Do not buy from these guys, THEY ARE A SCAM. They will take your money and wont send you anything. I received an email that the shipping label has been printed like 4 weeks ago out of southfield. I would love to support any Detroit business since I was born and raised here. However, this is not the one to support.

They never answer the phone, never open the store, don’t even have the decency to inform google that they are temporarily closed for the 3rd time. 4 trips to downtown a 33min drive each way just to have the restaurant next door tell me finally they are closed down. I’ll make this myself on my cricut machine!!

Bad fulfillment, but theyre trying to improve.A hat and baby onesie took over a month to arrive. After going back and forth with customer service to inform them that this was unacceptable, they refunded me and shipped the order free of charge anyway. Great that theyre willing to stand by their product, but I would have rather supported them the normal way.

I swear you try so hard to support our businesses and so many times they let you down when it comes to customer service. How hard is it to hire people to respond to emails or have enough people to ship items out? I wish I had read the other reviews before placing an order that I still have not received. Currently going through a paypal dispute to be refunded. The phone numbers to his actual stores are disconnected so there is no way to get in contact with a person. I see he has a partnership with Gucci and I guess they didnt read the reviews either. Awful experience.

I placed an order on 12/8/20 and I was emailed stating that my order was shipped 12/18/20, but the status of “label created” has never changed. It is now 2/2/21 and I still have not received my order of $115. I have emailed customer service multiple times to get the same generic pre-typed email with my tracking number. I have called the number in the email signature and the one online for the store downtown and both numbers “no longer in service”. I have commented on their Instagram that they continue to post on, messaged again and again and NO response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am mind blown that this company just gets away with this. This is clearly happening to multiple people based on comments and reviews. Do not order from this company!

So bummed. I wanted to support a small business so bad and ordered a hoodie at the end of November. No communication. No shipment details. It’s now Christmas Eve and no response from my inquiry. I’ve been trying to be patient and understanding, but I have to go out and buy a replacement gift for the $60 order. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to file a grievance through PayPal. Hopefully, they’ll see this before the 26th and make it right. I will update my review if they do. I don’t want to yank their business but their lack of communication is giving me no choice.

Breaks my heart because I hate to leave a bad review. I placed an order on December 2nd and as of today, the UPS site still says shipment ready for UPS. And that a label was created on Dec. 18th. I understand about COVID and the struggle. Hell, I live in Detroit too. I ordered online because we are not supposed to be traveling around. Best of luck guys!I wanted to add an update that I called and had my bank open a fraud case. Im out almost $100 and there is no longer a storefront or any way to contact the business. I highly recommend you guys do the same.

Little bummed drove to get there . Website said open but when we got there the door was locked and a sheet of paper was on the door saying closed but to call this number to get help. We called the number three times only to hear its diconnected.

Ordered a hoodie the first week of November thinking I would get it by Christmas. I emailed them to ask for an update as far as the shipping timeline the 3rd week of November and was told that they are running behind because of COVID. It wasnt until I requested a refund in the 2nd week of December that I finally received a tracking number. I see that the tracking number was merely created...not that my merchandise was shipped. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Seems like a Detroit-owned business would be a little more on top of things considering the climate for small-business owners at this present time. If this is their norm, not sure how they will survive.

Its such a shame that I need to come on and write a bad review. I really wanted to give a small business a chance, and waited TWO MONTHS to see if my order would finally ship. However, it is now day 60. Customer service is slow to respond (with seriously unhelpful information), and gave me a tracking number for my order, which has shown Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item for the past month and a half; worst part is that I live less than 20 minutes away from one of their stores (but ordered online in light of the pandemic). I will not be shopping here again.

