I walked in at 10 min to closing. Jackie finished up with her customer and met me at the boots asking if she could help me. She listened to what I wanted, and after only trying on 3 pair and spending 15 min, walked out with a new pair of boots at a great price. Thats the way I like to shop.

I found majority of what I needed at great prices. Awesome selection too. Ill definitely go back to shop around when I have more time.

Fantastic local boot store with many products and accessories. All I needed today was some conditioner but was greeted with enthusiasm. Everyone was super nice and helpful.Of course I had to look at their boots and they have a very good selection.Highly recommended.

Considering everything that happened here the Experience turned out pretty good. We went initially looking for boots and only had been there about 20 minutes when the power went out. Since it went out in the whole area they werent sure how long it would take to get back on. We decided to leave and come back. When we got back we were met Again by several the people that had introduced themselves prior. And the gentleman that helped us in the boot area was given a heads up that we were back so that he came to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient as I was very particular and what I was looking for. Ended up they had two boots that I liked. The sales people were extremely friendly and really enjoyed our experience there.

I came into Boot Barn looking for a boot Jack. If you dont know, a boot Jack is a seemingly magical tool that removes boots from your feet with ease. I love tools that serve their purpose well.I like the smell walking up to Boot Barn. Before I even opened the door to walk in, I could smell leather from a few feet outside.I also appreciate the selection of boots this place has. Alot more styles and colors then the options Ive seen at other boots stores in the area.The staff was polite, and asked if we needed help. Was enjoyable to just walk around inside this store and just see the vast selection they have.Other then Western mens and womens boots; they also sell work boots, flame retardant clothing, and anything one could need involving Western and or work wear.

This Boot Barn was very clean, well stocked and organized. The staff was friendly and kept busy keeping the store looking sharp. I bought some nice work pants and shoes that fit well and were perfect for the kind of work I do. The process were not too bad. Theyre right off I45 and easy to find with tons of parking. Give em a try.

Staff was really friendly and they have a huge selection of boots and western wear. I got my steel toe boots from here. They have many womens steel toe boots to choose from, about half an aisle.

Prices are too high and the workers follow you like vultures.

Not a very big selection. Most boots had the rounded flat end toe style. Not what Im looking for. Prices were too high. Would not go back.

Terrible in-store selection. Many employees, all doing nothing. No one greets customers upon entry, asks if you need help (no matter the department), no smiles or communication at the register. Employees run from your direction if you go looking for help. If you happen to corner one of them and ask your question you will be amazed at how little they know. The online side is equally as poor. I placed an order. They shipped the order before charging me. Then sent a follow up email accusing me of fraudulent behavior. I called to try to figure out what was happening, then the phone rep denied any issues on their end and proceeded to place all blame on me again. Wrap your mind around that! Long story short, stay clear of this company. The headaches and hassles they cause in-store and online are not worth it, especially since everything thing they offer can be found at retailers for equal cost or less.

It has very good customer service and the people are really nice.

Store is great but Dijon or Dion, whatever her name will make you jump through hoops to price match, including when you search the style, and get an exact match ON THEIR website. Having spent well over $1000 on boots, and they keep records, you would have thought she would have been at least semi helpful. But nope she just kept repeating the add had to list the style number. Found it myself on their online add and she grudgingly agreed to the price match.

Excellent customer service! The small things make a big difference. Remembered who I was from when I called, told me right where to go to find what I needed, then came back to help me find the items and promptly opened the dressing room. They had a great selection of clothes for work. I felt impelled to leave feedback, we need more customer service like this across the country!

This is my first choice to go for any good quality boots or cowboy hats. They have a very good variety of clothes and hats . They also carry FR Clothing . The boot selection its very impressive . Very helpful staff, and also give veteran discount. Thank you Boot Barn!

I go out of my way to shop at this location. The staff is awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you find a deal if they can.

The employees are helpful at this location and they have a wide selection of good FR clothing and work boots.The wait to check out can take a considerably long time. They have issues with their computers when you tell them your phone number for your rewards points. We waited for 20 minutes in line and when we finally were able to check out, we didnt give them our phone number for points to avoid waiting any longer.The prices are not competitive. If you know your size in a certain brand of clothing/boots and you have time to wait, its probably best to order your items online from the direct company because their prices are normally cheaper than Boot Barns. Most of the boots I have looked at are at least $20 cheaper online and have free standard shipping.

Outstanding staff! They are eager to lend a hand in deciding what styles to choose, guide you directly to the products you inquire about and walk you through your entire shopping trip if requested. I had an excellent experience when I visited recently. And will definitely be going again soon. Very rewarding rewards program too.

My husband and i went because he needed jeans for work. wasnt even 2 minutes inside the store & an old lady comes up to us and says do you need any help i say no thanks and she says were closed already. lady it was 5:30 wasnt even 6 yet. never coming back. if i could give zero stars i would!! so annoyed.

Nice selection was the only positive. Customer service was rude and also non existent. When we walked in three workers were talking trash about customers looking for jeans but how the lady was too tall for the jeans she wanted and couldn’t find anything. Rude that they were laughing. The workers didn’t even turn around or stop leaning on the front counter to greet us either.

Very poor customer service from the ladies at the store. I had an online order I was expecting and was told I would get a call from the store when it arrived and I DID NOT get the call. Called customer service 800 number to find out if it was delivered to the store on Monday @ 9:30am... Today is Friday. I had to call them to confirm that I could pick it up. Never got an apology or ANYTHING.I will not EVER shop at that store again.

First time to go into bootbarn on 45 & 517 since they reopened. The cashier was very nice and called someone to help in the section I needed help in. As I waited (over 5 minutes), I watched 2 different employees fold clothes instead of coming to help. I finally decided to leave and told the cashier the situation as I left. Bootbarn will not get my business anymore.

Shannon was a great help in finding a hat for my oversized head.

Lots to choose from. Prices are about the same as anywhere else. Service was good. I called in advance and they had the exact boot I wanted waiting for me at the register when I got there. Cavenders tried to sell me the exact same pair of boots but stained and worn looking already. So I went to Boot Barn instead. Glad I did. I will be purchasing more boots from them.
