I havent had this yogurt (Dannon coffee flavored yogurt) since I was a kid. I have searched everywhere. Finally found it at Albertsons and made a special trip for it. Then I get there and it is ON SALE. Thank you, Albertsons, for helping me re-live a little piece of my childhood.

Albertsons Diamond Bar, in my opinion, is the best Albertsons to shop in the surrounding area (within 10 miles). The produce is always fresh and in abundance. The produce employees are personable and helpful. The butcher, seafood counter is fresh and the staff are very accommodating. The cashiers are friendly, the baggers are friendly. Overall, this store provides a good shopping experience.

Typical grocery store, very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and made checkout very pleasant and fast.I usually only go to this location for their variety of non dairy ice cream. 😋Regardless, my experience has always been pleasant!

My favorite store. I know Albertsons is a little more pricey but you cannot put a price on quality. The freshest fruits/vegetables/bakery/meats. The list goes on, sign up for the rewards to help you save some money and get deals on items you purchase often.

The meat dept stunk real bad. It carried over to the produce section.

Tracy at the deli counter was amazing and professional when taking my order for a meat and cheese deli tray. We need more courteous and respectful customer service like what she provided me with. I will return only because she made my experience fantastic!🙌

I go late night,no line in and out friendly cashiers

I dont ever understand RUDE! Especially in a service industry...food. But, the sushi-lady nailed me just inside the door.Usually I let it go but it was so over-the-top-uppity-rude I asked for The Manager. Norma offered empty placation. I left with my few necissities...probably never to return...with the new wonderful Sprouts just down the street ???Rude really NEVER WORKS...customer service...with a pleasant smile does.

I havent shopped with Albertson in years and now I remember why. They cant be bother to tell you till your paying that your phone number doesnt work for deals. To get any of their deals you have to download an app and search it up. You have to shop on their app before going shopping. Its so inconvenient for the customer. I dont have time to do that when shopping after work.. The cashier didnt bother to tell us until half way through the purchase. This is the last time Im shopping here.

The staff is nice enough but the managment are a bunch of rocks. There is never an express lane open. I usually just end up going to the Walmart because they at least have self-checkout. A really poorly run store; the least convenient of all supermarkets in DB despite its great location.

We visited at around 2:30pm on a Sunday and it was really busy during the pandemic. People went in and out. Masks required. It has a nice internal layout. The mall it is located in has many other shops worth visiting, such as a wonderful corner cafe with a fake British phone booth and a Korean fusion restaurant at the other end.

Diamond Bar store is well-kept. Had a good selection.

I enjoy working here along with shopping here. Not only is my shopping experience awesome everytime, I enjoy serving all my customers too.

They have some really good deals each week. The employees at this store are really pleasant.

They only had one register open while there were 10 customers waiting to pay. One cashier couldn’t wait to go home and didn’t want to help customers who were ready to check out. I was there on Sunday night around 6 pm and won’t return to shop anymore.

Wanted just a few things. I almost always shop here. Shelves were pretty barren. An offer for breaded shrimp, get two for the price of oneThey only had one. My wife likes A & W diet creme soda. They have been out for over a weekStill out. Wanted beef bologna for the last few weeks. Still did not have any. I gave up and went to Smart and Final. It appears Albertsons gave up on this store and they are not stocking it.

Clean store lots of staff to help out

Great customer service! I accidentally left my phone behind on the counter at the check out lane. As soon as I got home called them and they were holding it for me! They were very polite and courteous.

The cashier was nice and everyone was helpful.

I like this store, its nice and clean and the employees are pretty chill. They have a good selection of produce, although its pretty pricey in comparison to Super King. But its not bad for a place to run to for a few quick items.They carried the specific cocoa powder I was looking for for my cupcakes, which was pretty cool. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because when I went to go get the egg roll wrappers here, all of them were expired many many months ago. There was a good 15 packages and all of them had expired over 6 months ago. That sucked.

Only grocery on my side of Cortland is very convenient. People are nice, friendly, and very helpful.

I like it. For the quick grocery trip it works. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was busy, especially for early afternoon. But there were several lanes open and the wait wasnt long. The baskets dont squeak and roll smoothly, which I cant say about other nearby stores. Helps to feel like the store is maintained. Floral selection is ok. And Id mark down half a star if I could. Outside of that, Ill be back, even if its a little farther than others.

