Initially, we were set on getting a Buick Enclave. However, during our scheduled visit, we found the perfect vehicle which is a 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali. This was my first out of state vehicle transaction and the easiest. I received excellent customer service from the manager, Dave and Andria in finance. Dave provided a video of the entire vehicle and what to expect prior to my flight. I put my deposit down and we came from Texas two days later to drive my Jeep home. I wish I had a good memory for names because the service at Lake Chev in Devils Lake, North Dakota was great. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, and I found my windows cleaned with all that bug stuff off and the inside was vacuumed! NICE. Then I was escorted to my vehicle! How very lovely to not have to wander around looking for my vehicle! Thank you!

While fixing a tire, the technician spotted an oil leak dripping from an oil cooler line. Great catch. Great service, they picked up my vehicle from work, fixed it and returned it to me.

Dave was great, he let me checkout the cars at my own pace. When I was ready to talk he help break down the differences and made the deal. Dave walked us threw Onstar and when Onstar had a problem he made sure it got fixed.

Dusty was very helpful and he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He made the process of buying a car easy. Thank you for all your help to get in a newer nicer car.
