My experience was a great experience I found everything, I wanted and the service was great too🤗

Buyer beware. They like to play games on returns.Didnt have what I wanted, bought an alternative. Found what I originally wanted on Amazon for half the price.Would not refund me because it was Eleven days after purchase instead of seven.I tried to support a local business and was burned for it.Easily spent hundreds at this place over the years. They will never get another dime me.

The people at national dry goods are amazing. I was in aw of their knowledge and service. Its so nice to have great people of great character help you with your shopping. I will always go there for my needs. Thanks Julie, Corturea and Xavier.

There was a long line outside at 12 pm. They only let 6 people in at a time. The selection was good. I found what I needed when I searched several stores before.

Love this place but around school time they need more cashiers.

They have alot of work outfits from pants, shirts,hat belts to coats. A little pricey but its there in one spot.

I was kinda disappointed. May as well just call it a Dickies outlet. They have Carhart also (slightly overpriced) but 2/3 of the store is Dickies. So, if you need Dickies work clothes, Uniforms, or outdoor wear. This place has it all..

Looking for uniforms clothes for kids, look no more. This store has it all from underwear to shoes.

1st visit! Nice selection of uniform attire. They sell Dickies pants that are expensive. I spent $74.00 for two pants for my daughter who work at Comerica Park.

They opened at 12pm the line was 30 something people and not moving for at least 30 min smh never again

I used to buy my cheer team’s sweatsuits, T-shirts and camp gear from here. They are durable, warm, and looks really good on a team. I had them personalized and the girls were able to wear them for as many years as they were on the squad.Great place to buy kids school uniforms also!

I cant tell you his name but I one of the owners are rude and mean and never has a good attitude. Hes an older man with curly hair. I would rather wait then let him wait on me.

Went in for my sons school clothes have everything u need but if you going for school shorts call & see if they have the size u need

National Dry Goods is a place that I always used to go to but have forgotten about. The place has been around forever. And not only sells work pants both black and blue for men and women but school uniforms, and winter gear! I forgot that they sold the Carharrt clothing line. Our sales person was very helpful. The people including our cashier was kind and personable. Ive got to remember to put National Dry Goods back on the map. Great service!🙂

I went with my family in scooters we own. We asked if we could keep them inside by the entrance and was visibly body blocked by the gatekeeper. My husband had to stay out with the scooters and I went in with my kid to look for the uniforms needed for the school. The attendant was respectful and courteous. I wanted pull-ups but they had the regular ones. I wanted to ask my husbands opinion so I went up to the gatekeeper and asked if I could show it to my husband. This is after all Detroit. You cant leave your property unattended. So I had the choice of leaving the scooter out unattended so my husband can take a look. The reply was He should come in to see.....Dont try too hard. And bursted out laughing with the other customers there.I am ok with them respectfully declining it in a way that does not automatically assume people are coming there to steal from them. After all I asked his permission whether I could show it.I went back in, handed the pants to the attendant, told her that I would not be purchasing anything from that place because of the other rude staff and walked away.You definetly get the feeling that you are not welcome there. They will look down on you if you are not Black or White!

Their food is wonderful and you must stop in and see the waitress called Nancy shes a great waitress

I bought two uniform shirts from this place. When I finally opened them.they smelled of mildew. Should have taken them back then; my mistake,but I washed them & they shrunk. So I called National Dry Goods & told them what happened and they said it was nothing they could do.I will never shop there again. First and last time...they dont stand behind there merchandise.

My daughter was an hired by the owner, an elderly Jewish woman. She is racist and the black workers cant touch the register and the black girls arent allowed to talk to the young black men. She harassed my 21 year old and then fired her for coming to her to find out if she was anything wrong to be treated the way she was. I will never refer anyone to this establishment. I am upset because my daughter is a very respectful, hard working and honest college student. She was discriminated against for being strong enough to ask what could she do better in order to be treated fairly and have casual and workers banter with her fellow and workers. Smh. #racist

I love National Dry Goods. If youre looking for uniforms for yourself and growing children please stop by. I bought uniforms for my children from here. I even bought myself a few items. The socks, underwear and under shirts are expensive.

Awesome selection of very nice brands, Dickies and Carhart mostly. A bit on the pricey side but my husband walked with a nice pair of dickie shorts. Was going to get 2 but like i said it was a tad too high in price. Nice quality tho so i guess you get what you pay for.
