The black girl working at the counter was very rude. I ordered a Starbucks drink and she claimed they couldnt remake it yet they make Starbucks drinks!! If shes there, I wont patronize this estaishment. So its clear, this is not a racist post because I too am a black woman!! I dont want the other young lady working there to be at fault or blamed because she did try to help!

Okay. They are in the hospital. There are employees and patients. Some patients have members with them due to confusion or illness. Typically open at 6am,however, on a Saturday when they have a captive audience they are closed until 7:30am. Seriously.

Place has TERRIBLE customer service. Went in to get my pregnant friend a smoothie at 6:40pm and the attitude at the counter told me she couldn’t make one because she was about to close. So i went down to the cafeteria hoping that I could get one. Nope, BUT they told me to go back up there and they would call and tell her to make one. Come back up and now the machine is “dirty” and we have to wait for it to soak. 30 mins later the manager showed up then tells us the machine is broken after we sat and waited the whole time for the machine to get cleaned. I told the manager that we’ve been waiting the whole time for the machine to get cleaned and she gave me an attitude and said well it’s broke so I don’t know what to tell you.

It sucks
