apparently was freshly made, belongs in the lobby of hotels that rent rooms by the hour.

I personally enjoy coming here and getting some Hot Chocolate every now and then. This is a great place to get something warm or cold to drink if youre into coffee. The service is great and quick, so you dont need to wait too long.

Great customer service and the drinks are amazing! Ive only ever got my coffee at starbucks and my husband and i both agreed we will be taking all our business to caribou from here on out. Also the girl who works the morning shift is an absoulte doll and at 6 am she makes the drink perfect and not to mention fast! Also the coffee genuinely seems like better quality. My husband had an actual caffeine rush from his coffee and it kept him awake for the whole day!

I went in last week to purchase an iced coffee. The girl behind the counter was rushing through the whole transaction (they werent busy), and didnt ask me for my phone number for the rewards. So, she goes to swipe my card as Im requesting that she put in my number so I get my points, and had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to say something before they swipe my card. Seriously? Its HER job to ask me about my rewards, not the other way around, but I get were all human here and sometimes they forget to ask. What I dont get, is that she couldnt be bothered to take another 30 seconds of her time to work it out so I could get my points. Such lackluster competency.

I like Caribou Coffee. Its a healthy alternative to Starbucks.

This was my first time at this location; I asked the girl behind the counter what breakfast sandwiches she had available and she rattled them off so quickly I asked her to repeat herself. After she finished texting on her phone, she rolled her eyes at me and then quickly repeated what she had. I didn’t stick around to purchase anything.

LOVE THE EARLY AM CREW. I get my coffee here everyday and they learn your name and drink to the point you dont even have to order. Lovely people, clean area.
