I will never patronize this business and recommend going somewhere else. I wish I could had gave no stars. I brought some my uniform shirts and they deny it occurred. I know things happened but to avoid someone for 2 weeks and make excuses when they approach you is anotherI requested cameras be checked and know it won’t be. I’m sure an apology won’t be given either when you see a person was right. Truly have no reason to lie about what I did. Just like a name tag was ordered and was told it wasn’t. You go back to find it was ordered and hand it to me. If I walked in carrying shirts in my hand on camera and walked out with nothing chances are you took it. Just like originally my stuff was on a certain style hanger originally never came back either. I guess that never happened too.Please don’t insult a person’s intelligence. I learned next time to have things spelled out because ppl quick to lie on you. I can’t stand to be called a liar and if I’m wrong will admit is as a Real woman/officer. Mistakes happen but to be rude and not address people properly when entering an establishment is unprofessional on all levels. Again, will never patronage your business and have a blessed day after reading this.

I was surpised at the amount of uniforms they carry. Great selection of uniforms and work boots for City of Detroit and federal employees. I didnt make a purchase this time around but now that I know what they carry I will return.

Been getting my uniforms from here since Burns Security and has always had me on point. Very appreciative of the staff and there tailoring skills.

The first few times I patronized this location the staff was more professional and friendly. For what ever reason things changed. Frank and the older lady w/the salt and pepper hair (w/the glasses) have turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. The last time I was in there, 2/25/21, the lady with the salt and pepper hair came off as though she was irritated and bothered for what ever reason, that had nothing to do with me. Customer service isn’t for everyone so maybe she needs to change her line of work. Mr. Friendly Frank for some reason doesn’t even speak anymore, but I’ve learned when people act like these 2 it’s usually their problem and not yours.

Still cool people working there being going there sense 1989 same good folks.....

Terrible. My first and last time coming here! I came in to get a jacket and new boots. No one greeted me. When someone did acknowledge my presence he got want i needed handed it to me and walked off. I asked him a question he just just kept walking. I stood in the spot that he left me (as you cant walk into the back where the uniforms are) now im irritated and ready to walk out but I needed the jacket that day for work because the weather was getting cold out. He finally comes back after disappearing and then going to another customer he basically rushes me for check out. I wanted to get some boots as well but Id rather take my business to Allie Bros. They are way better then this place! I will never return.

I like this place. The first time Ive ever been there and they hemmed up my pants and took them in at the waist in about 20 minutes flat. Even had enough time to get a new belt for work. I will be returning if need be.

I thought it was kind of expensive uniform pants shirt and belt with flag and badge came up to 120, but i dont know much about uniform stores so my opinion is a little irrelevant

The enterprise company is great. I went there today to purchase me a coat. They took care of me right away and they had the coat i was looking for. I was in there about 30 minutes because they had to so my company patch on. Ive been going here for 17 years and will continue to go there until i retire. And the one thing i do love about them is that the staff are very friendly and helpful need i say more.

Have been trying since August 29, 2018 to place an order for uniforms and equipment for my students. I keep getting the I will call you back with no return call nor an update on when I can purchase. I may not be in law enforcement now, but after 27 years with DPD, I expected a lot more here. Im not one for mentioning names but after reading several of the bad reviews, it is probably the same person that was suppose to help me. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Would definitely reccomend this place! People just need to learn to be patient and understand that they dont control the warehouse therefore cannot control how long it takes for your ordered items to arrive. We often hear how long uniform shops take; they are quite often, less efficient I think than Enterprise Uniform. Had my uniform and sewed it up the 1st day.

It took 3 months for my order to be processed. Every time I called, it was...we will call you when it comes in or the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, MLK day), had us backed up. The other excuse was the embroider wasnt doing much work over the holidays. Ok! So send it to someone else.... Staff was unsympathetic, and uninterested in customer service. Never going back.

Terrible service for my uniform! I had limited time to get my boot covers so I called first, they said Yes, they had the Thorogood Neos in stock. I got there and the lady helping me disappeared so another lady got out the waterproof Shoe-ins and they only had the 1 pair left! ! But, I told her those were not the correct boot covers. I needed the Neos, the insulated ones for winter. She got very agitated with me and insisted these were the only ones available, no one liked the insulated they were to uncomfortable so Thorogood no longer makes them. I didnt buy them and instead drove really fast over to Allie Bros in Livonia before they closed and purchased the Neos there! My feet never got cold even once after 10 hours outside in the snow delivering mail! ! NO, they did not stop making them and NO, the insulated was not big and heavy! I love them and Allie Brothers were very knowledge and helpful!

This has to be thee worst uniform vendor in Detroit. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered my uniforms back @ the very beginning of September they came back wrong the middle of October they got sent back out, i was told a week & theyd be done now its the end of Oct and I still dont have them. Ive been given the run around since day one. This place sucks....its been excuse after excuse. Smh. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If I can give them no stars I would. There equipment is awful and expensive. If youre DPD go somewhere else.