My husband and I purchased a t-shirt online to give as a gift on FATHER’S DAY. We realized the wrong size was ordered and reached out via email to reconcile the issue. We were told to return the shirt with a note, which we did. We were subsequently told via email on 2-3 different occasions that the returned shirt had been received and the correct size was being shipped out. After asking for the tracking number for the correct size, we were given the ORIGINAL tracking information which led us nowhere. In September, I spoke with Chloe (the new shipping manager) and was told that a shipment of the shirt we ordered was expected in a few days and she would personally send it out and I did not need to follow up. Here it is NOVEMBER, an entire 5 months later, and we have not received the new shirt nor has someone so much as offered to refund our money. For the life of me, I do not understand how you operate a GLOBAL brand but don’t even have a proper return process in place to satisfy customers. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience with this company, it’s just the first time I decided to share. It is, however, the last time they will receive a red cent from my family.Oh, and now the store’s mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was in the store looking for gifts for friends in Europe, and of course they had almost no inventory because, well, they never do. I spoke with the manager, who said theyd be getting a shipment of more sizes in virtually everything the next day or two. So I come back about 5 days later to buy a bunch of shirts for my friends. I show up at 9:30AM, 30 minutes after they open. The door is locked and I wait 25 minutes before someone opens up the shop...55 minutes late. Then, to my dismay, there is no new inventory. Unless you wear size small or 4X-Large, you will find nothing to purchase. After finding the one potential gift I try to check out and the employee cant figure out how to ring up my order. After calling the manager she has to reboot the system and still cant make it work. Not sure what happened because it said my card was declined (called my bank, it was NOT). So I drive to the Fairlane Mall location to see what they could have there. Maybe the day could be salvaged. At 11AM I walk up to the store to find it completely dark and closed. The store opens at 10AM...what kind of people do you have running this business?? Do not waste your time and money with this place. Maybe try Detroit Hustles Harder or other local shops who actually want your business...

I recently visited the store at Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights. During this visit l encountered a negative experience. (I will not go exact details, since I dont want a dishonest person to try and take advantage of this company by an internal mistake). After leaving the store without purchasing any merchandise, I immediately emailed the company with my negative experience. Almost immediately I heard back via email with an apology for my experience and their offer to correct. This offered exceeded my expectations!! Glade to see this type of customer service still exists. Especially when its a local company. Please support Detroit vs Everybody. I will.

Store should have been opened at 9 am. I arrived at 10 am to a sign on the door will return in 15 minutes. After hitting a few other spots returned by 10:30-still no one in the store. Called Fairlane for assistance long story short, no one arrived at the store until 11 am. There were 3 other customers waiting with me, we were all preparing for vacations, with a strong desire to rep our city, was the only reason we waited. We have to stop running our business as hobbies and represent the true Spirit of Detroit

Problem with the online order and the company refuses to answer phone calls or email... going to end up stuck with $100 worth of clothing that can’t be worn. If for some reason you have to buy from them, definitely do not buy anything from them without viewing it in store first.

I ordered a sweatshirt which arrived with a crooked front pocket. I emailed the company from their contact us link on their website twice and never heard back from them. Then when I sent an email from my actual email account they finally received it and told me it was too late to do anything about it. Very disappointed. I made a trip to Detroit VS Everybody Eastern Market location when I left work on Friday. For some reason I thought they were open until 6p.m. I was wrong, they closed at 5p.m. I called the Southfield location to see what time they were closing, as I wanted to purchase a couple of Dad hats for my brothers for Fathers Day. The name of the gentleman I spoke to escapes me, but he told me he was the boss. Unfortunately, the Southfield store was closing in 15 mins. and I was at least 30 mins away because of traffic. He mustve heard the slight panic, but calmness in my voice. He offered to call the Eastern Market location (its 5:45p.m.) and have someone there open the store so I could purchase the hats. I stayed on the phone with him until the young lady opened the door to let me in (I didnt get her name). She was so patient. I didnt feel rushed! I wanted to look at the womens tees in addition to purchasing the hats. She allowed me to do so, did I mention the store is closed for business! My experience although short, meant A WHOLE LOT TO ME! I dont expect this type of treatment all the time, but its nice to know that some businesses still believe in customer satisfaction! Ive been a customer of Detroit VS Everybody for a few years and the customer service act shown to me yesterday is one of many reasons why I will continue to support them! To the Boss I spoke with that had to rush out to pick up his son from school, but found a way to deliver great customer service to me on yesterday, THANK YOU SO MUCH! My apologies for forgetting your name. You truly went Above and Beyond! I appreciate you!

Tried to get them to print up to T shirts for me, took almost a year to finally get them all wrong. they lost the T-shirt that we have them to print on and then replaced them with wrong sizes And colors. Seriously... with me calling and going into the shop constantly! absolutely horrible! do not buy anything from them! they represent the Detroit Horribly !!!!this is not what Detroit is about!
