I don’t know who to contact about this. Keep getting the runaround with the customer care number. But caught a contractor that works for Verizon smoking pot on the job. I do have the full name.But other than that Verizon is great.

The employees at this store are awesome. They literally worked for 2 hours trying to help me and daughter sort out an issue. Thank you guys!

Cute little store. Does Not validate for the parking Garage that is literally right on top of them. But the bakery/cafe on the corner does, and they have great breakfast sandwiches!

Cant speak enough about this store. Truly amazing staff and always down to help. Ignore the false reviews; theyre clearly ignorant folks just waiting to be heard by the fools themselves. Listen to me carefully; no other Verizon store will EVER TOP THIS STORES SERVICE! :)

I dont know how this store has received any bad reviews - they were fantastic! Extremely helpful and not trying to push a sale at all. I had Ashley helping me. She went through my account and found me some deals I didnt know I had, and I left extremely happy! My previous dealings with Verizon via the phone left me wanting to change companies... but after working with Ashley I am confident in the company and would make an effort to go back to that specific shop if I need anything else! Her and all the staff in the shop were friendly and professional. I highly recommend the shop!!!

Long-time Verizon customer. I walk over to the store in anticipation of looking at the new 5G phones. I waited at the door until one of the employees found a moment to leave her conversation with the other employees and greet me. Not a good start, Verizon. Next, she tells me the store is only available for curbside pickup. Why? I ask. She tells me that the store only allows three people inside at a time, and, because they have three employees there, the store is full. I pointed out what I thought an obvious solution -- either send one of the employees home, or have one step outside while I looked around. She repeated what she said. I asked her if what I said made sense. She said no. I was incredulous. She said thanks for stopping by. Time to look for another carrier....My reply to *Response from the owner*: That would be appreciated. I see what you’ve written but how are you translating that into action? For the record, I’ve not heard a word from Verizon except for the mea culpa below that in truth seems more intended for you readers of this review than for me. Also note - I see five reviews for the store; three with 5 stars and two with 1 star. Putting aside the *fake 5 star review* possibility, how in the world does that equate to an average of 4 stars? Whoever is doing that math must also be the one that adds up my Verizon bill.

I understand that its the pandemic but I wasnt allowed in that store at all. I visited this place to pick up a phone I preordered off the app. There wasnt anyone else in the store either.

I had a simple question regarding what products they sold inside of their store. I called numerous times and the menu does not even provide an option to speak with a live person. It starts out the message saying they are too busy helping people in the store. I called at 11:01, one minute after they opened. I completely understand assisting the people in the store first. However, this is not the case as there is no option to ever connect with a live body. Terrible customer service.

New store, staff very helpful & friendly, on street parking on Washington Blvd, a couple short blocks away @ $1/hour
