I came yesterday morning and there was too many people in line waiting to be helped at register. We (customers) we’re complaining and there was only two cashiers working the manager was being paged and someone said she was outside smoking??? Come on Management you need to be present and support your employees and more so make it efficient for your customers to get in and out. That manager gets a thumbs down!! Kudos to the two cashiers that were working hard and eager to customers out the door!

Very nice experience. Im their loyal customer and due to pandemic, I like to shop there in the early morning and love their fresh produce, especially apples, not very big in size and avocado. Prices are relatively cheap in comparing with Albertsons. Services are very good and friendly.

Ive had some bad experiences at this store so I avoid going there. Today I stopped and got some flowers and got out of there in a reasonable time. Previously the cashier started a conversation with the customer in front of me and another line opened- and took the people behind me. Then the lady in front of me pulled out a hand full of coupons and I waited for them to stop talking (you cant talk and work at the same time) until finally I gave up and left my 5 items on a display and left. The customers behind me that had been taken by the other cashier had all checked out while I was still in my line. This happened a few times at this store and that was the last straw. I gave 3 stars this time because I only had to wait a couple of minutes for a cashier.

Its convenient to my house. Great bakery and produce department. Nice people work there.

I stopped by for the first time at this store and loved it! I was shopping for some snacks and was attended by a really nice and friendly cashier(Frances). Very clean and well organized store will definitely be shopping there often.

This Costco Target shopper was pleasantly surprised at the pretty good produce selection. RAOS spaghetti sauce too

Great store great items except tomatoes were lacking in a size and no regular tomatoes except for the big beefy ones. Nothing in between.

I like the new check out system, its very easy to speed through the line. Plus, everything is so well organized and easy to find. The produce is fresh and the rotisserie chickens is so good. I like this location because its not very crowded and the check out is fast.

Nice selection of items that are not available at other markets. The demerits are due to some of the staff that sour the experience. One cashier is noticeably hostile and passive-aggressive. I have my private theory as to why which I will not share here. But if true is quite disappointing in this day and age.

I have been 20 deep in the checkout line and never waited more than 3 minutes

There was a foul smell, like a dirty mop, in the air on the bakery/produce side (and I was wearing double masks). It made me want to walk out.

I was very impressed in how the store has organized for COVID. They have a queing system that when the next register is open you go to it. No one on your back pushing you slog and rush. It was a very relaxing and awesome experience. Great idea!!!

I always find what I need. Shelves are always well stocked. Quite a few items have larger size than the regular markets, but generally also have regular size items. Most clerks are very patient and with very friendly attitudes. Love shopping here. Just wish it was closer to the community where I need it the most.

The store’s selection of items is good, however the majority of their employees could benefit from customer service training. They are often too busy conversing with each other to acknowledge their customers. Several of the cashiers are not very friendly. The service is MUCH better across the street at Sprouts. But I do appreciate being able to buy a rotisserie chicken at a good price and so close to home.

The produce and meats are great! Friendly staff. Its well stocked and easy to find what Im looking for. Because its a bulk store, I feel like Im getting a good deal on larger quantities of things. But they also have normal sized selections of groceries when I just need the normal stuff for the family. The rotisserie chicken is the best!! Sells out fast!

Just want to make a recommendation for the store to provide hand sanitizer or some kind of disinfectant for the cashier. While waiting in line, I noticed that none of the cashiers tonight were sanitizing their hand between customers or cleaning the conveyer belt, this is an easy way to spread the virus around. It’d be the same as if a nurse who had just taken care of a COVID patient now come to you without washing her hand or changing her glove, and now going through/touching your belongings. There may be people who carries COVID Virus but are asymptomatic and is unaware. Now the cashier have just helped the virus to spread to all the customers that came after. Sorry to be annoying and pointing this out. I work in the hospital and have seen too many sad stories of people getting COVID despite staying at home, it was from groceries being delivered to them. I’m sure if you visit the hospital you’d hope your provider and caregiver are washing their hand and changing gloves before they see you. A little inconvenience may help save a life. :) Besides that, the transaction was fast and people were social distancing/wearing mask. Thank you for all you do!

Got there a few minutes after 6am, but store not open, waited but employees seemed to not care that people were waiting.

So fully stocked especially for the pandemic. Really grateful

Pleasant place for shopping. Staff are pleasant, gotta watch the way they charge some of your food items though they sometimes will charge you a regular price on items that are on sale. Also the HOT roasted chicken has no aluminum bags/containers to carry it in so you end up burning the heck out of your hands. I asked for something but they just said well you can buy a bag, other than that its a decent place to shop but Ive never been to a Smart & Final that I actually loved.

Excellent as always. Ive never been disappointed. I know it is a neighborhood market as opposed to the larger locations and I sety expectations accordingly. But surprisingly, 99 percent of the time the things I need are stocked in this location, negating the need to go elsewhere.

Great prices, and excellent service. Baking for family dinner later and needed a few things (isnt that how it always works?) found everything I needed including foil pans for the cinnamon buns.

It is always nice to shop at Smart n Final. I did really go for one of the sale items. The only problem was they only had a few of them left. They didnt know when or if they would get more. That is why the 3 star rating

Very clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Why the 2 stars? To use the restroom, you have to go to the front, ask a busy salesperson for the code, they wont give, over the PA system for another worker to go back and let you in, this is Diamond Bar, not ........ Sorry. I am old and cranky, and sometimes need to pee. BTW, I spend lots of $$ buying supplies for my business. I will go back online to Amazon.

Dave, you got to get it together! I understand everyone needs some time off, I get it. The front door says ENTRANCE and the sign to the right says OPEN at 6am. Its after 7 now and everyone ignores me as I knock on the door! So Im patient and I keep on knocking and employees inside just keep on ignoring me, so I keep on knocking! Finally, a teenager with a real teenage attitude opens up the door and says you gotta stop pounding on my door 😯😲 I said the sign says entrance and the sign says open at 6AM and its now after 7. I guess they have a problem with theft here, but when a teenager says you gotta stop pounding on my door...... Cmon Dave!! I do have to admit he was nice enough to finally come over and open the door so I could finally come in and shop!

Mislabeled pricing for produce and wouldn’t honor their posted price when I went back out of line to take a picture of their sign. Their price was about 10% more expensive than the Sprouts grocery store across the street