This Albertsons is thankfully just walking distance from my place. Being as such, this Albertsons has saved me time and again whenever I’m in need of an ingredient and in need of a quick run to the market. The service here has always been good too. I do wish the market held more organic foods and other ingredients, but other than this, I like this store.

I received flowers (Roses) for Mothers Day last week Sunday and they are so beautiful, I would recommend buying flowers 💐 here. The roses🌹are so beautifully bloomed and are going strong.

I had a very bad experience yesterday at this store. Not sure why an employee is yelling at me from across the whole store. couldn’t even hear her. It was so embarrassing everyone looking at me as if I did something wrong. I had wanted to buy cigarettes while checking out and the employee ringing me up told me to go to the counter where cigarettes where to purchase. This is the second time this same employee has given me a terrible time. Some people shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. Definitely singled out by this very rude person who works there for some reason. I know we are social distancing but yelling like a hundred feet away at a customer is not appropriate at all . I’m thinking of calling corporate .

This Albertsons has the best cakes ! Great variety and price. You wont think the cake is from a grocery store.Very clean and very nice employees.They also have a wings bar with hot and fresh wings. Lots of flavors. Sold by weight.They also have fresh made (while you watch ) sushi.

The cashiers are very kind, David the guy that helped bag my groceries was very kind as well. He even said to tell my husband Happy Birthday That was super sweet! 😍🤗❤ I highly recommend this grocery store.

Shop here once a week. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Ive asked about certain items specific to a recipe and they were able to tell me if they carried it or not. Saul is a manager there and he is great! I forget a coupon at home and he honored it! He walks the store looking to see if anyone needs help finding anything. The organic section is where I shop and the displays are always kept nice and clean.

Great staff. Always double-check the Just4U on your receipt. Even when I photo the upc on my phone, and enter it on my list, and enter my phone number at checkout, the system frequently charges me a higher price. Which takes extra time at the Service Desk to refund. Boo.

Most everything is here. They also have cooked chicken market including wings and other prepared food. Price is definitely great. Parking is ample and the committed is almost complete with coffee shop to chocolate store.

Albertsons is always a wonderful place to shop and now that they have their own O organic brand, I can get most of the things I need in one store which is not always an easy thing to achieve these days. And their staff and Diamond Bar is outstanding they really go the extra mile to help their customers 😀

The staff in this store never makes me feel comfortable, now I decided that this is one location I will never visit again.

This is just a typical grocery store. Nothing stands out. The aisles are organized and clean though. I had no problem finding what I ned, and it was not crowded so there was nit much of a wait.

Good market where you can find prepared foods or any market items for meals. Weekly specials are a great value. Fruits and veggies tend to be priced on the high side.

Lately have my favoritechard at best price

Absolutely the worst Albertsons Ive ever shopped at. Its tucked away in a very busy area off of a very very busy street. Its small so their selection is not great. And the coup de grâce, their chicken is very poorly packaged so when you pick one up you get funky chicken yuck all over your hands, so youre left trying to wipe your hands on the overhead paper towels, and then hope you have hand sanitizer in your car. Terrible and completely inexcusable.

Selling expired food. I bought onion fries for Christmas dinner, when I opened it, the smell was so horrible. I found the expire date was early 2016, they sold it 2 years later! They ruin my party and dinner. Tonight, I went to store after driving 15 minutes. I was waiting 20 minutes for customer service and nobody care about me, standing there. Then a cashier told me (very rude) you can get another one or if you want your money back go at the end of line (8 people standing with full carts). I left the expired food there and left the store. This people never learn and worse place to shop. Just see the meat sections, you can see many decayed meat. I am wondering why public health doesnt know about this place. I will notify them, I dont want this grocery store make my family and neighbours sick.

Usually very friendly staff. I have only really had a bad experience with one.They keep the place amazingly clean and well stocked. I dont think I have ever seen a bare shelf.I love the fact they have someone come in everyday and make the sushi. Sushi that wouldnt normally see in a store, definitely restaurant quality.

Nice to have a real market still in area other than Walmart. Has good selection of food. Sushi booth is always great and made fresh.

This one deserves more than 5 stars in my books.I went here shopping for flowers and cake a day before my wifes birthday. Although they do not do delivery, the lady store manager offered to deliver the cake and the flowers to my wife the next day herself. Whats more, they did not even charge me for the delivery. Needless to say, my wife was delighted to receive her surprise birthday present. I can never thank the store manager enough. It was absolutely wonderful !
