I was told that it was gonna be a 30 minute repair so I gave him my brothers number and waited in the parking lot, 40 minutes later I went in to see if it was done or at least close to done and turns out he couldnt fix it. He didnt call me or anything to tell me so I could take my phone and come back later. Definitely taking my phone somewhere else.

Dont trust this place with your electronics! Im convinced that the good reviews are from their friends/family. I had horrible experiences. My sons tablet wouldnt take a charge so I took it to them to fix, SAM said it was the charger port, he CLAIMED to have put a new charger port in for $70 but a month later, it stopped charging again. I took it back and he said it was LCD screen that needed to be replaced. My son has a shockproof case and a tempered glass screen that has never been cracked so Im convinced that they broke it while replacing the charger port. Now his screen is jumping, it only turns on for a second and the screen jumps, it didnt do that before! They are very incompetent! I will be taking them to court. I dont care how much it costs me because Im sure they get over on people ALL OF THE TIME! It needs to stop!

I showed the customer that her charging port was still working perfectly and that if we changed out her screen the tablet would work perfectly! They fixed my screen about 2 months ago and now my screen went out and my charger port is messed up. when i took it to apple they said it was because the people who fixed tour screen used bad parts and now my phone is broken and i have to get a new one
