They charged me 165.00 to diagnose the problem, and supposed corrected this issue. But when they gave me my car back it had another light on. They told me it would be 165 to diagnose and the light wasn’t on. The engine light is still on even after spending nearly 800.00. Yes I drive a Buick and thought I would be taken care of at the dealership being a single woman. So, the engine light is still on, and additional lights now. They have a buy back program, but they hardly have me anything for my car because of all the lights on the dash... thanks for nothing and I will never buy a car from them, refer anyone, or take my car back for additional service . All they have done is milk me for money...
Best dealership ever, parts and service department’s are awesome. Explained everything in detail and kept me informed of progress as repairs were made. Final price of parts and repairs were several hundred dollars cheaper than the estimates I received from 2 other GM dealers.
Horrible experience. Took 5 weeks to complete simple repair. Couldn’t work it out with insurance company. I had to call multiple times to check up on them. Will never use them again.
Benard was very helpful, getting my truck evaluated and the part (sensor) ordered quickly; then getting it repaired in time for me to make my trip. It was really important to me to get the truck so I could haul equipment for my all womens cancer survivor teams upcoming race, and he made it happen!

We took our 2021 GMC Yukon Denali for an engine knocking, ended up being a valve lifter. Bernard Cardenas (service advisor) advised he had no loaner vehicles at this time and introduced us to Brad Corona (Kia Service Manager). Brad made some things happen, and in about 30 minutes, he had us a loaner. Bernard was looking at possibly 2-4 weeks to have our vehicle, while they wait on parts due to Covid. We got our vehicle back in 2 days. We have always used Gay Family Auto, they are very professional, courteous and do great/fast work. We recommend Gay Family Auto to everyone we know. We are a forever customer.

Lots of GM dealerships are like their genuine parts--stamped! The experience is cold; you feel as if you didnt get your moneys worth...this place is different. They are Polite, Prompt and Courteous. Service is the last leg of the sale. They finish well.
The service manager, John B., was very courteous and professional. He listened to what I was trying to explain and assured me that it problems would be resolved professionally. And it was. I will all ways seek him out when I go there for service.
Im giving it four stars because I wasnt quite sure where I needed to go. I just looked for a sign that said something about servicing or maintenance and when I got to the office I wasnt sure if I just walk in or if I wait due to covid so I ended up just walking in and standing there. There was only one guy working at the desk who was a little busy with other customers so I had to stand there for a little while. I would say if theres anything they need to work on it would be to make it more clear of where you need to go and also get that man some help because he was the only one there and on a Saturday thats not cool. We all know everybody does maintenance on the weekends its easier for us to get there and whenever were done with work. It took about 2 hours for them to do an oil change. Im not crazy that it took that long but it is what it is. I understand youre busy you only have so many employees I get that. I work in a business where we have to do maintenance as well and sometimes things just take a little bit longer than you would think.

I took my car in because my lite came on that say check power steering. They call back and say its the battery after paying 463 dollars and having no other problems with my car I get my car back and all my lights that have to do with my breaks are on😡
I was worried about the idea of having a leaking back window repaired on a new truck. Anything could go wrong. The quality of the work is awesome! I really can’t tell anything was done. It came a huge storm the night the work was done and no leaks! I was given a brand new loaner for the day. Thank you for taking care of me and my truck.

Took in my GMC Acadia because A/C went out thinking my extended warranty was still active, After drop off John called me to inform me that the warranty was no longer active and followed to tell me my ac blower and other parts went out Giving me an estimate of $1600 for repairs, after I told him not long ago my vehicle was there for same reasons and had been repaired, he said he was going to see what all was replaced he called me to tell me that it was working but the hose coming from the compressor had a hole I Asked for an estimate to repair he called me back with an estimate of $1,200 for parts and labor I declined the services and immediately picked up my vehicle, after reviewing notes on receipt (because I still had to pay a diagnostic fee) the $1200 was for transmission, break & radiator Fluid flush and never actually gave me an estimate for what I took it In.

John was very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle ride was stellar. I only gave 4 stars because I loathe diagnostic fees but that has nothing to do with the great service I received.

This is the second time ive gone to the Gay Family Auto buisness in the past 2 months. First was an oil change which was no problem at all, second was because i had a semi put a crinkle in my door. My driver door looked like an accordian, hinges were bent, door trim by the window was chewed up and there was a 2 inch gap at the top of my door letting water and air get through it when driving.Well... it looks like it never happened! Looks as good as the day i drove it off the lot! These guys do great work, and while dealerships can be pricey sometimes its worth the price to make sure the job gets done right! Will deffinetly be coming back if anything else happens!

I dropped off my car they drove me to work and delivered my car when it was completed. Just didnt understand how I bought a truck with low miles leave off the lot and the check engine light comes on and take it in to get serviced and drive off and it turns back on the same day. Took it in again they replaced the sensor. Still within my week of owning it the change oil light comes on. Now have to go back and get that done. Seems to me that that all should have been checked before it got on the sales lot as we do at our job before we put ours units out. Is there a 100 point inspection done?

I dealt with John Broughton in the service department. I enjoy working with Gay Pontiac GMC for our automotive needs because their service department is very attentive to their customers. My husband takes his GMC truck there and was so impressed that I began taking my Traverse there for warranty work. They always provide a loaner car for me when I’m having my car serviced although I own a Chevrolet product (which the local Chevy dealer does not do since I did not buy my car locally). This speaks volumes to the customer. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with over there, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a GM product serviced.

Customer reported Service Stability Track warning light came on and off two times in one week. Service replaced Steering Wheel Position Sensor. Service found outstanding TAKATA Airbag Inflator recall. Service replaced Front Passenger Airbag Inflator. Service found Two Wheel Alignment needed. Service completed Two Wheel Alignment. Service found broken manifold bolt and head gasket leak. Service extracted broken manifold bolt without removing the cylinder head. Service installed new manifold bolts, exhaust gaskets and fluids. Customer found Driver Bottom Seat Cover is cracking and needs replacement. Customer insisted that Driver Bottom Seat padding will be replaced when Driver Bottom Seat Cover is replaced. Driver Bottom Seat Padding is worn from eight years of normal wear and tear. This item is scheduled to be resolved on future visit. All service work completed in expeditious and professional manner with good communication from service on repair status and additional repairs identified by service. Service provided Gay Buick-GMC Loaner Vehicle during repair cycle.
