Great service! Dillon is an awesome sales associate! We came in 20 min before closing and he never made us feel like he was ready to go. Very energetic and knowledgeable abt what under Armour offered. Very Courteous! The store was very organized and has a lot of nice things!💪🏽 definitely going back! Reasonably priced as well!

Great service. Good selection.Im not completely sold on the quality of Under Armour. I didnt have a chance to try things on, with the fitting rooms closed. So I had to take several items back. Would like to come here with a lot of money to spend. There are still some good clearance deals.

Helpful staff, manager was beyond amazing. Found almost everything we were looking for. They advertise the first responder discount in store, so if youre a first responder, or medical professional, bring your agency ID. Honestly, with their sales and discount offered its cheaper than the UA outlets.

Nice looking store, two levels, rather pricey. Even the clearance items @ 50% off were expensive.

I purchased 4 items that were on 30% sale. Only 2 of the items were counted with the 30% off. 3rd item was sold on regular price and the 4rt item was priced 25% higher than the price on the label. I asked the clerk if he applied the 30% off and he said yes. It seemed the bill was too high but Im after knee surgery and was too exhausted to investigate. 1st time buyer :(

Great UA store with a large selection. I ended up buying a pair of HOVR shoes at a great discount while visiting the city. The gentleman that assisted me with trying on the shoes was a professional. I was really happy to find an outlet style store instead of the fancy showcase stores.

1st. I was greeted upon entry in a very pleasant manner. Proceeded to have the floor employee engage in a detailed conversation based on my personal needs in the areas I was looking into. Was informed of the new products including Dwayne Johnsons lineup of clothing and shoes. Was very engaging with details about the products and prices associated with them. Also comparative with competitors products and prices. Was thoroughly pleased with my experience and the overall aesthetic of the store.

On 01/18/2019 at 17:07 (5:07) I approached the doors of Under Armor Brand House only to be surprised they were closed. The sign read, they were closing at 5:00 because of weather conditions. The temperature outside was 37 degrees Fahrenheit with the snow melting that fell earlier in the day. The roads were all cleared too. All the other department stores and businesses on Woodward Avenue were open for business. Little Caesars Arena had an event with droves of people flooding into Downtown. The decision to close the store early was done in poor judgment. Under Armor you lost my business!

Was greeted upon entering. The store was very comfortable very spacious easy to walk through, customer service was excellent. A lot of nice things throughout the store fun friendly helpful staff in the downtown Detroit area was able to assist in finding but I need it.

Definitely worth the drive. We loved it. Felt so safe down there. We will def be back. Great costumer service and had just what we were looking for.

New Years Day hours posted 10am - 6pm. I drive a half hour to come grab under armour gear on New Years Day and arrive to the store at 4:43 pm and the doors are locked hmmm...call the store and they say due to decreased traffic we closed early. Well thats just fantastic smh.I dont understand a business perspective of posting hours of operation if you dont go by them. Ive been buying Under Armour gear for years and Ill never stop but, for the CEO of Under Armour....Mr. Plank, when you wonder why your Downtown Detroit location has decreased sales, it MIGHT just be because you have a staff that doesnt know how to run a business.Happy New Year

The staff is 5 stars...I came in looking for a bag, and they had multiple workers check the floor and back room for different options and variations. I purchased a bag here and its held up great, no issues and durable. Checkout staff I want to add was also professional and polite.The okay review is mainly for pricing. You can definitely go to local sporting goods stores, department stores or outlets and find similar if not the same UA apparel/gear for cheaper. The store layout is also quite confined and I wish they had more space especially when you first walk in.Im happy thou the city has an UA store and if you wanna try on and/or look at new products/gear etc. its worth a stop in.

Cool two story store carrying a wide range of UA stuff. Mens and womens clothing and shoes and accessories. Staff is super helpful and the store has great natural light and a cool vibe. On Woodward right across from the Hudson site it is in a primo spot. Park at the Z parking garage and you are all set.

Bad customer service. Went on Monday to return something. Their internet was down. Ok no problem. Came back Tuesday. When a customer walks in with an Under Armour bag, chances are they are doing a return. I was greeted by 3 females. Walked to the empty register. Waited at least 2 minutes for the girls to realize they had a customer at the counter. They come over and say they have to make a phone call to assist me and disappear in the back. Then come back to say their internet is down they cant do anything. Two days of this? Really? Why is this not posted on your door to alert your customers coming in? Why are the three girls chit chatting up front not letting customers know when they walk in that the registers are down so they cant do anything? Why are you open if you cant do anything or sell anything? When I ask when they plan on getting this fixed I am told I can drive to Great Lakes Crossing, an hour and a half away. I work 2 blocks from this store. Thanks but no. They also offered 15% off if I want to purchase something. How?! Your registers are down!!

Had one of the worst experiences at a retail store ever. Upon walking in to return/exchange items purchased, the manager immediately was irritated. He continued to show disgust during the transaction. In his frustration fit, he knocked over my coffee which I had to clean up myself since he never offered to help.As a consumer, I have the right to purchase and exchange items within company policy to any retail location. I was offended by the way I was treated. I will not return and do business at this location.

Nice store ..they kinda pushy. For the most part I guess its there job ..it was a lil bit annoying I have never been there I wanted to look around a bit. Because I had got great feedback about the store and I wear alot of the t shirts ..I had always gone to Tanger outlets. So I wanted to check this store out its way closer... the difference is in the outlet the tell you let me know if you need any assistance. Staff wasnt very attentive, lacked greatly in selling and up selling/add ons. It was really weird. I almost thought they didnt really work there ot was some sort of robbery or prank. I asked about a certain workout shirt and one of the guys said....You can look over there and pointed to an area far away with clothing other than I asked about.

Visited a few weeks ago and was really looking for a Detroit lions shirt to take home for my son and all the stock out was Tigers baseball. Polite staff member approached and asked if we needed anything, I explained and he went in back and brought me 3 shirts to choose from. Was so excited to find what I was looking for - a football shirt during baseball season!! 4 stars only because I felt the store was small and not alot of selection. I guess Im spoiled living near the largest UA outlet in the country.

We visited the store this weekend. Really liked the store and it smelled fresh! We could not believe that on September 10th all they had was HeatGear - NO ColdGear. Really surprised! You would of also thought that the HeatGear would of all been on sale - but no deals.
